Claims (11)
- Dispositif d'accouplement d'un tiroir à un rail de roulement (4) d'une glissière (1) contenant,- un moyen de fixation (10, 11) pour fixer le dispositif au tiroir,- un élément d'encliquetage (13, 13') pour la liaison encliquetable du dispositif avec le rail de roulement (4),- un élément de manœuvre (14) pour faire passer l'élément d'encliquetage (13, 13') dans une position d'accouplement dans laquelle l'élément d'encliquetage (13, 13') est relié ens'encliquetant au rail de roulement (4) et dans une position de non accouplement, dans laquelle l'élément d'encliquetage (13, 13') n'est pas relié au rail de roulement (4),- le moyen de fixation (10, 11), l'élément d'encliquetage (13, 13') et l'élément de manœuvre (14) sont reliés l'un à l'autre en une pièce en formant une pièce d'accouplement unique (7),- la pièce d'accouplement (7) comporte deuxmontants longitudinaux (12, 12') passant parallèlement l'un à l'autre sur lesquels est conformé respectivement à l'extérieur l'élément d'encliquetage (13, 13'),- en ce que les montants longitudinaux (12, 12') sont conformés avec une première extrémité (16) sur un élément de base (9) de la pièce d'accouplement (7), comportant le moyen de fixation (10, 11), et- en ce que l'élément de manœuvre (14) dépasse de celle-cisur un côté opposé à l'autre des deux montants longitudinaux (12, 12'),caractérisé en ce que l'élément de manœuvre (14) comporte un montant de liaison (15) reliant le premier montant longitudinal (12) au deuxième montant longitudinal (12'), sachant que le montant de liaison (15) comporte un creux (17) dirigé vers l'élément de base (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'accouplement (7) est constituée de façon symétrique par rapport à un plan médian (MV) vertical passant parallèlement au rail de roulement (4) .
- Dispositif selon la revendication1 ou2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de manœuvre (14) est constitué de telle manière qu'en cas d'actionnement, il déplace tant un premier élément d'encliquetage (13) conformé sur un premier montant longitudinal (12) qu'un deuxième élément d'encliquetage (13') conformé sur un deuxième montant longitudinal (12') de la position d'accouplement à la position de non accouplement ou vice versa.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque desrevendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le creux (17) comporte une section creuse (19), qui est disposée en projection sur le premier montant longitudinal (12) et/ou le deuxième montant longitudinal (12') dans une moitié de section (H) du montant longitudinal (12, 12'), sachant que la moitié de section (H) passe le long di montant longitudinal (12, 12') dans une zone d'une moitié du montant longitudinal (12, 12') avec un écart de +/-1/3 d'une longueur (IL) du montant longitudinal (12, 12'), de préférence +/- 1/4 d'une longueur (IL) du montant longitudinal (12, 12'), en particulier +/- 1/5 d'une longueur (IL)du montant longitudinal (12, 12').
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le creux (17) est constitué en forme de parabole.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le premier montant longitudinal (12) et le deuxième montant longitudinal (12') ainsi que l'élément de manœuvre (14) comportent une épaisseur de paroi (w) identique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de paroi (w) du premier montant longitudinal (12) et du deuxième montant longitudinal (12') et de l'élément de manœuvre (14) se situe dans une plage variant de 1 mm à 10 mm, de préférence de 1 mm à 5 mm, en particulier de 2 mm.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que lemontant longitudinal (12, 12') est conformé faisant ressort sur un élément de base (9) de la pièce d'accouplement (7) de tellesorte que le montant longitudinal (12, 12') vients'appliquer, à l'état monté de l'élément de base (9) sur le tiroir, sur toute la surface sur un côté extérieur du rail de roulement (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque desrevendications 1 à8, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de réglage en hauteur (8) est respectivement disposésur le premier montant longitudinal (12) et sur le deuxième montant longitudinal (12').
- Dispositifselon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réglage en hauteur (8)comporte un élément de préhension (21) relié par une charnière à film (22) au montant longitudinal (12, 12') et un taquet (23) avec une surface d'appui (24), guidé dans un évidement (27) sur un bord (29) du montant longitudinal (12, 12') de telle sorte qu'en fonction d'une position de réglage de la surface d'appui (24) par rapport aumontant longitudinal (12, 12'), le taquet (23) sous le support de la surface incliné (24) sur le rail de roulement (4),dépasse extérieurement du montant longitudinal (12, 12').
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce quele taquet (23) comporte une denture (25), qui s'étend en forme d'arc le long d'une plage angulaire de réglage pointue et en ce que la surface d'appui (24) augmente en direction de l'élément de préhension (21) depuis une extrémité libre du taquet (23), qui passe à hauteur d'un bord (29) du montant longitudinal (12, 12').
