Claims (2)
- Outils de durcissement à la presse constitués d'un matériau composite comportant un cœur d'outil avec une couche de contact reliée au cœur d'outil au niveau d'une surface d'outil, qui est conçue pour entrer en contact avec une pièce destinée à un thermoformage, dans lesquels le cœur d'outil est constitué de cuivre ou d'un alliage de cuivre, caractérisés en ce que la couche de contact est reliée par un procédé métallurgique au cœur d'outil et contient au moins 50 % en poids de nickel, ou de chrome, dans lesquels le cœur d'outil possède une résistance à l'usure réduite en tant que matériau de la couche de contact et dans lesquels le cœur d'outil est fixé sur un porte-outil en acier.
- Outils de durcissement à la presse selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce que la couche de contact contient 65 à 95 % en poids de nickel ou de chrome.
