Claims (10)
- Ein Träger (3) in Form einer Kugel, die für den Betrieb in Verbindung mit einem Waschtrockner (1) geeignet ist, umfasst eine um eine Drehachse gedrehte Trommel (2), in der sich die zu trocknenden Wäsche befinden und der Träger (3) platziert ist, eine Wassersprühvorrichtung (8), die das Sprühen von Wasser in die Trommel (2) ermöglicht, und eine Steuereinheit (7), die den Betriebszustand des Waschtrockners (1) steuert; wobei der Träger (3) so angeordnet ist, dass er sich innerhalb der Trommel (2) frei bewegt, während die Trommel (2) gedreht wird, wobei der Träger (3) mindestens ein Elektrodenpaar (4) umfasst, das auf dem Träger (3) vorgesehen ist um den Trockenheitsgrad der Wäsche in der Trommel (2) durch Kontaktieren zu erfassen, und eine Kommunikationseinheit (5), die eine kontaktlose Kommunikation mit der Steuereinheit (7) zum Übertragen der von den Elektroden (4) bereitgestellten Trockenheitsgraddaten an die Steuereinheit (7) ermöglicht, wobei das mindestens eine Elektrodenpaar (4) bandförmig auf der Kugel angeordnet ist und eine Krümmung aufweist, die an die Krümmung der Kugel angepasst ist.
- Ein Träger (3), wie in Anspruch 1 aufgeführt, umfasst ein Elektrodenpaar (4), das parallel zueinander angeordnet ist.
- Ein Träger (3), wie in Anspruch 1 oder 2 aufgeführt, umfasst zwei Elektrodenpaare (4).
- Ein Träger (3), wie in Anspruch 3 aufgeführt, umfasst einen Elektrodenpaar (4), der auf einer oberen Halbkugel angeordnet ist und ein weiteres Elektrodenpaar, der auf einer unteren Halbkugel des Trägers (3) angeordnet ist.
- Ein Träger (3), wie in einem der vorher aufgeführten Ansprüchen, umfasst einen Kommunikationseinheit (5), die das kontaktlose Kommunikation optisch durch Licht ermöglicht.
- Ein Waschtrockner (1) zum Betrieb in Verbindung mit einem Träger (3) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Waschtrockner (1) eine um eine Drehachse gedrehte Trommel (2) umfasst, in der sich die zu trocknenden Wäsche befinden und der Träger (3) sich befindet, wobei sich der Träger (3) innerhalb der Trommel (2) frei bewegen kann, eine Wassersprühvorrichtung (8), die das Sprühen von Wasser in die Trommel (2) ermöglicht, und eine Steuereinheit (7), die den Betriebszustand des Waschtrockners steuert, wobei die Steuereinheit (7) angepasst ist an- die von den Elektroden (4) erfassten und empfangenen Trockenheitsdaten, indem sie kontaktlos mit der Kommunikationseinheit (5) kommunizieren, während die Trommel (2) gedreht wird;- den Trockenheitswert der Wäsche, die durch die Auswertung der Trockenheitsdaten ermittelt werden und- die Betreibung der Wassersprühvorrichtung (8), dass eine vorgegebene Menge Wasser auf die Wäschestücke gemäß dem ermittelten Trockenheitswert sprüht
- Ein Waschtrockner (1), wie in Anspruch 6 aufgeführt, wobei die Steuereinheit (7) so angepasst ist, dass das Trockenheitswert durch Berechnen des Durchschnitts der Trockenheitsgraddaten zu bestimmt wird.
- Ein Waschtrockner (1), wie in Anspruch 7 aufgeführt, wobei die Steuereinheit (7) so angepasst ist, dass der Wassersprühvorgang wiederholt werden kann, wenn der Trockenheitswert einen vorbestimmten Grenztrockenheitswert erreicht hat.
- Ein Waschtrockner (1), wie in Anspruch 7 oder 8 aufgeführt, wobei die Steuereinheit (7) so angepasst ist, dass ein Trocknungsprozess gestartet werden kann, wenn der Trockenheitswert bestimmt wird, der einen vorbestimmten Trockengrenzwert erreicht hat.
- Ein Verfahren für die Steuerung eines Waschtrockners (1), das zur Steuerung eines Waschtrockners (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9 verwendet wird, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Drehung der Trommel (2) in einer vorbestimmten Umdrehung vor dem Wassersprühvorgang,- Bestimmung des Trockenheitsgrades gemäß den Trockenheitswertdaten, die mit der Hilfe der Elektroden (4) während der Drehung der Trommel (2) gesammelt werden und- Betreibung der Wassersprühvorrichtung (8), um Wasser auf die Wäsche in einer Menge zu sprühen, die gemäß dem Trockenheitswert vorbestimmt ist.
