Claims (11)
- Elektrodengleitvorrichtung (1) für eine Graphitelektrode, umfassend einen oberen Haltering (2) und einen unteren Haltering (3), wobei der obere Haltering und der untere Haltering eine oder mehrere Klemmbaugruppen beinhalten, die einen Klemmschuh (4) und eine Klemmvorrichtung (5) enthalten, die in Zusammenwirkung miteinander derart vorgesehen sind, dass der Klemmschuh (4) zwischen einer Klemmposition (I), in der eine Elektrode (E) geklemmt ist, und einer Freigabeposition (II), in der die Elektrode (E) ungeklemmt ist, betriebsfähig ist, und wobei die Klemmvorrichtung (5) umfasst:- ein Rahmenelement (6), das an einem Haltering (2, 3) starr anbringbar ist, um in Bezug auf den Haltering stationär zu sein,- einen Zylinderbereich (7), wobei der Zylinderbereich (7) stationär in Bezug auf das Rahmenelement (6) vorgesehen ist,- einen Plunger (8), wobei der Plunger (8) ein zylindrisches Gehäuse (9) und eine Endplatte (10) umfasst, die dazu vorgesehen ist, von dem Klemmschuh (4) angegriffen zu werden,- eine Druckfeder (11), die innerhalb des zylindrischen Gehäuses (9) vorgesehen ist, um zwischen dem Rahmenelement (6) und dem Plunger (8) zu wirken, um den Plunger (8) in Richtung des Klemmschuhs (4) zu beaufschlagen, und um den Klemmschuh (4) gegen die Elektrode (E) zu drücken,- einen Spannbalken (12), der ein erstes Ende (13) hat, das freigebbar an der Endplatte (10) des Plungers (8) angebracht ist, und ein zweites Ende (14),- ein Kolbenelement (15), das bewegbar innerhalb des Zylinderbereichs (7) vorgesehen ist, um ein hydraulisches Kraftmittel (16) zu bilden, wobei das Kolbenelement durch hydraulischen Druck von hydraulischem Fluid, das dazu vorgesehen ist, zu einem Raum zwischen dem Kolbenelement (15) und dem Zylinderbereich (7) geleitet zu werden, bewegt werden kann, wobei Bewegung des Kolbenelements durch hydraulischen Druck des hydraulischen Fluids bewirkt, dass der Spannbalken den Plunger (8) gegen die Federkraft der Druckfeder (11) zieht, um den Klemmschuh (4) von der Klemmposition (I) zu der Freigabeposition (II) zu bewegen, und einen Kontaktschuh (28), der aus elektrisch leitendem Material gemacht ist, zum Bereitstellen von Strom an die Elektrode,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmvorrichtung (5) einen einzigen Spannbalken (12) umfasst, der zentral in Bezug auf das Rahmenelement (6), den Plunger (8), die Druckfeder (11) und das Kolbenelement (15) vorgesehen ist,
und wobei der untere Haltering (3) eine einzelne Klemmvorrichtung (5) umfasst, die dazu vorgesehen ist, einen Klemmschuh (4) freigebbar gegen die Oberfläche der Elektrode (E) zu drücken, und wobei der Kontaktschuh (28) an einer gegenüberliegenden Seite des unteren Halterings (3) in Bezug auf die Position des Klemmschuhs (4) vorgesehen ist. - Elektrodengleitvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rahmenelement (6), der Plunger (8) und die Druckfeder (11) jeweils ein zentrales Loch (17, 18, 19) haben, um den Spannbalken (12) darin aufzunehmen.
- Elektrodengleitvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endplatte (10) ein zentrales Loch (19) hat, das ein Innengewinde (20) hat, und dass das erste Ende (13) des Spannbalkens (12) ein erstes Außengewinde (21) hat, das auf das Innengewinde (20) der Endplatte (10) geschraubt ist.
- Elektrodengleitvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Ende (14) des Spannbalkens (12) ein zweites Außengewinde (22) hat, auf das eine Kontermutter (23) geschraubt ist.
- Elektrodengleitvorrichtung nach einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmvorrichtung (5) zwei oder mehr Zylinderbereiche (7) und Kolbenelemente (15) umfasst, die radial um den Spannbalken (12) angeordnet sind, um zwei oder mehr hydraulische Kraftmittel (16) um den Spannbalken zu bilden.
- Elektrodengleitvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmvorrichtung (5) drei oder vier Zylinderbereiche (7) und Kolbenelemente (15) umfasst, die radial um den Spannbalken (12) angeordnet sind, um drei oder vier hydraulische Kraftmittel (16) um den Spannbalken zu bilden.
- Elektrodengleitvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmvorrichtung eine zweite Endplatte (24) umfasst, an der die Kolbenelemente (15) angebracht sind, wobei die zweite Endplatte (24) Einlässe (25) und Auslässe (26) zum Leiten des hydraulischen Fluids zu und von den zwei oder mehr hydraulischen Kraftmitteln (16) umfasst.
- Elektrodengleitvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinderbereich (7) und das Kolbenelement (15) beide ringförmig sind, und dadurch ein ringförmiges hydraulisches Kraftmittel (16) bilden, das konzentrisch in Bezug auf den Spannbalken (12) ist.
- Elektrodengleitvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rahmenelement (6) einen Einlass (25) und einen Auslass (26) zum Leiten des hydraulischen Fluids zu und von den ringförmigen hydraulischen Kraftmitteln (16) umfasst.
- Elektrodengleitvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckfeder (11) aus einer Mehrzahl von Tellerfedern (27) besteht.
- Elektrodengleitvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Haltering (2) an einer stationären Struktur (29) angebracht ist, und dass der untere Haltering (3) an der stationären Struktur (29) durch vertikale hydraulische Zylinder (30) aufgehängt ist.
