- Component (1) for a drain device for a flat roof (9) with an attic (11), comprising- an angled part (2) which comprises a first leg (6) and a second leg (7), whereby each one of the legs (6, 7) has an outer face (8, 10) facing away from the respective other leg (6, 7) and an inner face (13, 14) facing the respective other leg (6, 7), whereby the outer face (8) of the first leg (6) can be arranged on the upper side of the roof (1), whereby the outer face (10) of the second leg (7) can be arranged on the attic (11) projecting upwards from the upper side of the flat roof (8), whereby the second leg (7) has an opening (12) and whereby the angled part (2) is made from an elastomer material or comprises an elastomer material, and- a drain connection (4), which is connected to the angled part (2) and extends from the opening (12) in the second leg (7) away from the angled part (2),characterised in that the component (1) comprises a sealing film (3) which is connected to the angled part (2) and extends at least partially over the inner faces (13, 14) of the legs (6, 7), and in that the component (1) comprises a support ring (5) which is arranged on the drain connection (4), whereby the support ring (5) is arranged partially in the drain connection (4) or partially outside the drain connection (4), and whereby the support ring (5) serves to receive a connecting pipe (15) and to provide sealing relative to this connecting pipe (15).
- Component (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the first and the second legs (6, 7) enclose an angle (α) between 70° and 110°, in particular an angle (α) between 80° and 100°, preferably an angle (α) 90° with one another.
- Component (1) according to any of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the elastomer material of the angled part (2) is a thermoplastic elastomer, such as for example TPE, TPA, TPC, TPO, TPS, TPU, TPV or TPZ, or in that the elastomer material of the angled part (2) is a conventional elastomer, such as for example EPDM, NR, NBR, HNBR, HR, CR, FKM, CSM, VMQ or MVQ.
- Component (1) according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the elastomer material of the angled part (2) has an elongation at break according to DIN 53504 or ISO 37 of more than 200%.
- Component (1) according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the sealing film (3) is made from bitumen or comprises bitumen.
- Component (1) according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the component is made in one piece.
- Component (1) according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the component (1) is formed at least partially as an injection moulded part.
- Method for producing the component (1) according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterised by the following method steps:- the sealing film (3) is laid into an injection mould;- the angled part (2) is produced, optionally together with a drain connection (4) integrally formed thereon, by injection moulding and is thereby connected to the sealing film (3).
- Method according to claim 8, characterised in that in addition to the sealing film (3) the support ring (5) is laid into the injection mould, so that during the injection moulding the angled part (2) is connected to the sealing film (3) and the support ring (5).
- Drain device for a flat roof with an attic, comprising a component (1) according to any of claims 1 to 7.
- Drain device according to claim 10, characterised in that the drain device comprises a pipe piece or a partial pipe piece (18) which is open towards the bottom and can be arranged at least partially in the opening (12) in the second leg (7) of the component (1).
- Drain device according to any of claims 10 or 11, characterised in that the drain device comprises an inlet element such as for example a foliage trap (19) which can be arranged on the side facing away from the drain connection (4) before the opening (12) in the second leg (7) of the component (1).
- Drain device according to any of claims 10 to 12, characterised in that the drain device comprises a connecting pipe (15) which can be connected to the drain connection (4) and on the outflow side can open into a sump (21), which is optionally comprised by the drain device, or a building-side drain pipe (22).
- Drain device according to any of claims 11 to 13, characterised in that the drain device comprises latching means (20) which are arranged in particular on the component (1) and/or on the pipe piece and/or on the partial pipe piece (18) and/or on the connecting pipe (15), in order to produce a connection between the component (1) on the one hand and the pipe piece or the partial pipe piece (18) and/or the connecting pipe (15) on the other hand.
