Claims (15)

  1. A drawer (12) having a drawer body (26), the drawer having a pull-out device (28, 30, 34) adapted to displace the drawer body (26) in a horizontal direction (H), and having a lifting device (38) adapted to displace the drawer body (26) in a vertical direction (S) from a vertical first level (V1) to a vertical second level (V2), wherein there is a guide (30, 38, 60) having at least one pivot element (38) vertically displacing the drawer body (26), characterized in that the guide has a guide curve (32), in which a guide element (60) is guided, wherein the guide curve (32) has at least one section (74) only running horizontally and a thereto connected section (76) running in an inclined manner.
  2. The drawer (12) according to Claim 1, characterized in
    that the guide (30, 38, 60) is part of the pull-out device (28, 30, 34) and the lifting device (38), so that the pull-out and the lifting movement and/or the lowering and pull-in movementof the drawer body (26) can be carried out as a coupled movement, and/or
    that the guide (30, 38, 60) force-couples the pull-out device (28, 30, 34) and thelifting device (38) to that effect that, starting from a retracted resting position of the drawer body (26), first the drawer body (26) is at least partially pulled out before the vertical displacement is carried out subsequently to the pull-out movement or simultaneously to a further pull-out movement, and/or, starting from a lifted pull-out position of the drawer body (26), a horizontal pull-in movement of the drawer body (26) is only possible after or during a vertical lowering movement, and/or
    that the guide has a sliding block guide (32, 60), wherein the pivot element (38) preferably is coupled to the sliding block guide (32,60).
  3. The drawer (12) according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a guide rail (28)is provided, on which a carriage (34) is disposed, wherein the guide rail (28) preferably runs horizontally.
  4. The drawer according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the guide curve (32) preferably is configured in the form of a trough (32) or groove,and/or that the guide element (60) is configured as a guide roller (60).
  5. The drawer (12) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the guide (30,38,60) has a safety position (82), which secures a vertically pulled-out position of the drawer body (26), preferably the drawer body (26), on the vertical second level (V2).
  6. The drawer (12) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in thatthe guide (30, 38, 60) has a reversal point (78), at which a pull-in movement of the drawer body (26) is possible, wherein this pull-in movement does not occuron the vertical first level (V1).
  7. The drawer (12) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized inthat the drawer body (26) is mounted in a pretensioned manner in the vertically rising direction (52), wherein preferably a spring element, in particular a leaf spring (52) or a gas pressure spring, is provided for the pretensioning.
  8. The drawer (12) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one protective wall (37, 64, 66) is provided, which covers at least a portion (38) of the guide (30, 38, 60) at the side.
  9. The drawer (12) according to Claim 8, characterized in that at least two protective walls (37, 64, 66) arranged relatively moveable to one another are provided, wherein preferably three protective walls (37, 64, 66) are provided, ofwhich in particular a first protective wall (37) is fixedly connected to the carriage (34), a second protective wall (64) is fixedly connected to the drawer body (26), and a third protective wall (66) is moveably connected to the guide (30,38,60) between the first protective wall (37) and the second protective wall (64).
  10. The drawer (12) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the drawer body (26) is configured so that it can be manually pulled out in a horizontal manner and is vertically displaceable, and/or that the vertical first level (V1) is lower than the vertical second level (V2), and/or
    that the drawer (12) is configured in such a manner that the drawer body (26) during thehorizontal or vertical displacement is not lowered below a lower level (R) of the pull-out device (28, 30, 34).

The drawer (12) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the drawer body (26) is situated at a parallelogram guide (38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48), which ensures that the drawer body (26) in all operating positions of the drawer (26) is vertically aligned in the upright position, the parallelogram guide (38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48) preferably running between a guide holder (36) and the drawer body (26), wherein the guide holder (36) is situated in particular at theguide rail (28) according to Claim 3.
  12. A piece of furniture (10) having at least one drawer (12), characterized in that the drawer (12) is configured according to one of the preceding claims.
  13. The piece of furniture (10) according to Claim 12,
    characterized in that a cabinet, a chest of drawers, a table, a roll container, an office container, asecretary, a sideboard, a counter, a vertico or a showcase is concerned, wherein preferably it is a sink base cabinet (10).

A method for opening a drawer (12) having a drawer body (26), the drawer (12) having a pull-out device (28, 30, 34) adapted to displace the drawer body (26) in the horizontal direction (H), and having a lifting device (38) adapted to displace the drawer body (26) in the vertical direction (S) from a vertical first level (V1) onto a vertical second level (V2), wherein a guide (30,38,60) having at least one pivot element (38), which displaces the drawer body (26) vertically,is used, characterized in that the guide has a guide curve (32) in which a guideelement (60) is guided, wherein the guide curve (32) has at least one section (74) only running horizontally and a thereto connected section (76) running in an inclined manner.
  15. The method according to Claim 14, characterized in that the drawer is used according to one of Claims 1 to 11.
