Definitions
- the invention relates to a cutting machine with which bread, cheese and the like can be cut into stranded foods by machine into slices of any thickness.
- the cutting machine according to the invention can in particular be a circular knife machine.
- a circular knife machine for cutting a strand of food into slices is known.
- This cutting machine has a circular cutting knife that rotates around its central axis and can also be swung around in a circular path. During this swiveling movement, it is passed through the strand-shaped food to be sliced.
- the strand-shaped food is fed to the cutting knife in a channel-like shaft and cut into slices.
- the cut slices are stored standing on a storage surface downstream of the cutting knife in the conveying direction.
- An angled alignment of the bearing surface for the cut disks with respect to the bearing surface for the strand that has not yet been cut is intended to ensure that sufficient space is created for the drive arm.
- the storage area for the sliced slices and the storage area for the not yet sliced food strand lie in a plane which is oriented obliquely in space.
- the storage facility vibrate for the cut slices so that the cut slices are easily transported in the shaft.
- a cutting machine is known in which the two shaft areas of the cutting machine are tilted in the longitudinal direction of the shaft.
- the rear shaft area as seen in the cutting direction, is arranged somewhat below the front shaft area in order to enable the cleanest possible cut.
- the DE 20 2013 009 201 U1 proposes to tilt the two shaft areas in the area of the slot so that the entire shaft is bent around the slot.
- the shaft floor of the first shaft area in front of the slot and the shaft floor of the second shaft area after the slot are tilted relative to one another about the longitudinal axis of the shaft in order to achieve a high-quality cut.
- the cutting knife is aligned approximately perpendicular to one of the two shaft floors.
- the cut slices can tip over after the slot.
- the cut discs can have so much momentum that the disc support cannot reliably prevent them from falling over.
- a tilting of the two shaft areas around the longitudinal axis of the shaft according to the DE 10 2016 010 635 A1 prevent the panes from tipping over, but there is an interference edge in the area of the shaft floor.
- the object of the invention is to provide an improved cutting machine which enables an exact cut without the disks adhering to the cutting knife and thus provides an optimal cutting result.
- the cutting machine for strand-like foods has a cutting knife for the strand-like foods and a shaft for receiving the strand-like foods.
- the longitudinal direction of the shaft corresponds to the feed direction of the strand-like food.
- the shaft has a first and a second shaft area, which are at least partially separated from one another by a slot.
- the cutting knife can rotate in this slot.
- the shaft bottom of the second shaft region arranged behind the slot in the feed direction has at least one bend which is designed as a mountain fold.
- the floor area of the second shaft floor facing the slot is aligned approximately parallel to the shaft floor of the first shaft area arranged in front of the slot in the feed direction.
- the parallel alignment of the floor area of the second shaft area and the shaft floor of the first shaft area ensures that the overturning of the cut panes can be effectively prevented.
- the kink in the shaft floor of the second shaft area can prevent the cut disks from sticking to the cutting knife, so that an optimal cutting result is possible.
- the floor area of the second shaft floor facing the slot can be aligned with the shaft floor of the first shaft area. In this way there is no interference edge in the area of the slot.
- the kink of the second shaft floor can run approximately parallel to the slot.
- the kink can correlate with the cut panes, so that a visually appealing and compact pane package can be created.
- the bottom area of the second shaft floor facing the slot can preferably have a width of approximately four millimeters to approximately 30 millimeters and can thus be adapted to the pane thickness of the cut panes.
- the shaft floor of the second shaft area can have at least two kinks.
- the first kink seen in the feed direction can be designed as a mountain fold, while the second kink seen in the feed direction can be designed as a valley fold.
- Such a slightly stair-shaped design of the second shaft floor ensures optimal transportation of the cut slices and at the same time a secure stand of the slice package.
- the rearmost floor area as seen in the feed direction and the floor area of the second shaft area facing the slot can be aligned parallel to one another.
- the front wall of the second shaft area can preferably have at least one slot designed as a mountain fold.
- the wall area of the second front wall facing the slot can be oriented approximately parallel to the front wall of the first shaft area.
- the shaft can thus widen a little behind the slot, so that the risk of an interfering edge can be further reduced.
- the wall area of the second front wall facing the slot can preferably be aligned with the front wall of the first shaft area. This prevents the cut discs from slipping and ensures a compact structure of the disc package.
- the front wall of the second shaft area can have at least two kinks.
- the first kink seen in the feed direction can be designed as a mountain fold, while the second kink seen in the feed direction can be designed as a valley fold.
- the outer dimensions of the cutting machine can be kept as small as possible without having to do without an optimal cutting result.
- the cutting machine 10 is shown in the drawing.
- the cutting machine 10 is designed as a circular knife machine with a circular knife.
- the circular knife is coupled in the usual way with a knife drive, which ensures the rotation of the circular knife and its movement through the food to be cut.
- the food to be cut is bread.
- the housing 12 of the cutting machine 10 can be closed with a transparent flap 14. For safety reasons, the cutting process can only be started regularly when the flap 14 is closed.
- the cutting machine 10 has a shaft 20, the longitudinal direction of which corresponds to the feed direction 22 of the inserted food.
- the shaft 20 is present approximately horizontally in the present example.
- the shaft 20 could also be approximately vertical and thus be aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cutting machine 10.
- the shaft 20 of the cutting machine 10 has a first, right shaft area 24 and a second, left shaft area 26, which are separated from one another by a slot 28.
- the circular knife travels through this slot 28, so that the food present in the area of the slot 28 is cut at this point.
- a slice of food is then created to the left of this slot 28.
- To the right of slot 28, the food is still present.
- the insertion area for the food to be cut is therefore located in the area of the first shaft area 24 and the removal area for the disk package is in the area of the second shaft area 26.
- the food is pushed in the direction of the slot 28 by a transport gripper 30.
- the transport gripper 30 has a plurality of claws lying side by side, which pierce the end of the food from above during the cutting process.
- a packaging aid 32 is provided above the removal area, onto which the disk package can be placed. Then, for example, a bag or a bag can be placed over the disk package and the packaging aid 32 in order to transfer the disk package into the bag or the bag.
- the two shaft areas 24, 26 of the cutting machine 10 are each approximately U-shaped.
- the first shaft area 24 has a shaft floor 40, a rear wall and a front wall 42.
- the front wall 42 is fastened to the front 16 of the housing 12.
- the shaft floor 40 is not aligned exactly horizontally, rather the shaft floor 40 is slightly inclined, so that the shaft floor 40 lies lower in the area of the front wall 42 than in the area of the rear wall.
- the food to be cut thus lies with its bottom on the shaft floor 40 and with its side on the front wall 42 on.
- the angle 44 between the bottom 18 of the housing 12 and the shaft bottom 40 of the first shaft area 24 is approximately 20 degrees.
- the second shaft area 26 also has a shaft floor 50, a rear wall and a front wall 52.
- the front wall 52 is fastened to the front 16 of the housing 12.
- the shaft floor 50 is slightly inclined, so that the shaft floor 50 lies approximately lower in the area of the front wall 52 than in the area of the rear wall.
- the disc package which is gradually formed thus lies with its base on the shaft base 50 and with its side against the front wall 52.
- the shaft floor 50 of the second shaft area 26 is inclined somewhat less overall than the shaft floor 40 of the first shaft area 24. In the present example, the angle 54 between the shaft floor 40 of the first shaft area 24 and the shaft floor 50 of the second shaft area 26 is approximately 4 degrees.
- the two shaft areas 24, 26 are thus slightly tilted relative to one another about the longitudinal axis of the cutting machine 10.
- the shaft bottom 50 of the second shaft area 26 has a total of two kinks 60, 62 in the present example (see in particular Fig. 6 and 8th ).
- the first kink 60 seen in the feed direction 22 is designed as a mountain fold.
- the second crease 62, seen in the feed direction 22, is designed as a valley fold.
- the floor area 64 facing the slot 28 in front of the first bend 60 is aligned parallel to the shaft floor 40 of the first slot area 24 in front of the slot 28.
- the distance 66 between the first shaft floor 40 and the floor area 64 is constant over the entire length of the slot 28.
- the first kink 60 is formed approximately parallel to the slot 28 in the present example.
- the wedge-shaped base region 68 there is an approximately wedge-shaped base region 68 between the two kinks 60, 62.
- the wedge-shaped The floor area 68 is inclined at an angle 70 in comparison to the first manhole floor 40 and is thus designed to be slightly sloping.
- the wedge-shaped base region 68 has in the region of the front wall 52 (see Fig. 6 ) has a significantly smaller width 72, while the width 74 in the region of the rear wall is significantly larger (see Fig. 8 ).
- the actual second shaft floor 50 is provided in the feed direction 22 behind the second bend 62.
- the second shaft floor 50 and the wedge-shaped floor area 68 are at a constant angle 76 to one another. Due to the constant angle 76 between the second shaft floor 50 and the wedge-shaped floor area 68, the second shaft floor 50 and the first shaft floor 40 are tilted against each other in front of the slot 28 about the longitudinal axis of the cutting machine 10. Consequently, the first shaft floor 40 and the second shaft floor 50 have a smaller distance 78 from one another in the region of their respective front walls 42, 52 (see Fig. 6 ), while the distance 80 is larger in the area of their respective rear walls (see Fig. 8 ).
- first floor area 64 could also be formed parallel to the second shaft floor 50.
- the front wall 52 of the second shaft area 26 also has a total of two bends 90, 92 in the present example (see Fig. 3 ).
- the first crease 90 seen in the feed direction 22 is designed as a mountain fold.
- the second bend 92 seen in the feed direction 22 is formed as a valley fold.
- the wall area 94 facing the slot 28 in front of the first bend 90 is aligned parallel to the front wall 42 of the first shaft area 24 in front of the slot 28.
- the distance 96 between the first front wall 42 and the wall area 94 is constant.
- the wall area 98 there is a rectangular wall area 98 between the two bends 90, 92.
- the wall area 98 is inclined at an angle 100 in comparison to the first front wall 40, so that the second shaft area 28 is somewhat expanded.
- the actual second front wall 52 is provided in the feed direction 22 behind the second bend 92.
- the second front wall 52 and the wall area 98 are at an angle 102 to one another.
- the second front wall 52 thus does not run parallel to the first front wall 42, rather the width of the second shaft area 26 in the area of the second front wall 52 is still slightly increased.

On the basis of this prior art, the object of the invention is to provide an improved cutting machine which enables an exact cut without the disks adhering to the cutting knife and thus provides an optimal cutting result.
The cutting machine according to the invention is given by the features of main claim 1. Useful further developments of the cutting machine according to the invention are the subject of further claims following on from this claim.
The cutting machine for strand-like foods according to the invention has a cutting knife for the strand-like foods and a shaft for receiving the strand-like foods. The longitudinal direction of the shaft corresponds to the feed direction of the strand-like food. The shaft has a first and a second shaft area, which are at least partially separated from one another by a slot. The cutting knife can rotate in this slot. According to the invention, the shaft bottom of the second shaft region arranged behind the slot in the feed direction has at least one bend which is designed as a mountain fold. The floor area of the second shaft floor facing the slot is aligned approximately parallel to the shaft floor of the first shaft area arranged in front of the slot in the feed direction.
The parallel alignment of the floor area of the second shaft area and the shaft floor of the first shaft area ensures that the overturning of the cut panes can be effectively prevented. At the same time, the kink in the shaft floor of the second shaft area can prevent the cut disks from sticking to the cutting knife, so that an optimal cutting result is possible.
In principle, the floor area of the second shaft floor facing the slot can be aligned with the shaft floor of the first shaft area. In this way there is no interference edge in the area of the slot.
In particular, the kink of the second shaft floor can run approximately parallel to the slot. In this case, the kink can correlate with the cut panes, so that a visually appealing and compact pane package can be created. In this case, the bottom area of the second shaft floor facing the slot can preferably have a width of approximately four millimeters to approximately 30 millimeters and can thus be adapted to the pane thickness of the cut panes.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the shaft floor of the second shaft area can have at least two kinks. The first kink seen in the feed direction can be designed as a mountain fold, while the second kink seen in the feed direction can be designed as a valley fold. Such a slightly stair-shaped design of the second shaft floor ensures optimal transportation of the cut slices and at the same time a secure stand of the slice package. The rearmost floor area as seen in the feed direction and the floor area of the second shaft area facing the slot can be aligned parallel to one another.
The front wall of the second shaft area can preferably have at least one slot designed as a mountain fold. The wall area of the second front wall facing the slot can be oriented approximately parallel to the front wall of the first shaft area. The shaft can thus widen a little behind the slot, so that the risk of an interfering edge can be further reduced.
The wall area of the second front wall facing the slot can preferably be aligned with the front wall of the first shaft area. This prevents the cut discs from slipping and ensures a compact structure of the disc package.
In particular, the front wall of the second shaft area can have at least two kinks. In this case, the first kink seen in the feed direction can be designed as a mountain fold, while the second kink seen in the feed direction can be designed as a valley fold. As a result, the outer dimensions of the cutting machine can be kept as small as possible without having to do without an optimal cutting result.
Further advantages and features of the invention can be found in the features further specified in the claims and in the exemplary embodiments below.

The cutting
The cutting
For cutting, the food is pushed in the direction of the
The two
The
In contrast to the embodiment shown in the drawing, the
In the present example, there is a
The actual second
