Claims (10)

  1. Procédé de correction automatique de redressement d'éléments métalliques allongés, en particulier de tiges métalliques, comprenant la phase consistant à :
    a. fournir un premier élément (2a) le long d'une première ligne d'alimentation (A) sur un plan de travail (3), à travers une unité de redressement (4) agissant le long de ladite première ligne d'alimentation (A), réalisant ainsi le redressement dudit premier élément (2a), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les autres phases consistant à :
    b. détecter au moyen d'un groupe de détection (10, 100) disposé en aval de ladite unité de redressement (4) et apte à détecter au moins au niveau d'un plan de détection transversal à ladite première ligne d'alimentation (A) la position instantanée de sections dudit premier élément (2a) se déplaçant dans ladite phase d'alimentation, afin de traiter par l'intermédiaire de moyens de traitement la configuration réellement prise par ledit premier élément (2a) fourni et redressé le long de ladite première ligne d'alimentation (A) ;
    c. régler, à tout moment après ladite phase de détection b.), ladite unité de redressement (4) en fonction d'une déviation possible de ladite configuration réellement prise, traitée pour ledit premier élément redressé (2a), par une configuration redressée souhaitée ;
    d. suspendre la fourniture dudit premier élément (2a) ;
    e. fournir à travers ladite unité de redressement (4) un second élément (2b) le long d'une seconde ligne d'alimentation (B) disposée sur le côté, par rapport à une direction transversale audit plan de travail (3), de ladite première ligne d'alimentation (A) d'une manière sensiblement parallèle, réalisant ainsi le redressement dudit second élément (2b) ;
    f. détecter au moyen dudit groupe de détection (10, 100) apte à détecter au moins, au niveau d'un plan transversal de détection respectif à ladite seconde ligne d'alimentation (B), la position instantanée de sections dudit second élément (2a) se déplaçant pendant ladite phase d'alimentation, afin de traiter par l'intermédiaire de moyens de traitement une configuration respective réellement prise par ledit second élément (2b) fourni et redressé le long de ladite seconde ligne d'alimentation (B) ;
    g. régler, à tout moment après ladite phase de détection f.), ladite unité de redressement (4) en fonction d'un déplacement respectif possible de ladite configuration respective réellement prise, traitée pour ledit second élément redressé (2b), par une configuration redressée souhaitée respective ;
    h. reprendre la fourniture dudit premier élément (2a) et/ou dudit second élément (2b), respectivement, le long de ladite première ligne d'alimentation (A) et/ou de ladite seconde ligne d'alimentation (B), pour poursuivre le redressement et/ou effectuer l'usinage ultérieur.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites phases de b.) détection et c.) réglage et/ou lesdites phases de f.) détection et g.) réglage sont respectivement répétées une ou plusieurs fois pour réduire progressivement ledit déplacement entre ladite configuration traitée réellement prise et ladite configuration redressée souhaitée et/ou atténuer l'effet d'oscillations possibles dudit premier et/ou second élément (2a, 2b), respectivement, pendant ladite phase d'alimentation a.) et/ou e.).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite phase de d. suspension de la fourniture dudit premier élément (2a) permet d'enlever, au moins partiellement, ledit premier élément (2a) dudit plan de travail (3), au moyen d'un cisaillement ou d'un retrait le long de ladite première ligne d'alimentation (A).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite phase de f.) détection au moyen dudit groupe de détection (10, 100) de la position instantanée de sections dudit second élément (2a) est précédée de la phase de
    e1.) déclenchement dudit groupe de détection (10, 100) selon un mouvement d'approche le long de ladite direction transversale, d'une première position de fonctionnement (11') sur le plan de travail (3), au niveau de laquelle ledit groupe de détection (10, 100) est apte à effectuer la détection de ladite position instantanée de sections dudit premier élément (2a) le long de ladite première ligne d'alimentation (A), jusqu'à une seconde position de fonctionnement (11", 110"), faisant saillie à partir dudit plan de travail (3), au niveau de laquelle ledit groupe de détection (10, 100) est approché de ladite seconde ligne d'alimentation (B), pour effectuer la détection de ladite position instantanée de sections dudit second élément (2b).
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites phases de détection b. et f. se produisent au moyen d'une pluralité de dispositifs de détection (11) dudit groupe de détection (10, 100), agencés consécutivement le long de ladite première ligne d'alimentation (A) et de ladite seconde ligne d'alimentation (B) et aptes à détecter la position instantanée de sections mobiles dudit premier élément (2a) et dudit second élément (2b) au niveau de plans de détection respectifs.
  6. Appareil pour le redressement automatique d'éléments métalliques allongés, comprenant une unité de redressement (4) apte à effectuer le redressement d'au moins un premier élément (2a) et un second élément (2b) le long, respectivement, d'une première ligne d'alimentation (A) et d'une seconde ligne d'alimentation (B), agencées sensiblement de manière parallèle à un plan de travail (3) et disposées l'une à coté de l'autre par rapport à une direction transversale audit plan de travail (3), en particulier orthogonale, caractérisé en ce que, en aval de ladite unité de redressement (4), il comprend un groupe de détection (10, 100) apte à détecter la position instantanée de sections mobiles dudit premier élément (2a) et dudit second élément (2b) au moins au niveau d'un plan de détection transversal à ladite première ligne d'alimentation (A) et à ladite seconde ligne d'alimentation (B), des moyens de traitement pour traiter la configuration redressée réellement prise, dudit premier élément (2a) et/ou dudit second élément (2b), ledit groupe de détection (10, 100) étant mobile d'un mouvement d'approche selon ladite direction transversale entre une première position de fonctionnement (11', 110') sur ledit plan de travail (3), au niveau de laquelle ledit groupe de détection (10, 100) est apte à actionner la détection de ladite position instantanée pour ledit premier élément (2a) le long de ladite première ligne d'alimentation (A), et une seconde position de fonctionnement (11", 110"), faisant saillie dudit plan de travail (3), au niveau de laquelle ledit groupe de détection (10, 100) s'approche de ladite seconde ligne d'alimentation (B), pour effectuer la détection de ladite position instantanée pour ledit second élément (2b).
  7. Appareil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit groupe de détection (10, 100) est protégé par un boîtier de protection se conformant à un coulisseau respectif (12, 120), incliné de manière à faire saillie progressivement selon une direction d'avance le long de ladite seconde ligne d'alimentation (B), pour faciliter l'avancement le long de ladite seconde ligne d'alimentation (B) dudit second élément (2b) lorsque ledit groupe de détection (10, 100) est dans ladite seconde position de fonctionnement (11", 110").
  8. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit groupe de détection (10, 100) comprend au moins un dispositif de détection magnétorésistif (11) protégé au moyen d'un matériau non magnétique.
  9. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite unité de redressement (4) comprend des moyens d'avancement indépendants pour ledit premier élément (2a) et pour ledit second élément (2b), afin de permettre l'avancement ou la rétraction indépendants dudit premier élément (2a) et/ou dudit second élément (2b), pour permettre, en particulier, la détection séparée desdites configurations redressées respectives détectées.
  10. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit groupe de détection (10, 100) comprend une pluralité de dispositifs de détection (11) agencés consécutivement le long de ladite première ligne d'alimentation (A) et de ladite seconde ligne d'alimentation (B) et aptes à détecter la position instantanée de sections mobiles dudit premier élément (2a) et dudit second élément (2b) au niveau de plans de détection respectifs.
