Aufgrund der zur Führung der Bandbolzenbuchse vorgesehenen Führungsmittel, die bei den in der EP 1 982 032 Bl dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen einen in einer Kulisse geführten Kulissenstein umfassen, wobei die Kulisse schräg zur Scharnierachse verläuft, bewegt sich die Bandbolzenbuchse und somit der in ihr gelagerte Bandbolzen in einer Schwenkbewegung etwa um die Drehachse der Verstellspindel. In der Praxis hat es sich bei diesem Band als nachteilig herausgestellt, dass die Bandbolzenbuchse in der Aufnahme aufgrund stets vorhandener Fertigungstoleranzen oftmals ein die Qualitätsanmutung des Bandes negativ beeinflussendes Spiel aufweist. Überraschenderweise hat sich gezeigt, dass es in der Praxis trotz der bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Band verwirklichten statischen Überbestimmung regelmäßig zu keinen in der Praxis zu vermeidenden - da eine Relativbewegung erschwerend oder sogar verhindernd - Klemmzuständen kommt.
