Claims (8)

  1. Bande de conduction électrique (1) isolée électriquement, destinée en particulier à des moteurs électriques et des transformateurs, ladite bande comprenant un conducteur électrique (2) en forme de bande qui comporte une surface de recouvrement supérieure (2a) et une surface de recouvrement inférieure (2b), deux surfaces de bord latérales (2c) et à chaque extrémité une surface de bord frontale, et une isolation électrique (3) qui est disposée sur l'une au moins des deux surfaces de recouvrement (2a, 2b) de la bande (1), l'isolation (3) comprenant une couche de vernis (3a) et une bande de film adhésif (3b) en matière synthétique qui est collée sur la surface de recouvrement inférieure (2b) et/ou sur la surface de recouvrement supérieure (2a) du conducteur électrique (2) en forme de bande, c'est-à-dire à chaque fois dans une zone (4) de la surface de recouvrement inférieure (2b) et/ou de la surface de recouvrement supérieure (2a) qui est directement adjacente à une surface de bord latérale (2c),
    caractérisée en ce que la zone (4) de la bande de film adhésif (3b), qui est directement adjacente à une surface de bord latérale (2c) du conducteur électrique (2) en forme de bande, a une largeur (B) dans la gamme allant de 0,2 cm à 4,5 cm, la couche de vernis (3a) étant située par-dessus la bande de film adhésif (3b), et l'isolation (3) dans une zone de la surface de recouvrement inférieure (2b) et/ou de la surface de recouvrement supérieure (2a), qui est adjacente à la zone revêtue de la bande de film adhésif (3b), étant formée exclusivement par la couche de vernis (3a).
  2. Bande de conduction (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la bande de film adhésif (3b) est collée en forme de C, à partir des surfaces de recouvrement (2a, 2b), autour d'une surface de bord latérale (2c).
  3. Bande de conduction (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la bande de film adhésif (3b) comporte une saillie (5) par rapport à la surface de bord latérale (2c) du conducteur électrique (2) en forme de bande qui a de préférence une longueur (L) dans la gamme 0 cm < Ü ≤ 5 cm.
  4. Bande de conduction (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce que le conducteur électrique (2) en forme de bande est en aluminium ou un alliage d'aluminium et a de préférence une épaisseur (D) dans la gamme allant de 0,1 mm à 1,5 mm.
  5. Bande de conduction (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que la couche de vernis (3a) a une épaisseur (DL) dans la gamme allant de 5 µm à 50 µm.
  6. Bande de conduction (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisée en ce que la bande de film adhésif (3b) a une épaisseur (DK) dans la gamme allant de 3 µm à 20 µm, cette épaisseur (DK) étant de préférence au moins égale à la moitié de l'épaisseur (DL) de la couche de vernis (3a) dans la zone où il n'y a pas de bande de film adhésif (3b).
  7. Bande de conduction (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisée en ce que la couche de vernis (3a) est formée d'un vernis à base de polymères organiques, tel qu'un vernis acrylique, époxy, polyester, polyamide, fluoropolymère, ou à base de compositions sol-gel, notamment d'un vernis pour fils tel qu'un polyesterimide modifié THEIC.
  8. Bande de conduction {1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que la zone (4) de la bande de film adhésif (3b), qui est directement adjacente à une surface de bord latéral (2c) du conducteur électrique (2) en forme de bande, a une largeur (B) dans la gamme allant de 0,5 à 1,5 cm.
