Definitions
- the invention relates to a jewelry ring arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1 and a ring part for producing such a jewelry ring arrangement.
- the jewelry ring arrangement has at least a first ring part and a second ring part, which can be placed against one another in a connecting position in order to jointly form a jewelry ring, such as in particular a finger ring.
- the jewelry ring arrangement has magnetic means by means of which the first ring part and the second ring part can be releasably fixed to one another in the connecting position.
- Such a jewelry ring arrangement which has at least two finger rings which can be releasably fixed to one another by means of embedded magnetic elements. This makes it possible to assemble the jewelry ring arrangement as desired from a group of several finger rings designed to match one another in order to be able to change the overall visual impression of the jewelry ring arrangement.
- the magnetic rings can be held in different rotational positions with respect to one another by means of a coordinated, radially symmetrical arrangement of the magnetic elements.
- the object of the invention is to produce a further or novel optical effect in a generic guard ring arrangement.
- the first ring part has a first opening section and the second ring part has a second opening section, so that they each extend essentially in a C-shape.
- the two ring parts can be positioned with respect to one another in the connection position in such a way that the first ring part extends through the second opening section of the second ring part and the second ring part simultaneously extends through the first opening section of the first ring part.
- Both opening sections are, for example, between two ramp-shaped areas at the ends of the respective ring part formed, which form two mutually spaced and parallel ramp surfaces. In this assembled state of the two ring parts, this creates the visual impression that they cross one another or that the ring is designed to be twisted.
- the jewelry ring arrangement arises, which can be used alone or in conjunction with other ring parts or with closed circumferential jewelry ring parts as a design element.
- the magnetic means used ensure that the two ring parts are held in the desired position, especially when the jewelry ring arrangement is worn.
- they also enable the two ring parts to be easily separated, so that the individual ring parts are each combined with a different ring part which, for example, has a different design.
- the assembled ring parts can, for example, have a different color, whereby the optical effect of the interlocking of the two ring parts is further enhanced.
- the different colors can be produced in particular by using different materials, such as precious metals in particular, or by different coating of the individual ring parts, such as, for example, by PVD coating, as well as by different surface treatments.
- the jewelry ring arrangement can be designed individually in this way.
- the magnetic means have at least one first magnetic element on the first ring part and at least one second magnetic element on the second ring part. In this way, magnetic forces of attraction can be generated by the two ring parts in order to bring them securely into the desired mutual position in the connection position and to hold them in this position.
- the first ring part has at least one of the first magnetic elements on two sides facing away from one another and the second ring part has at least one of the second magnetic elements on two sides facing away from one another, all magnetic elements being arranged in areas that are adjacent in the connection position are positioned to the other ring part. In this way, a particularly stable mutual connection of the two ring parts in the connection position can be ensured, which in particular remains in place during normal use when the assembled jewelry ring arrangement is put on and taken off.
- the first magnetic elements of the first ring part can advantageously be positioned adjacent to a respective second magnetic element of the second ring part, each of which first and second magnet elements arranged adjacent to one another have opposite polarity. Due to such an arrangement of the magnetic elements, the jewelry ring arrangement has a type of position coding by means of which the two ring parts can only be fixed to one another in the desired position. In addition, it is easier for the wearer of the jewelry ring arrangement in this way to see how the two ring parts have to be plugged together in order to assume the desired connection position.
- the magnetic elements are formed by permanent magnets which are embedded in the respective ring part and are flush with its surface.
- the embedded permanent magnets can be processed together with the surrounding surface using abrasives.
- the permanent magnets can be integrated into the respective ring part in a harmonious or inconspicuous manner and in a permanently stable manner.
- the permanent magnets can in particular be positioned in such a way that they are only visible at all when the ring parts are in the separated state.
- the magnet elements are cylindrical and received in likewise cylindrical recesses in the ring parts.
- the magnetic elements can be received in blind bores or through bores, which can be inserted particularly easily into the ring parts. In this way, a particularly stable fastening of the magnetic elements can also be ensured, for example by gluing or clamping within the cylindrical recess.
- first ring part and the second ring part are constructed identically, which enables a simpler and more cost-effective production of the jewelry ring arrangement as a whole.
- a symmetry of the assembled jewelry ring arrangement can be generated in this way, which gives it a particularly harmonious overall visual impression.
- first ring part and the second ring part each have two ramp-shaped areas that are common in the connection position Form contact areas between the first and second ring parts, the ramp-shaped areas being shaped in such a way that they align the ring parts with one another in such a way that the surfaces of the two ring parts between the contact areas, i.e. outside the same, are spaced from one another and thereby create a gap or a through recess form.
- the two ring parts in the assembled state can produce a particularly open and light-looking overall structure.
- first ring part and the second ring part each have two ramp-shaped areas which, in the connection position, form common contact areas between the first and second ring parts, the ramp-shaped areas being shaped such that they align the ring parts with one another in such a way that the surfaces of the the two ring parts also lie against one another in a closed circumferential manner between the contact areas, that is to say outside the same, whereby the two ring parts can convey a uniformly compact overall impression when plugged together.
- At least one further ring part is provided, which can be fixed to one of the other ring parts via further magnetic means.
- the connection between the individual ring parts or ring elements via magnetic means in turn enables the individual elements to be easily exchanged for the individual design of the jewelry ring arrangement.
- a ring part for producing a jewelry ring arrangement in one of the embodiments described above this having a C-shaped overall extension and thereby forming an opening section and having at least one magnetic element.
- the ring part can thereby be used as an exchangeable ring part in one of the described embodiments of the jewelry ring arrangement.
- the Figures 1 and 2 show a jewelry ring assembly 2 in the form of a two-part finger ring.
- the jewelry ring arrangement 2 has a first ring part 4 and a second ring part 6. Both ring parts 4 and 6 are C-shaped for this purpose, so that the first ring part 4 forms a first opening section 8 in the circumferential direction and the second ring part 6 forms a second opening section 10.
- Figure 1 shows here a connection position of the jewelry ring arrangement 2, in which the two ring parts 4 and 6 are plugged into one another.
- the first ring part 4 extends through the second opening section 10 and the second ring part 6 extends through the first opening section 8.
- first magnetic elements 12 are formed by cylindrical permanent magnets, which are fastened in pairs, spaced apart from one another, on two sides of the first ring part 4 facing away from one another, in each case in a likewise cylindrical first receptacle 16.
- the second magnetic elements 14 are also formed by cylindrical permanent magnets and are in turn fixed in pairs, spaced apart from one another, on two sides of the second ring part 6 facing away from one another, in each case in a cylindrical second receptacle 18.
- the receptacles 16 and 18 consist of blind holes, each in a surface 20 of the relevant ring part 4; 6 are embedded.
- the stable fixing of the magnetic elements 12, 14 within the receptacles 16, 18 is ensured, for example, by gluing or clamping. In order to ensure that the magnetic elements 12, 14 are flush with the surface 20 of the respective ring part 4, 6, they can be processed together by grinding.
- the magnetic elements 12, 14 are positioned on the ring parts 4, 6 in such a way that, in the connecting position, they are each arranged adjacent to a magnetic element 14, 12 of the respective other ring part 6, 4.
- Two magnet elements 12, 14 that can be positioned adjacent to one another each have a different polarity in order to attract one another magnetically in the connected position.
- magnet elements 12, 14 of the same polarity repel each other, so that a certain coding can be specified by the magnet elements 12, 14, which makes it easier for the wearer to find the connection position .
- both ring parts 4, 6 are designed to be identical.
- the opening sections 8, 10 are limited by first ramp-shaped areas 22 of the first ring part 4 or by second ramp-shaped areas 24 of the second ring part 6, as they are in particular from the Figures 3 and 4 can be found.
- a second middle section 28 of the second ring part 6 comes into contact with the first ramp-shaped areas 22 and a first middle section 26 of the first ring part 4 comes into contact with the second ramp-shaped areas 24 (see FIG Figure 1 ).
- the ramp-shaped areas 22, 24 thereby form contact areas 30 in the connecting position together with the central sections 26, 28 respectively received therein, as they are, for example, from the Figures 6 and 7 can be found.
- the ramp-shaped areas 22, 24 are designed in such a way that the two ring parts 4, 6 are aligned with one another in such a way that they each form a gap 32 between the contact areas 30.
- the jewelry ring arrangement 2 has an open and light-looking shape.
- At least one further ring part 34 can be provided on the jewelry ring assembly 2, as in FIG Figures 6 to 9 represented by dash-dotted lines.
- further magnetic means 36 can be provided on these or on the ring parts 4, 6 or on both.
- the further ring parts 34 allow further design options for the jewelry ring arrangement 2 and, corresponding to the ring parts 4, 6, can also be C-shaped or as closed circumferential jewelry rings.

Description
The invention relates to a jewelry ring arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1 and a ring part for producing such a jewelry ring arrangement. The jewelry ring arrangement has at least a first ring part and a second ring part, which can be placed against one another in a connecting position in order to jointly form a jewelry ring, such as in particular a finger ring. In addition, the jewelry ring arrangement has magnetic means by means of which the first ring part and the second ring part can be releasably fixed to one another in the connecting position.
With these known jewelry ring arrangements, a variety of optical effects can thus be produced depending on the number and arrangement of the finger rings used.
The object of the invention is to produce a further or novel optical effect in a generic guard ring arrangement.
This object is achieved by the jewelry ring arrangement with the features of claim 1. The first ring part has a first opening section and the second ring part has a second opening section, so that they each extend essentially in a C-shape. The two ring parts can be positioned with respect to one another in the connection position in such a way that the first ring part extends through the second opening section of the second ring part and the second ring part simultaneously extends through the first opening section of the first ring part. Both opening sections are, for example, between two ramp-shaped areas at the ends of the respective ring part formed, which form two mutually spaced and parallel ramp surfaces. In this assembled state of the two ring parts, this creates the visual impression that they cross one another or that the ring is designed to be twisted. In this way, a special optical effect of the jewelry ring arrangement arises, which can be used alone or in conjunction with other ring parts or with closed circumferential jewelry ring parts as a design element. The magnetic means used ensure that the two ring parts are held in the desired position, especially when the jewelry ring arrangement is worn. In addition, they also enable the two ring parts to be easily separated, so that the individual ring parts are each combined with a different ring part which, for example, has a different design. The assembled ring parts can, for example, have a different color, whereby the optical effect of the interlocking of the two ring parts is further enhanced. The different colors can be produced in particular by using different materials, such as precious metals in particular, or by different coating of the individual ring parts, such as, for example, by PVD coating, as well as by different surface treatments. The jewelry ring arrangement can be designed individually in this way.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the magnetic means have at least one first magnetic element on the first ring part and at least one second magnetic element on the second ring part. In this way, magnetic forces of attraction can be generated by the two ring parts in order to bring them securely into the desired mutual position in the connection position and to hold them in this position.
It is advantageous if the first ring part has at least one of the first magnetic elements on two sides facing away from one another and the second ring part has at least one of the second magnetic elements on two sides facing away from one another, all magnetic elements being arranged in areas that are adjacent in the connection position are positioned to the other ring part. In this way, a particularly stable mutual connection of the two ring parts in the connection position can be ensured, which in particular remains in place during normal use when the assembled jewelry ring arrangement is put on and taken off.
The first magnetic elements of the first ring part can advantageously be positioned adjacent to a respective second magnetic element of the second ring part, each of which first and second magnet elements arranged adjacent to one another have opposite polarity. As an alternative to the adjacent arrangement of the different polarized first and second magnetic elements in the connection position, it is also possible, depending on the material of the ring parts, to generate the magnetic force of attraction at least partially by only one-sided arrangement of one or more magnetic elements, which then interact with the other ring part.
In addition, it is advantageous if the magnetic elements are formed by permanent magnets which are embedded in the respective ring part and are flush with its surface. In addition, the embedded permanent magnets can be processed together with the surrounding surface using abrasives. In this way, the permanent magnets can be integrated into the respective ring part in a harmonious or inconspicuous manner and in a permanently stable manner. The permanent magnets can in particular be positioned in such a way that they are only visible at all when the ring parts are in the separated state.
Advantageously, the magnet elements are cylindrical and received in likewise cylindrical recesses in the ring parts. As a result, the magnetic elements can be received in blind bores or through bores, which can be inserted particularly easily into the ring parts. In this way, a particularly stable fastening of the magnetic elements can also be ensured, for example by gluing or clamping within the cylindrical recess.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the first ring part and the second ring part are constructed identically, which enables a simpler and more cost-effective production of the jewelry ring arrangement as a whole. In addition, a symmetry of the assembled jewelry ring arrangement can be generated in this way, which gives it a particularly harmonious overall visual impression.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the first ring part and the second ring part each have two ramp-shaped areas that are common in the connection position Form contact areas between the first and second ring parts, the ramp-shaped areas being shaped in such a way that they align the ring parts with one another in such a way that the surfaces of the two ring parts between the contact areas, i.e. outside the same, are spaced from one another and thereby create a gap or a through recess form. As a result, the two ring parts in the assembled state can produce a particularly open and light-looking overall structure.
Alternatively, the first ring part and the second ring part each have two ramp-shaped areas which, in the connection position, form common contact areas between the first and second ring parts, the ramp-shaped areas being shaped such that they align the ring parts with one another in such a way that the surfaces of the the two ring parts also lie against one another in a closed circumferential manner between the contact areas, that is to say outside the same, whereby the two ring parts can convey a uniformly compact overall impression when plugged together.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the jewelry ring arrangement, in addition to the first ring part and the second ring part, at least one further ring part is provided, which can be fixed to one of the other ring parts via further magnetic means. This makes it possible, for example, to arrange the two ring parts in one of the previously described embodiment between further such ring parts or between closed ring elements in order to create an even more complex appearance. The connection between the individual ring parts or ring elements via magnetic means in turn enables the individual elements to be easily exchanged for the individual design of the jewelry ring arrangement.
Furthermore, the stated object is achieved by a ring part for producing a jewelry ring arrangement in one of the embodiments described above, this having a C-shaped overall extension and thereby forming an opening section and having at least one magnetic element. The ring part can thereby be used as an exchangeable ring part in one of the described embodiments of the jewelry ring arrangement.
It should be noted that all of the above-described features of the subject matter according to the invention are interchangeable or can be combined with one another, provided that an exchange or a combination thereof is not excluded for technical reasons.
