Abstract

The invention relates to a closure or concealment device (1) for a construction. This device (1) comprises, on the one hand, an apron (2) and, on the other hand, at least one anti-intrusion system (3).

This invention relates to the field of building and, more particularly, to the field of the manufacture of devices designed to close an opening that comprises a construction or designed to conceal a part of such a construction. In fact, this invention will find a particularly suitable application in the context of a garage door or a roller shutter without the present invention being in any way limited thereto.

We already know closing devices constituted by a garage door. Such a closure device comprises a garage door leaf capable of closing such a garage. Such an apron comprises at least a portion in the form of a rigid panel, and switches between a closed position and an open position of the garage. This closing device also comprises lateral slides which are made integral with the masonry, and inside which rollers move which are fitted, laterally, at one end (notably lower) of the deck. This closing device also includes a compass system, which connects the deck to the masonry, and which guides this deck during the opening and closing maneuvers. Such a closing device has drawbacks, in particular as regards the security of the garage closed by this closing device. Indeed, an attempted break-in, which consists in exerting an action under the apron, has the effect of causing the lifting of this apron which tilts and thus allows the opening of the garage.

There are also known concealment devices constituted by a rolling shutter, which completes a door, a window, a French window or the like, and which makes it possible to conceal the interior of a room or at least in party to darken the interior of such a room. Such a concealment device comprises a roller shutter curtain which comprises a plurality of portions which are articulated two by two, one of which is a final portion. These deck portions are each made up of a rolling shutter deck blade. This concealment device further comprises, on the one hand, a winding tube on which are wound and from which the blades of the deck are unwound and, on the other hand, means for driving this tube d 'winding.

Such an apron may include portions in the form of perforated blades which allow this apron to be closed on apertures, that is to say so that it has apertures in order to allow light to enter the interior of the room. . In this closed position on openings, the blades are movable relative to each other which allows, during an attempted break-in and under the effect of an action exerted under the final blade of the deck, to lift this apron sufficiently to allow a person to enter the interior of the room.

Such a concealment device can also include an anti-intrusion system which comprises at least one connection means for connecting the apron to the winding tube. During an attempted break-in and under the effect of an action exerted under the final blade, this connection means adopts a particular configuration which ensures the blocking of the deck and prevents this deck from going up. This burglar-proof system has, however, many drawbacks. In particular, this anti-intrusion system is inoperative when the apron is closed on openwork or when this apron is partially closed.

The present invention seeks to remedy the drawbacks of closing or concealment devices of the state of the art.

• au moins un moyen d'immobilisation complémentaire, qui est destiné à être rendu solidaire fixement de la construction, et qui coopère, chacun, avec ledit au moins un moyen d'immobilisation.

Another characteristic relates to the fact that the deck has an internal cavity inside which are housed at least said locking means and said at least one additional locking means.

Yet another characteristic consists in that this closure or concealment device comprises an elastic member, which comprises the locking means, which is fixedly secured to the deck, and which cooperates with the actuation means, this to actuate the displacement this blocking means and / or this actuating means.

An additional characteristic relates to the fact that the closure or concealment device comprises a wheel, which is movable in rotation about an axis as well as with respect to the deck, and which comprises said at least one additional locking means.

Yet another characteristic relates to the fact that the closure or concealment device comprises a roller, which is movable in rotation about an axis as well as with respect to the deck, and which comprises said at least one immobilizing means.

An additional feature is that the closure or concealment device comprises at least one rack which comprises said at least one additional immobilization means.

Yet another characteristic consists in that the closure or concealment device comprises at least one slide, which is intended to be fixedly secured to the construction, and inside which is located said at least one means of immobilization and / or said at least one additional immobilization means.

Finally, the closure or concealment device comprises, on the one hand, a feeler bar which constitutes at least partly the actuation means and, on the other hand, means for mounting the displacement of this feeler bar relative to apron, more specifically on this apron.

Thus, the closure or concealment device according to the invention comprises an anti-intrusion system. The presence of such an anti-intrusion system advantageously allows, and during an attempted intrusion consisting in exerting an action under the apron of this closing or concealment device (in particular under a final portion of this apron) , to immobilize this apron and to prevent the rise of this apron.

In this closure or concealment device, on the one hand, the apron (in particular the lower part of this apron, a final section of this apron or a final blade of this apron) comprises said blocking means, said at least one additional blocking means and said at least one means of immobilizing the anti-intrusion system and, on the other hand, said at least one complementary immobilizing means is fixedly secured to construction. This allows, advantageously and when an action is exerted under the apron of the closure or concealment device, to actuate the movement of the locking means (via the actuating means) which passes from the inactive position of blocking in the active blocking position in which this blocking means cooperates with said at least one additional blocking means which adopts an active blocking position. Said at least one immobilization means, in engagement with said at least one additional locking means, adopts an active immobilization position. By the cooperation of said at least one immobilization means with said at least one complementary immobilization means, this active immobilization position makes it possible to immediately immobilize this deck. In addition and advantageously, such an immobilization of the apron can be ensured whatever the position (complete closing, partial closing) of this apron and whatever its configuration (in particular when closing on openwork).

The present invention relates to the field of building and, more particularly, the field of manufacturing devices designed either to close an opening that includes a construction, or to obscure the interior of a room that comprises such a construction or for at least partially darken the interior of such a room.

The invention therefore relates to a closure or concealment device 1 for such a construction.

According to a first type of embodiment, this invention relates to a closing device 1, which can be constituted by a garage door, and which comprises an apron 2 (more particularly a closing apron 2) which closes an opening which the construction comprises.

According to a first embodiment of this first embodiment, this closing device 1 is constituted by a garage door of the tilting type. Such a closing device 1 then comprises an apron 2 (more particularly a closing apron) which takes the form of a rigid panel which switches between an open position and a closed position of the construction opening. This deck 2 has a lower part (in particular a lower end) which is intended to be positioned near a threshold of the opening of the construction (or even in abutment against this threshold), this in the closed position of the device. closing 1.

According to a second embodiment of this first embodiment, this closing device 1 is constituted by a sectional type garage door. Such a concealment device 1 then comprises an apron 2 (more particularly a concealment apron) which obscures or darkens the interior of a part of this construction. This deck 2 comprises a plurality of portions (20; 20 ') articulated two by two by means of articulation means 21. Each of these portions (20; 20') is, in fact, constituted by a deck blade roller shutter. This deck 2 comprises, in particular, a final portion 20 (usually called the final blade) intended to come to be positioned near a threshold of the opening of the construction (or even in abutment against this threshold), this in the closed position of this concealment device 2.

Whatever the type of embodiment, the deck 2 (depending on the case of closure or concealment) may include at least one internal cavity 22.

In this regard, it will be observed that it is, more particularly, the lower part of the rigid panel or the final portion 20 (in particular the final section 20 or the final blade 20) of the deck 2 which then comprises such an internal cavity 22 .

Such an internal cavity 22 extends over at least part of the length of the deck 2 (more particularly the length of the lower part of the rigid panel or of the final portion 20 of this deck 2) and / or opens laterally relative to to this apron 2.

According to the invention, the closure or concealment device 2 comprises at least one burglar-proof system 3.

In this regard, it will be observed that it is, in fact, the deck 2 of this closure or concealment device 1 (more particularly the lower part of the rigid panel of this deck 2 or the final portion 20, in particular the final section 20 or the final blade 20, of this deck 2) which then comprises at least part of such an anti-intrusion system 3.

Anyway, such an anti-intrusion system 3 comprises a locking means 4, which comprises the deck 2, and which is movable in displacement relative to this deck 2, this between an inactive locking position ( figures 2 to 4 ) and an active blocking position ( Figures 5 to 7 ).

Such an anti-intrusion system 3 also includes at least one additional blocking means 5, which comprises the deck 2, which, on the one hand and in the inactive position for blocking said blocking means 4 ( figures 2 to 4 ), is movable in displacement (more particularly in rotation) relative to this deck 2, does not cooperate with this locking means 4, and adopts an inactive locking position, and which, on the other hand and only in the active position of blocking of said blocking means 4 ( Figures 5 to 7 ), cooperates with this locking means 4 and adopts an active locking position.

Finally, such an anti-intrusion system 3 comprises at least one additional immobilization means 8, which is intended to be fixedly secured to the construction (more particularly to the masonry of this construction), and which cooperates, each, with said at least one immobilization means 7.

As mentioned above, the deck 2 (more particularly the lower part of the rigid panel of this deck 2 or the final portion 20, in particular the final section 20 or the final blade 20, of this deck 2) has at least one cavity internal 22.

Also and according to another characteristic, it is inside such a cavity 22 that are housed at least said locking means 4 and said at least one complementary locking means 5.

On the other hand, said at least one immobilizing means 7 and / or said at least one complementary immobilizing means 8 extend outside the deck 2 and / or laterally with respect to this deck 2.

Yet another characteristic relates to the fact that the closure or concealment device 1 (more particularly the deck 2 of this device 1) comprises an elastic member 9, which comprises the locking means 4, which is fixedly secured to the deck 2, and which cooperates with the actuation means 6, this to actuate the movement of this means blocking 4 and / or this actuating means 6.

In this regard, it will be observed that this locking means 4 is advantageously constituted by a deformation (more particularly a ripple, a bump, a lug or the like) of the elastic rod 90, more particularly of the intermediate part 93 of this elastic rod 9.

As visible in the appended figures, such an elastic member 9 is, at least in part, positioned inside said at least one internal cavity 22 that comprises the deck 2.

Another characteristic (notably visible on Figures 4 and 7 ) relates to the fact that the rigid panel or the final portion 20 of the deck 2 has a bottom 25 which has a slot 26 through which extends at least a portion of the elastic member 9, this to be made integral with the deck 2 (in particular of the rigid panel or of the final portion 20 of this deck 2) as well as to cooperate with the actuating means 6. It is also through this slot 26 that this elastic member 9 moves, in particular in the event of a break-in and / or action exerted under the apron 2, this under the impulse of this actuation means 6, or even in the event of this actuation means 6 being recalled by this elastic member 9.

An additional characteristic concerns the fact that the closure or concealment device 1 (more particularly its deck 2) comprises a wheel 10, which is movable in rotation about an axis as well as with respect to the deck 2, and which comprises said at least one additional locking means 5.

As visible in the appended figures, this wheel 10 is positioned inside said at least one internal cavity 22 that comprises the deck 2.

In addition, said at least one additional locking means 5 is each constituted by a notch 50 or by a tooth.

In fact, the burglar-proof system 3 comprises a plurality of complementary locking means 5 which are each constituted by such a notch 50 or by such a tooth so that said wheel 10 is constituted by a toothed wheel.

Another characteristic concerns the fact that the closure or concealment device 1 (more in particular its deck 2) comprises a roller 11, which is movable in rotation about an axis as well as relative to the deck 2, and which comprises said at least one immobilizing means 7.

In this regard, it will be observed that said roller 11 extends laterally relative to the deck 2 and / or outside this deck 2.

In addition, the axis around which this roller 11 is movable in rotation, is at least parallel to (or even, and preferably, coincident with) the axis around which the wheel 10 is movable in rotation.

In addition, said at least one immobilizing means 7 is each constituted by a tooth 70 or by a notch.

Yet another characteristic consists in that the closure or concealment device 1 comprises at least one rack 14 which comprises said at least one additional immobilization means 8.

Such a rack 14 is intended to be made integral with the construction, more particularly with the masonry of this construction.

With regard to said at least one additional immobilization means 8, this is each made up of a notch, by an opening 80 (in particular by a cutout) or by a tooth.
