- a Wastgate valve To adjust or control a Wastgate valve is an actuator. It is already known from practice that the actuator is coupled via a coupling element with the Wastgate valve to transmit or implement the movement actuator in a movement of a valve flap of the Wastgate valve. It is known from practice to perform the coupling element as a coupling rod, which articulates on the one hand articulated on a drive axis of the actuator and on the other hand articulated on a pivot axis of the valve flap of the Wastgate- valve to form a lever kinematics.

- the spring bellows element associated with the coupling element can reliably compensate for thermally induced deformations in the region of the coupling element, so that there is no danger that the coupling element will be blocked and thus the wastegate valve will fail.
- the coupling element In marine applications, to transfer the coupling element between a heat-insulated space in which the wastegate valve is positioned and the actuator disposed outside of this heat-insulated space, the coupling element must be guided only through an opening in a wall of the heat-insulated space.

- the Federbalgelement is therefore positioned closer to the actuator in both variants than the Wastgate valve.
- the bellows member is located outside the heat-insulated space. It can be ensured that the Federbalgelement is exposed to low thermal loads.
- the Federbalgelement is a torsionally rigid metal Federbalgelement.
- a torsionally rigid metal spring bellows element is particularly preferred for securely transmitting the movement of the actuator in a movement of the valve flap of the Wastgate valve.

Description
Dabei zeigt:
Fig. 1 : eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Wastegate-Ventil-Aktuator-Systems;
