Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for producing packs for products in the cigarette industry, several groups of products being wrapped in a common envelope together with a separating element at least partially separating the groups, the separating element first being inserted into a receptacle in a pocket and then the groups of products are introduced into receiving spaces of the bag in such a way that a partition wall of the partition element is arranged between at least two groups of products, and finally the groups with the partition element are pushed out of the bag together and wrapped in a cover, according to the preamble of the claim 1.
  • the invention also relates to a corresponding device according to the preamble of claim 11.
  • the invention is concerned with the manufacture of a certain type of pack for products in the cigarette industry.
  • this type of pack known from practice, several, in particular two, groups of products are arranged together with a separating element in a common envelope.
  • the separating element is arranged at least partially between the or some groups of products.
  • the package contents created in this way can be arranged in an outer package, for example of the hinge-lid type, optionally together with a collar.
  • products of the cigarette industry are understood to mean tobacco products such as cigarettes, cigarillos and the like, but also novel tobacco products such as heat-not-burn products or liquid carriers for e-cigarettes.
  • the invention is based on the object of further developing devices and methods of the type mentioned at the beginning, in particular with regard to a higher production speed.
  • a method according to the invention has the features of claim 1. It is accordingly provided that the partition is at least partially held in the pocket by a guide protruding into the pocket, the guide being designed for lateral stabilization of the partition, and that the at least two groups of products are pushed into the pocket in such a way that the partition wall is positioned between the at least two groups of products, and that the guide is moved away from the partition wall during the feeding of the groups of products, so that the partition wall is held between the groups of products.
  • the guide therefore serves to temporarily secure the partition wall in position until the groups of products are pushed into the pocket.
  • the guide for the partition wall is flexible, for example elastic or resilient, in particular made of spring steel and / or as spring steel sheet, and by the groups of products when they are fed to the pocket at least partially from the receiving spaces for the groups of products or is moved away from the partition and, after the groups of products have been transported away from the pocket, returns to a starting position for lateral stabilization of a partition to be supplied.
  • the guide protruding into the interior of the pocket can be moved out of the way in a simple manner in order to create space for the groups of products which rest on the side of the partition or at a short distance on both Sides of the partition are arranged. After the contents of the bag have been pushed out, the guide automatically resumes its original position due to the material properties.
  • the pocket has at least one receptacle for at least one further wall of the separating element, the wall or the separating element being held in the pocket or the receptacle by at least one spring element.
  • Another special feature can be that the groups of products are held in the pocket by at least one spring element, whereby it is preferably provided that the spring element or elements for the groups of products and the guide for the partition wall of the partition element are formed in one piece.
  • both the separating element and the groups of products are securely held in the bag, for example during the transport of the bag.
  • the one-piece design of the spring element and guide ensures a smaller number of (moving) individual parts.
  • the procedure is preferably such that the separating element is fed to the pocket as a separate blank, preferably transversely to the direction in which the groups of products are fed to the pocket, and that the separating wall of the separating element is formed by folding walls of the blank before the separating element is inserted into the pocket, and that the separating element with the partition formed by folding the blank is inserted into the pocket, preferably transversely to the direction in which the blank is fed or parallel to the direction in which the groups of products are fed to the pocket.
  • Another special feature can be that the method is carried out in multiple lanes, with separating elements and groups of products being fed or pushed out in at least two adjacent pockets at the same time, the adjacent pockets being arranged at a track distance, and the unfolded blank in the transport direction on the way to the pocket has a length in the transport direction which is less than the track distance.
  • the blank for the separating element is fed along a transport path and through two adjacent walls Folding members are folded out of the plane of the transport path for pre-folding the partition, the partition element or partition being pushed into the guide of the pocket by a slide after the folding of the adjacent walls.
  • the blanks are transported lying flat in the transport path on a path plate and the path plate has a slot through which the walls folded out of the plane of the transport path protrude and that the slot tapers in the transport direction of the blanks in the direction of the pocket, so that the two adjacent walls are brought into contact with one another before the separating element is pushed into the pocket to form a double-layer separating wall.
  • the separating element and the groups of products are pushed out of the pocket by means of a slide, the slide only resting against the separating wall of the separating element and the groups of products, but not against any other walls of the separating element.
  • the slide is arranged on a driver which is guided through the pocket in order to push the separating element and the groups of products out of the pocket, the driver either being passed through between the receptacles for further walls of the separating element or through a recess in the spring element to hold the groups of products in the pocket.
  • a device has the features of claim 11. Description

The invention relates to a method for producing packs for products in the cigarette industry, several groups of products being wrapped in a common envelope together with a separating element at least partially separating the groups, the separating element first being inserted into a receptacle in a pocket and then the groups of products are introduced into receiving spaces of the bag in such a way that a partition wall of the partition element is arranged between at least two groups of products, and finally the groups with the partition element are pushed out of the bag together and wrapped in a cover, according to the preamble of the claim 1. The invention also relates to a corresponding device according to the preamble of claim 11.

The invention is concerned with the manufacture of a certain type of pack for products in the cigarette industry. In this type of pack known from practice, several, in particular two, groups of products are arranged together with a separating element in a common envelope. The separating element is arranged at least partially between the or some groups of products. The package contents created in this way can be arranged in an outer package, for example of the hinge-lid type, optionally together with a collar.

In the context of the application, products of the cigarette industry are understood to mean tobacco products such as cigarettes, cigarillos and the like, but also novel tobacco products such as heat-not-burn products or liquid carriers for e-cigarettes.

The production of such packs, for example from GB 516097 known, is complex with the methods and devices currently available.

Proceeding from this, the invention is based on the object of further developing devices and methods of the type mentioned at the beginning, in particular with regard to a higher production speed.

To achieve this object, a method according to the invention has the features of claim 1.

The guide therefore serves to temporarily secure the partition wall in position until the groups of products are pushed into the pocket.

According to an advantageous development of the invention, it can be provided that the guide for the partition wall is flexible, for example elastic or resilient, in particular made of spring steel and / or as spring steel sheet, and by the groups of products when they are fed to the pocket at least partially from the receiving spaces for the groups of products or is moved away from the partition and, after the groups of products have been transported away from the pocket, returns to a starting position for lateral stabilization of a partition to be supplied.

In this way, the guide protruding into the interior of the pocket can be moved out of the way in a simple manner in order to create space for the groups of products which rest on the side of the partition or at a short distance on both Sides of the partition are arranged. After the contents of the bag have been pushed out, the guide automatically resumes its original position due to the material properties.

Preferably it can furthermore be provided that the pocket has at least one receptacle for at least one further wall of the separating element, the wall or the separating element being held in the pocket or the receptacle by at least one spring element.

Another special feature can be that the groups of products are held in the pocket by at least one spring element, whereby it is preferably provided that the spring element or elements for the groups of products and the guide for the partition wall of the partition element are formed in one piece.

In this way, both the separating element and the groups of products are securely held in the bag, for example during the transport of the bag. The one-piece design of the spring element and guide ensures a smaller number of (moving) individual parts.

According to the method, the procedure is preferably such that the separating element is fed to the pocket as a separate blank, preferably transversely to the direction in which the groups of products are fed to the pocket, and that the separating wall of the separating element is formed by folding walls of the blank before the separating element is inserted into the pocket, and that the separating element with the partition formed by folding the blank is inserted into the pocket, preferably transversely to the direction in which the blank is fed or parallel to the direction in which the groups of products are fed to the pocket.

Another special feature can be that the method is carried out in multiple lanes, with separating elements and groups of products being fed or pushed out in at least two adjacent pockets at the same time, the adjacent pockets being arranged at a track distance, and the unfolded blank in the transport direction on the way to the pocket has a length in the transport direction which is less than the track distance.

It can also be of particular importance that the blank for the separating element is fed along a transport path and through two adjacent walls Folding members are folded out of the plane of the transport path for pre-folding the partition, the partition element or partition being pushed into the guide of the pocket by a slide after the folding of the adjacent walls.

It is preferably provided that the blanks are transported lying flat in the transport path on a path plate and the path plate has a slot through which the walls folded out of the plane of the transport path protrude and that the slot tapers in the transport direction of the blanks in the direction of the pocket, so that the two adjacent walls are brought into contact with one another before the separating element is pushed into the pocket to form a double-layer separating wall.

In a preferred embodiment of the method it can be provided that the separating element and the groups of products are pushed out of the pocket by means of a slide, the slide only resting against the separating wall of the separating element and the groups of products, but not against any other walls of the separating element.

It can also be provided that the slide is arranged on a driver which is guided through the pocket in order to push the separating element and the groups of products out of the pocket, the driver either being passed through between the receptacles for further walls of the separating element or through a recess in the spring element to hold the groups of products in the pocket.

A device according to the invention has the features of claim 11. It is accordingly provided that the pocket has a guide protruding into the pocket, which is designed to laterally stabilize the partition wall of the separating element in the pocket, and that the guide is designed to during the feeding of the groups of products from receiving spaces in the pocket for the groups of products to be at least partially moved out so that the partition wall is held between the groups of products.

Further preferred details and configurations emerge from the subclaims, the rest of the description and the drawing.

The invention is explained below using two variants of a pack 10 for cigarettes 11. It goes without saying that the invention is not limited to the specifically shown pack variants, pack types and products, but that these are only to be understood as examples. Insofar as specific terms are used in the following, it goes without saying that these are only used as an example of correspondingly generalized terms.

1. Aufbau der herzustellenden Packungen1. Structure of the packs to be produced

The packs 10 shown are packs 10 of the hinge-lid type with a box part 12 and a lid 13 arranged in an articulated manner on the box part 12. A pack content 14 is arranged in the box part 12, which is open at the top.

The package contents 14 consist of two groups 15 of products, namely in the present case two groups 15 of cigarettes 11. The cigarettes 11 or products are arranged in an orderly formation, namely in the present case in two rows with five cigarettes 11 each that the formation can also differ from the embodiment shown. In particular, the formation of the cigarettes 11 in the groups 15 does not have to match. The arrangement of more than two groups 15 is also conceivable.

The cigarettes 11 or products are, as is usual with such packs 10, arranged in the box part 12, namely upright. In the present case, the products are cigarettes 11 with a filter piece 16 which points upwards and is grasped by the consumer when the cigarettes 11 are removed.

A first peculiarity is that the or all groups 15 of products are arranged within a common inner casing 17. The inner casing 17 can be formed from a packaging material customary in such packs 10, for example from tinfoil, paper or the like. The groups 15 of products are therefore, unlike otherwise usual in the prior art, not packed separately in their own inner wrappings 17.

The inner wrapping 17 is formed from a (single) sheet or blank of packaging material and is closed in the usual way by folding folding flaps so that the inner wrapping 17 surrounds or envelops the package contents 14 on all sides.

In the area of a top side 18 of the inner cover 17, folding tabs 19, 20 are folded like an envelope, namely a folding tab 19 of the blank which extends from a front side 21 of the inner cover 17 in the direction of the upper side 18 and a folding tab 20 which extends from a rear side 22 of the inner casing 17 extends in the direction of the top 18. The folding flap 19 is folded over the folding flap 20.

In the context of this application, terms such as top side, bottom side, front side and rear side are used in accordance with the arrangement of the packs 10 in the drawings.

A further element of the packs 10 can be a collar, for example in an embodiment as an inner collar, i.e. arranged within the inner casing 17 or in an embodiment as an outer collar 31, i.e. surrounding the inner casing 17 and partially protruding from the box part 12 ( Figs. 1 and 3 ). Of course, you can do without a collar entirely.

Another special feature consists in a separating element 33 within the inner casing 17, which is arranged between the (two) groups 15 of products and separates them.

The separating element 33 is formed from a separate blank 42 made of packaging material, which has individual walls which are delimited from one another by fold lines, around which the blank is folded into a three-dimensional shape.

1.1 Packungsvariante 2 (Fig. 3 und 4)1.1 Package variant 2 (Fig. 3 and 4)

In this pack 10, the collar is designed as an outer collar 31, which extends along three sides of the inner casing 17, namely in the area of the front 21 and the two adjacent narrow sides 34. The inside of the collar rests against walls of the box part 12, namely with a Collar front wall 35 on a box front wall 36 and with collar side walls 37 on the box side walls 38. As usual, the collar is arranged in the box part 12 so that it partially protrudes from the top of the box part 12. In the area of the collar front wall 35, the collar has a recess 39 which extends continuously over both groups 15 of packs 10. In addition, the recess 39 also extends almost over the entire width of the collar front wall 35, so that only narrow lateral webs 40 of the collar front wall 35 remain to the sides of the recess 39.

The collar has cover brakes 41 formed by punchings 54, which protrude laterally as an extension of the collar front wall 35 beyond the collar side walls 37 and against which the cover 13 rests on the inside in the closed position.

The separating element 33 is formed by waste-free separation from a continuous web of material. Correspondingly, the contour of the cut edges in the area of an upper side and an underside of the blank 42 run coinciding.

The separating element 33 has four walls which are separated from one another by fold lines 46. The fold lines 46 can be in the form of lines of weakness such as perforation lines or grooves or scores.

The walls are two outer, large-area walls 43 and two walls 44 arranged in between. The blank 42 is folded in such a way that the separating element 33 has a T-shape in cross section. The walls 44 are folded onto one another to form a double-walled partition 45. The large-area walls 43 are directed transversely thereto at an angle of 90 °.

The separating element 33 is arranged in the box part 12 in such a way that the large-area walls 43 extend along the front side 21 of the inner casing 17 or along the collar front wall 35. The large-area walls 43 lie against the inside of the collar front wall 35 and are located thus between the cigarettes 11 and the collar front wall 35. The partition wall 45 is directed transversely to this and is arranged between the two groups 15 in order to separate them. The dividing wall 45 extends over essentially the entire depth of the interior of the box part 12 and the two large-area walls 43 over essentially the entire width of the interior of the box part 12. The dimensions of the dividing element 33 are thus selected so that it has the width and depth of the box part 12 essentially corresponds (apart from a usual game).

The partition 45 is arranged in the middle of the pack 10 corresponding to the groups 15 of the same size. It is also conceivable that the partition 45 is arranged off-center in the pack 10, e.g. for groups of different sizes.

However, it is also conceivable that the separating element 33 has smaller dimensions so that individual walls are movable or the separating element 33 can be displaced in the box part 12.

Furthermore, the separating element 33 is arranged in the box part 12 in such a way that it is aligned with the cigarettes 11 on the top.

Furthermore, the separating element 33 has recesses 47 in the area of the upper side of the walls 43. The recesses 47 extend from a free lateral edge of the blanks 42 to just before the walls 44. Here is a web 48, which corresponds to the web 40. The shape and course of the recess 47 match the shape and course of the recess 39 of the collar, so that a separate recess is formed for each group 15 through the combination of the collar and the separating element 33 behind it, which is partly through the collar and partly through the Separating element 33 is formed.

1.2 Packungsvariante 1 (Fig. 1 und 2)1.2 Package variant 1 (Fig. 1 and 2)

In this pack 10, too, the collar is designed as an outer collar 31, which extends along three sides of the inner casing 17, namely in the area of the front side 21 and the two adjacent narrow sides 34. The inside of the collar rests against walls of the box part 12, namely against with a collar front wall 35 on a box front wall 36 and with collar side walls 37 on the box side walls 38.

Correspondingly, the contour of the cut edges in the area of an upper side and an underside of the blank 42 runs coincident.

The separating element 33 has four walls which are separated from one another by fold lines 46. The fold lines 46 can be in the form of lines of weakness such as, for example, perforation lines or grooves or scores.

The walls are two outer, large-area walls 43 and two walls 44 arranged between them. The blank 42 is folded in such a way that the separating element 33 has a corresponding cross section Fig. 9 has a T-shape. The walls 44 are folded onto one another to form a double-walled one Partition wall 45. The large-area walls 43 are directed transversely thereto at an angle of 90 °.

The separating element 33 is arranged in the box part 12 in such a way that the large-area walls 43 extend along the rear side 22 of the inner casing 17. The large-area walls 43 extend parallel and at a distance from a box rear wall 49. The partition 45 is directed transversely thereto and is arranged between the two groups 15 in order to separate them. The dividing wall 45 extends over essentially the entire depth of the interior of the box part 12 and the two large-area walls 43 over essentially the entire width of the interior of the box part 12. The dimensions of the dividing element 33 are selected in this way so that it has the width and depth of the box part 12 substantially corresponds (apart from a usual clearance).

2. Aufbau der Vorrichtung2. Structure of the device

The device for producing this or such packs 10 is in the Figures 5 to 17 and is described below.

Fig. 5 shows an overview drawing of the device with a feed of the blanks 42 at the top left, a feed for the cigarettes 11 or products at the top right and the removal and further processing of the products and separating elements 33 combined with one another at the bottom left.

Fig. 6 shows the feeding of the blanks 42 in detail. A continuous web of material 60 is fed in, from which blanks 42 are cut off and singulated in a cutting apparatus 61.

The separated blanks 42 are transported away laterally transversely to the direction in which they are fed to the cutting apparatus 61. The blanks 42 are conveyed along a transport path 62 with their longitudinal extension pointing in the transport direction.

In the area of the transport path 62, the blanks 42 are transported by a conveyor 63. The conveyor 63 has a conveyor strand 64 which runs parallel to the transport path 62 and which has (external) drivers 65 which protrude from the conveyor strand 64 and grasp the blanks 42 at the rear in the conveying direction and push them in the transport direction according to arrow 66 along the transport path 62.

The blanks 42 then arrive in the working area of a folding station 67 in which the blanks 42 are (pre) folded. For folding the blanks 42, folding members 68 are provided, which can be moved transversely to the transport path 62.

Since the device is double-lane, two folding members 68 are provided, which are arranged one after the other and at a distance from one another in the transport direction of the blanks 42. It goes without saying that in the case of a single-lane or multi-lane configuration of the device, a different number of folding members 68 can also be provided.

Fig. 6 and 7th show that the folding members 68 have a thin-walled cross section and are intended to fold the walls 44 for the partition 45 onto one another. For this purpose, the folding members 68 are moved against the respective blank 42 at the level of the fold line between the two walls 44 and the corresponding blank 42 is thus folded. The folding members 68 are then moved back again or pulled out between the folded walls 44 and, after the folded blanks 42 have been transported away, the next (two) blanks 42 are supplied.

Fig. 6 shows that the folding members 68 are designed essentially like a fork, with two folding noses or folding prongs which are brought into contact with the blanks 42 in order to fold them. In the present case with a horizontally directed transport path, the folding members 68 are accordingly moved up and down in the vertical direction.

Fig. 6 shows further that the blank 42 rests during the transport in the region of the folding station 67 on a track plate 69 which has recesses 70, 71 in regions. The recesses 70 are provided in each track around the walls 44 to be able to fold out of the transport path 62. The recesses 71 on both sides of the recesses 70 provide space for a slide 72.

The function of the slide 72 is in Fig. 8 to recognize. A slide 72 is provided for each lane, which pushes a folded blank 42 into a pocket 74 held ready in an insertion station 73. The slides 72 transport the blanks 42 parallel (but opposite) to the original transport direction to the cutting apparatus 61.

Ferner liegen die Schieber 72 randseitig an den Zuschnittkanten der Wandungen 44 bzw. der Trennwand 45 der jeweiligen Trennelemente 33 an.The slides 72 each rest with projections 98 of a slide plate 76 on the edge side against the cut edges of the large-area walls 43. Furthermore, the slides 72 rest against the edge of the cut edges of the walls 44 or the partition 45 of the respective partition elements 33.

The projections 98 engage in the recesses 71. The widths of the recesses 70 are designed transversely to the transport direction in such a way that they taper in the transport direction. In this way, the walls 44 are gradually moved towards one another during the delivery to the pockets 74 until they reach the pockets 74 as a double-layer partition 45.

After the folded blanks 42 have been fed to the pockets 74, the slides 72 are moved back again into an initial position for feeding the next blanks 42.

The construction of the pockets 74 is also a special feature. The pockets 74 each have receptacles 75 for the walls 43 and a guide 76 for the partition 45.

The receptacles 75 are designed as slots in the walls 77 of the pockets 74, into which the walls 43 are pushed when the blanks 42 are pushed into the pockets 74.

The guides 76 are designed in such a way that they laterally hold or stabilize an end region of the partition 45.

Means are also provided to hold the folded blanks 42 or separating elements 33 in the pockets 74. In the present case there are 77 in the area of the walls elastic spring elements 78 are provided with which the walls 77 are held in the slot-like receptacles 75.

Furthermore, the guides 76 for the partition walls 45 are part of elastic spring elements 79 which protrude into the interior spaces of the pockets 74.

The spring elements 78, 79 can be formed from spring steel, for example as spring steel sheet. Other elastic constructions are also conceivable.

On the one hand, the spring elements 79 have the guides 76 and, on the other hand, the spring elements 79 bear against the groups 15 of products which are pushed into the pockets 74 on both sides of the partition walls 45. For this purpose, the pockets 74 on both sides of the partition walls 45 have receiving spaces 80 for each group 15 of products. It should be noted that the guides 76 also protrude into the receiving spaces 80, namely on both sides of one end of the partition walls 45. The importance of this construction will become clear later in connection with the supply of the groups 15 of products.

The spring elements 79 accordingly have, on the one hand, a guide 76 for the partition wall, which can be formed, for example, as a slot in the spring element 79. Holders 97 are also formed on both sides of the guide and bear against the groups 15. The spring element 79 can be formed in one piece or in one piece or in several pieces.

Fig. 8 also shows a stop 99 which is arranged on the front side of the pockets 74 in order to prevent the separating elements 45 and / or the groups 15 of products from being pushed too far through the pockets 74.

The pockets 74 are arranged on a conveyor 81 and are displaceable by the conveyor 81 transversely to the supply of the separating elements 33. In the present case, the conveyor 81 is designed as a pocket chain conveyor with an endless toothed belt, on which the pockets 74 are arranged on the outside at a uniform distance from one another. It goes without saying that the pockets 74 can also be arranged on a conveyor configured in a different manner.

After the separating elements 33 have been fed to the pockets 74, they are moved on to a filling station 82. A cigarette magazine is located in the filling station 82 83 from which groups 15 of cigarettes 11 are pushed out by means of plungers 84 in the usual manner.

2.2 Besonderheiten bzgl. der Packungsvariante 12.2 Special features regarding the packaging variant 1

How Fig. 10 shows, the groups 15 of products are pushed into the pockets 74 in the area of the upper run of the conveyor 81. The later pushing out of the groups 15 of products together with the separating element 33, however, takes place in the area of the lower strand of the conveyor 81. The arrangement of the separating element 33 and the spring elements 78, 79 take this into account.

The spring elements 79 with the guide 76 are located in the vicinity of a (bottom) wall of the pocket 74 facing the conveyor 81. The slot-like receptacles for the walls 43 are arranged in the opposite wall 77, between which a slot 85 for the partition 45 is arranged is trained.

The supplied groups 15 of products completely fill the receiving spaces 80 on both sides of the partition 45, the groups 15 of products resting on the upper side on the wall 77 and on the sides against the walls 86 of the pocket or the partition 45. On the underside, the groups 15 of products rest on the spring element 79 or are pressed by it against the wall 77 ( Fig. 12 ).

In terms of process engineering, the folded blank 42 or the separating element 33 is first pushed into the pocket 74, the walls 43 being inserted into the slot-like receptacles 75 and a lower end of the separating wall 45 into the guide 76. An upper end of the separating wall 45 protrudes through the slot 85 into the interior of the pocket 74. When feeding the groups 15 of products by means of the ram 84 ( Fig. 13 ) the groups 15 of products move the spring element 79 with the guide 76 (gradually) out of the receiving space 80, the partition 45 then being laterally supported by the groups 15 or held in its position. In this way, the function of the guide 76 when inserting the groups 15 of products is taken over by the same.

Fig. 14 shows the ejection of the groups 15 of products together with the separating element 33 from the pocket 74 by means of a slide 87 which is arranged on a (cranked) driver 88. The slide 87 is only on the Groups 15 of products and the partition wall 45, but not on the walls 43.

2.3 Besonderheiten bzgl. der Packungsvariante 22.3 Special features regarding the packaging variant 2

Die schlitzartigen Aufnahmen 75 für die Wandungen 43 sind benachbart zum Förderer 81 angeordnet und die Führung 76 an der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Tasche 74.Due to the different arrangement of the separating element 33 in the pack 10, the structure of the pocket is adapted for the second pack variant. The slot-like receptacles 75 for the walls 43 are arranged adjacent to the conveyor 81 and the guide 76 on the opposite side of the pocket 74.

The spring element 79 is designed in two parts in order to be able to provide a slot 89 for the driver 88. In contrast to the first package variant, the driver 88 is not arranged centrally on the slide 87, but is offset laterally. The larger of the two parts of the spring element 79 has the guide 76.

In terms of process technology, there are otherwise no significant differences to the solution described above.

2.4 Weiterer Aufbau der Vorrichtung2.4 Further construction of the device

After the separation element 33 and the groups 15 of products have been brought together in the pockets 74 ( Fig. 12 or 14) the conveyor 81 is moved on until pockets 74 reach a push-out station 90. In the exemplary embodiments shown, this is arranged in the area of the lower run of the conveyor 81. It goes without saying that the extension can also take place at another point, the arrangement of the elements of the pocket 74 having to be adapted if necessary.

The separation elements 33 and the groups 15 are also pushed out in two parallel lanes on separate conveyors 90. In the further transport path, the inner casing 17 is then fed and wrapped around the separation elements 33 with the groups 15, thus forming the package content 14. If necessary, a collar 31 is placed on the package contents 14.

The feeding of the collar 31 takes place in principle in the same way as the feeding of the blanks 42. Individual collar blanks 94 are separated from a continuous material web 92 in a cutting apparatus 93 and placed on the contents of the package. The formation thus formed is then a two-lane platform 95 Folding turret 96 supplied, in which the package contents are packed with collar 31 in an outer package. This can be done according to the EP 2 093 146 B1 or EP 2 125 573 B1 the content of which is referred to for the purpose of a complete disclosure.

2.5 Weitere Besonderheiten2.5 Other special features
