Claims (3)
- Procédé pour mesurer la consommation de fil pour un délivreur de trame d'accumulation (10), ledit délivreur de trame (10) étant pourvu d'un tambour (12), de moyens d'enroulement motorisés (14) adaptés pour prendre un fil (F) provenant d'une bobine (16) et l'enrouler sur le tambour (12) de manière à former une réserve (R), d'au moins un capteur d'enroulement (S1) adapté pour générer une impulsion d'enroulement (WP) pour chaque boucle ou fraction de boucle qui est enroulée sur le tambour (12), d'un capteur de réserve de trame (S2) adapté pour fournir une information binaire concernant la présence/l'absence d'une quantité minimale de réserve en un point intermédiaire (P0) du tambour (12), son état étant commuté lorsque la réserve se termine audit point intermédiaire (PO), d'au moins un capteur de déroulement (S3) adapté pour générer une impulsion de déroulement (UWP) pour chaque boucle ou fraction d'une boucle qui est déroulée à partir du tambour (12) sur demande à partir d'une machine à textile en aval (17), et d'une unité de commande (CU) programmée pour régler la vitesse d'enroulement desdits moyens d'enroulement (14) sur la base du signal reçu par ledit capteur de réserve de trame (S2), de manière à maintenir la quantité de réserve sur le tambour (12) sensiblement constante sur une valeur voulue,
caractérisé en ce que ladite unité de commande (CU) est programmée pour calculer la quantité de fil consommé Cm sur un intervalle de temps compris entre un instant t1 et un instant t2 sur la base de la formule suivante :
lesdites quantités de réserve estimées aux instants t1 et t2 étant calculées sur la base du nombre d'impulsions d'enroulement (WP) et d'impulsions de déroulement (UWP) générées à partir de l'instant où ledit capteur de réserve de trame (S2) commute son propre état. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'enroulement comportent un volant (14).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'enroulement sont constitués dudit tambour, ledit tambour étant motorisé afin de faire tourner et d'enrouler le fil sur lui-même.
