Claims (8)
- Dispositif de trop-plein, en particulier pour un poste de lavage dans le domaine sanitaire, comportant un moyen (3) destiné à recevoir un liquide (5) et un moyen (6) à l'aide duquel un débordement du moyen de réception (3) est empêché,dans lequel le moyen (6) destiné à empêcher le débordement du moyen de réception (3) présente une soupape (7) qui peut être déplacée d'une position ouverte permettant une évacuation du liquide (5) du moyen de réception (3) dans une position fermée empêchant l'évacuation et vice versa,dans lequel la soupape (7) passe automatiquement de sa position fermée dans sa position ouverte lorsque le niveau de remplissage maximal (14) du moyen de réception (3) est dépassé et le moyen de réception (3) présente un récipient rempli de liquide et recevant au moins partiellement la soupape (7), etcomportant un moyen de réglage (21) à l'aide duquel la soupape (7) disposée dans le récipient peut être transférée dans sa position ouverte, caractérisé en ceque la soupape (7) est une soupape magnétique (7) et le moyen de réglage est un aimant en forme de U (22) qui, lorsqu'il est suffisamment proche de la soupape magnétique (7), tire celle-ci vers le bas dans sa position ouverte à l'encontre des forces de flottaison agissant sur la soupape (7).
- Dispositif de trop-plein selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la soupape (7) peut être transférée de sa position fermée dans sa position ouverte et vice versa par les forces agissant sur elle provenant de la pression hydrostatique de la colonne de liquide, de la flottabilité et du poids.
- Dispositif de trop-plein selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la soupape (7) présente une surface de section transversale (16) ronde, ovale, elliptique ou rectangulaire, en particulier carrée.
- Dispositif de trop-plein selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la soupape (7) présente une section d'étanchéité supérieure (17) qui assure une étanchéité linéaire du moyen de réception (3) dans la position fermée.
- Dispositif de trop-plein selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le récipient est un siphon (12).
- Dispositif de trop-plein selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le récipient, de préférence le siphon (12), est disposé directement sous le moyen de réception (3).
- Dispositif de trop-plein selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la soupape (7) dans le récipient, de préférence le siphon (12), rempli de liquide (5) est précontrainte dans sa position fermée par les forces de flottaison agissant sur la soupape (7).
- Dispositif de trop-plein selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la soupape (7) passe automatiquement de sa position ouverte dans sa position fermée lorsque le niveau de remplissage maximal (14) du moyen de réception (3) n'est pas atteint et que le moyen de réglage (21) n'agit pas.
