Claims (6)

  1. Chaise de bureau comprenant un élément de siège (3) monté de façon mobile sur un élément d'appui fixe (1) et un élément d'appui dorsal (2), dont la disposition permet simultanément à l'élément de siège (3) de bouger et de s'incliner vers l'arrière lorsque l'utilisateur se penche en arrière et dont l'élément de siège (3) supporte le bloc d'assise du siège (4), de sorte que quand l'utilisateur de penche d'un côté, ledit bloc d'assise du siège (4) s'incline du même côté en fonction du mouvement exécuté par l'utilisateur et indépendamment dudit élément d'appui dorsal du siège (2) et dans lequel ledit mécanisme d'inclinaison latéral comporte un joint à bille (5) situé en façade dudit bloc d'assise du siège (4) et deux ressorts (6, 7) en partie arrière, caractérisé en ce que l'inclinaison maximale dudit bloc d'assise du siège (4) est déterminée par une paire de limiteurs d'inclinaison qui connectent la partie inférieure dudit bloc d'assise du siège et ledit élément de siège et positionnée à équidistance vers l'extérieur desdits ressorts (6, 7), et en ce que chacun desdits limiteurs d'inclinaison est doté de deux crochets (16, 17) qui s'emboîtent l'un dans l'autre de sorte que l'inclinaison dudit bloc d'assise est limitée par le contact desdits crochets.
  2. Siège de bureau selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit joint à bille (5) situé en façade de l'élément de siège (3) consiste en une bille (5) montée sur un logement (13) comprenant deux demi-sphères (10, 11) fixées audit bloc d'assise du siège (4).
  3. Siège de bureau selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ledit joint à bille (5) est intégré au logement (13) dont la forme de la partie interne correspond à ladite bille (5) et dans lequel ledit joint à bille pivote de 360 degrés autour de son centre.
  4. Siège de bureau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits deux ressorts (6, 7) sont des ressorts de pression sur lesquels repose la partie arrière du bloc d'assise du siège (4).
  5. Siège de bureau selon la revendication 4, dans lequel chacun desdits ressorts (6, 7) repose sur une poche de retenue (8, 9), lesquelles poches de retenue sont disposées dans ledit élément de siège (3) espacées à équidistance de part et d'autre du centre dudit élément de siège (3).
  6. Siège de bureau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits ressorts peuvent être des ressorts hélicoïdaux, des ressorts à lames ou des ressorts en caoutchouc.
