Claims (11)
- A mount for a toilet seat assembly, the mount having a base (20) for attachment to a contact face (12) of a ceramic (10), wherein the base (20) carries a pin (28) provided for connection to a toilet seat hinge assembly (6, 8) of the toilet seat assembly (1), characterized in that the pin (28) is resiliently pivotably mounted to the base (20).
- The mount according to patent claim 1, wherein the pin (28) is supported on the base via a resilient bearing.
- The mount according to patent claim 2, wherein the resilient bearing is an elastomeric bearing (32) or a spring or a plastic bearing or a metal bearing.
- The mount according to patent claim 2 or 3, wherein the resilient bearing is annular and embraces an end portion (42) of the pin (28) while being supported on the base (20).
- The mount according to one of the preceding patent claims, wherein an end portion (42) of the pin (28) is captively connected to the base (20).
- The mount according to patent claim 5, wherein the pin (28) is connected to the base (20) by wobbling.
- The mount according to one of the preceding patent claims, wherein an end portion (42) of the pin (28) is radially recessed over a radial shoulder (40) and penetrates a bearing recess (44) of the base (20) with clearance.
- The mount according to patent claims 2 and 7, wherein the resilient bearing bears on the one hand against the base (20) and on the other hand against the radial shoulder (40).
- The mount according to one of the preceding patent claims, wherein a free end portion of the pin (28) remote from the base (20) carries a latching and/or a sealing means.
- The mount according to one of the preceding patent claims, wherein the base (20) has a mounting hole (24) which is penetrable or penetrated by a fastener.
- A toilet seat assembly with take-off function, comprising two mounts (14, 14') according to one of the preceding patent claims and being attachable to a ceramic (10) via the mounts.
