Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Vorrichtung zur kardiopulmonalen Massage und/oder Reanimation mit einem von einer Antriebseinrichtung in einer Betätigungsrichtung reversierend antreibbaren Massagestempel, dessen Druckfläche am Brustkorb des Patienten angreift, dahingehend zu verbessern, dass damit Verletzungen des Patienten infolge einer zu starken Kompressionskraft bei der Herzdruckmassage des Brustkorbs zuverlässig vermieden werden können. Erfindungsgemäß wird mit der zweiteiligen, aus Stempeloberteil und Stempelunterteil bestehenden Anordnung des Massagestempels und dem zwischen diesen beiden Stempelteilen vorgesehenen Verriegelungsmechanismus eine automatische Beendigung/Unterbrechung des Massagevorgangs bei Erreichen/Überschreiten der vorgegebenen, maximal zulässigen Kompressionskraft bei der Behandlung des jeweiligen Patienten sichergestellt. In den Fig. 1 ist eine in ihrer Gesamtheit mit 10 bezeichnete Vorrichtung zur kardiopulmonalen Massage und/oder Reanimation eines Patienten 11 in ihrer an dessen Thorax 12 angelegten Position gezeigt. Die Vorrichtung 10 weist ein unter dem Rücken 13 des Patienten 11 platziertes Widerlagerbrett 14 auf, in dessen einem Eckbereich eine nach oben aufragende Portalstütze 15 angeordnet ist. Die Portalstütze 15 ist relativ zum Widerlagerbrett 14 um eine vertikale Achse verschwenkbar und in der Höhe verschiebbar angeordnet. Sie kann - vorzugsweise stufenlos - in verschiedenen Höhenlagen arretiert werden. An ihrem oberen Ende trägt sie einen Ausleger 16, der an der Portalstütze 15 ebenfalls um eine vertikale Achse gelenkig gelagert ist. Der Ausleger 16 wiederum ist an seinem äußeren, freien Ende mit einem Massagestempel 17 versehen, der von einer im Inneren des Auslegergehäuses angeordneten Antriebseinrichtung reversierend in einer im Wesentlichen vertikalen Betätigungsrichtung 18 auf und nieder angetrieben wird. Dieser befindet sich im Massagestempel 17 oberhalb des Oberteilbodens 23. Das Stempelunterteil 20, das unten mit einer Druckfläche D versehen ist, mit der es sich am Brustkorb 12 des Patienten anlegt (Fig.1), verliert bei Auslösen des Verriegelungsmechanismus 21 seine durch die Haltemagnete bewirkte, feste Verbindung mit dem Oberstempel 19 und schiebt sich, ohne weiter eine nennenswerte Kraft auf den Thorax 12 des Patienten auszuüben, in den Oberstempel 19 hinein, wenn dieser von der Antriebseinrichtung weiter nach unten bewegt wird. Die zwischen den jeweils zwei Aussparungen 29 stehenden Wandstege 35 des Stempeloberteils 19 schieben sich dabei formschlüssig in die Aussparungen 30 im Stempelunterteil 19, währen die Wandstege 36 des Stempelunterteils 20 passend in die entsprechenden Aussparungen 29 am Stempeloberteil 19 gleiten, bis die beiden Stempelteile 19, 20 in die zweite, verkürzte Position mit der geringeren Länge 1 zusammengeschoben sind. Die von dem Haltemagnet 26 auf die ferromagnetische Gegenfläche 41 ausgeübte Haltekraft stellt dann sicher, dass die beiden Stempelteile 19,20 nicht von selbst wieder auseinander fahren, wenn das Stempeloberteil 19 des Massagestempels 17 von der Antriebseinrichtung im Dekompressionshub wieder angehoben wird. Claims (11)

  1. Device for cardiopulmonary massage and/or resuscitation, having a massage stamp (17) which can be reversibly driven by a drive apparatus in an actuation direction (18) and which has a pressure surface (31) that can be positioned on the chest (12) of a patient (11), having the following features:
    - the massage stamp (17) has a stamp upper part (19) and a stamp lower part (20) which is operatively connected to the stamp upper part;
    - the stamp upper part (19) and the stamp lower part (20) can be adjusted relative to one another in the actuation direction (18) at least between a first position which defines a working length (L) and a second position in which an effective length (1) of the massage stamp (17) is shortened compared to the working length (L);
    - in the first position, the stamp upper part (19) is locked to the stamp lower part (20) by means of a releasable locking mechanism (21); and
    - the locking mechanism (21) is released upon reaching/exceeding a predetermined compression force (Kmax) transmitted by the massage stamp (17), characterised in that the locking mechanism (21) is substantially formed by a magnetic holding device (22) effective between the stamp upper part (19) and the stamp lower part (20), the magnetic holding force (M) of which corresponds to the predetermined compression force (Kmax).
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the stamp upper part (19) and the stamp lower part (20) are aligned coaxially with one another and are guided telescopically into one another.
  3. Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the stamp upper part (19) has an upper part bottom (23) and the stamp lower part (20) has a lower part cover (34) which is located in the massage stamp (17) above the upper part bottom (23), and in that the locking mechanism (21) engages between and/or is formed by the upper part bottom (23) and the lower part cover (24).
  4. Device according to claim 3, characterised in that the locking mechanism (21) comprises at least one holding magnet (25, 26) arranged on or formed by the upper part bottom (23) and/or the lower part cover (24).
  5. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the magnet holding device (22) comprises at least one exchangeable holding magnet (25, 26).
  6. Device according to any one of claims 2 to 5, characterised in that the stamp upper part (19) and the stamp lower part (20) are provided with complementary recesses (29, 30) arranged in their circumferential walls (31, 32) and extending substantially over the entire height of said walls, for the passage of the upper part bottom (23) in the stamp lower part (20) and of the lower part cover (24) in the stamp upper part (19).
  7. Device according to claim 6, characterised in that the stamp upper part (19) and the stamp lower part (20) each have at least two recesses (29, 30).

Device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised by a securing mechanism (37) which is effective between the stamp upper part (19) and the stamp lower part (20) and, after the locking mechanism (21) has been released and the stamp lower part (20) has been adjusted relative to the stamp upper part (19), holds their position in the second position relative to one another.
  11.
