Definitions
- the invention relates to a sieve segment for assembly in a conical support basket of a sieve centrifuge and for the formation of a sieve basket formed from several sieve segments within the support basket of a sieve centrifuge with an inlet side and an outlet side, the sieve segment corresponding to an angular section of the conical shape of the support basket from an inlet edge to Arrangement on the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge in the transport direction of the material to be sieved expanded to a wider outlet edge for arrangement on the outlet side of the sieve centrifuge.
- Such sieve segments are known. From the EP 1 827 700 B1 and the EP 2 907 579 A1 conical carrier baskets with sieve segments embedded therein are known.
- the material to be dried by means of the sieve centrifuge is brought in on the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge, ie on the smaller diameter of the conical carrier basket and, due to the machine dynamics, is transported in the transport direction to the outlet side of the sieve centrifuge on the larger diameter of the conical carrier basket.
- the disadvantage of the known sieve segments is that they often have to be replaced due to the high level of wear and tear on the sieve segments in the material feed zone, while other areas of the sieve segments are not yet so worn out at this point in time and could still be used for a further period of time.
- the material feed zone here means the area of the sieve segments which faces the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge.
- the object of the invention is therefore to develop a sieve segment for a sieve centrifuge of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that it allows optimum utilization in terms of its service life.
- the sieve segment for assembly in a conical support basket of a sieve centrifuge and for the formation of a sieve basket formed from several sieve segments within the support basket of a sieve centrifuge with an inlet side and an outlet side, the sieve segment extending from an inlet edge according to an angular section of the conical shape of the support basket Arrangement on the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge in the transport direction of the material to be sieved to a wider outlet edge for the arrangement on the outlet side of the sieve centrifuge, it is that the sieve segment is formed in several parts in the transport direction of the material to be sieved from at least two independently mountable segment parts, the sieve segment at least one Having an inlet segment part with the inlet edge for arrangement on the inlet side and an outlet segment part with the wider outlet edge for arrangement on the outlet side, in particular that the sieve segment is designed in two parts in the transport direction of the material to be sieved.
- the screen centrifuge can in particular be a screw screen, pusher screen or vibrating screen centrifuge.
- the concept of the transport direction denotes the axial direction along the axis of the conical carrier basket of the screen centrifuge from the inlet side on the small diameter to the outlet side on the large diameter.
- the material to be dried by means of the sieve centrifuge is brought in on the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge, i.e. at the smaller diameter of the conical carrier basket and, due to the machine dynamics, is transported in the transport direction to the outlet side of the sieve centrifuge on the larger diameter of the conical carrier basket.
- the sieve segment has an inlet edge for arrangement on the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge and an outlet edge, which is wider than the inlet edge, for arrangement on the outlet side of the sieve centrifuge.
- the sieve segment parts widen from the inlet side in the transport direction of the material to be screened to the outlet side.
- the inlet segment part and the outlet segment part each have an inlet edge and an outlet edge opposite the inlet edge.
- the inlet edge of the inlet segment part corresponds to the inlet edge of the sieve segment directed towards the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge and thus to the narrower of the two edges of the inlet segment part.
- the outlet edge of the inlet segment part is thus wider than the inlet edge and is directed towards the inlet edge of the outlet segment part.
- the outlet edge of the outlet segment part corresponds to the outlet edge of the sieve segment. The outlet edge of the outlet segment part is accordingly wider than the inlet edge of the outlet segment part.
- the inlet segment part and the outlet segment part can be geometrically matched to one another, so that both form a complete screen segment following one another in the transport direction.
- the outlet edge of the inlet segment part can have almost the same, in particular the same width as the inlet edge of the corresponding outlet segment part, so that an almost seamless transition between the inlet segment part and the outlet segment part in the transport direction of the material to be screened is made possible.
- further segment parts can be arranged between the inlet segment part and the outlet segment part, which are geometrically coordinated with the adjoining segment parts in order to enable an in particular almost seamless transition between the adjoining segment parts.
- the screen segment can be designed in three parts or four parts or five parts or n parts in the transport direction.
- the sieve segment is constructed in several parts in the transport direction of the material to be sieved from at least two segment parts that can be assembled independently of one another, the sieve segment having at least one inlet segment part and one outlet segment part, the inlet segment part, which is usually worn after a short period of use, can be exchanged without the corresponding, in particular not yet worn, outlet segment part to exchange. Conversely, however, it is also possible to exchange the outlet segment part without replacing the corresponding inlet segment part.
- the usage time of the individual segment parts and thus of the sieve segments as a whole is increased and the respective service life is optimally used.
- material feed zone refers to that area of the sieve segment on the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge.
- the feature that the at least two segment parts can be assembled independently of one another means that at least a first of the two segment parts can be dismantled and replaced without also replacing the second of the two segment parts, but instead continuing to use the second segment part after replacing the first segment part.

The invention relates to a sieve segment for assembly in a conical support basket of a sieve centrifuge and for the formation of a sieve basket formed from several sieve segments within the support basket of a sieve centrifuge with an inlet side and an outlet side, the sieve segment corresponding to an angular section of the conical shape of the support basket from an inlet edge to Arrangement on the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge in the transport direction of the material to be sieved expanded to a wider outlet edge for arrangement on the outlet side of the sieve centrifuge.

It has been shown that the area of the sieve segments on the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge to which the material to be processed is applied is subject to particularly high wear.
The disadvantage of the known sieve segments is that they often have to be replaced due to the high level of wear and tear on the sieve segments in the material feed zone, while other areas of the sieve segments are not yet so worn out at this point in time and could still be used for a further period of time. The material feed zone here means the area of the sieve segments which faces the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge.
The object of the invention is therefore to develop a sieve segment for a sieve centrifuge of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that it allows optimum utilization in terms of its service life.
This object is achieved according to the invention by a screen segment according to claim 1, a screen basket according to claim 6 and a screen centrifuge according to claim 7. Advantageous further developments of the invention are given in the dependent claims.
Particularly advantageous in the case of the sieve segment for assembly in a conical support basket of a sieve centrifuge and for the formation of a sieve basket formed from several sieve segments within the support basket of a sieve centrifuge with an inlet side and an outlet side, the sieve segment extending from an inlet edge according to an angular section of the conical shape of the support basket Arrangement on the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge in the transport direction of the material to be sieved to a wider outlet edge for the arrangement on the outlet side of the sieve centrifuge, it is that the sieve segment is formed in several parts in the transport direction of the material to be sieved from at least two independently mountable segment parts, the sieve segment at least one Having an inlet segment part with the inlet edge for arrangement on the inlet side and an outlet segment part with the wider outlet edge for arrangement on the outlet side, in particular that the sieve segment is designed in two parts in the transport direction of the material to be sieved.
The screen centrifuge can in particular be a screw screen, pusher screen or vibrating screen centrifuge. The concept of the transport direction denotes the axial direction along the axis of the conical carrier basket of the screen centrifuge from the inlet side on the small diameter to the outlet side on the large diameter.
The material to be dried by means of the sieve centrifuge is brought in on the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge, i.e. at the smaller diameter of the conical carrier basket and, due to the machine dynamics, is transported in the transport direction to the outlet side of the sieve centrifuge on the larger diameter of the conical carrier basket.
According to the conical shape of the carrier basket, the sieve segment has an inlet edge for arrangement on the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge and an outlet edge, which is wider than the inlet edge, for arrangement on the outlet side of the sieve centrifuge. Corresponding to the conical course of the carrying basket that widens from the inlet side to the outlet side, the sieve segment parts widen from the inlet side in the transport direction of the material to be screened to the outlet side. The inlet segment part and the outlet segment part each have an inlet edge and an outlet edge opposite the inlet edge. The inlet edge of the inlet segment part corresponds to the inlet edge of the sieve segment directed towards the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge and thus to the narrower of the two edges of the inlet segment part. The outlet edge of the inlet segment part is thus wider than the inlet edge and is directed towards the inlet edge of the outlet segment part. The outlet edge of the outlet segment part corresponds to the outlet edge of the sieve segment. The outlet edge of the outlet segment part is accordingly wider than the inlet edge of the outlet segment part.
The inlet segment part and the outlet segment part can be geometrically matched to one another, so that both form a complete screen segment following one another in the transport direction. In particular, the outlet edge of the inlet segment part can have almost the same, in particular the same width as the inlet edge of the corresponding outlet segment part, so that an almost seamless transition between the inlet segment part and the outlet segment part in the transport direction of the material to be screened is made possible.
Alternatively, however, further segment parts can be arranged between the inlet segment part and the outlet segment part, which are geometrically coordinated with the adjoining segment parts in order to enable an in particular almost seamless transition between the adjoining segment parts. In particular, the screen segment can be designed in three parts or four parts or five parts or n parts in the transport direction.
Because the sieve segment is constructed in several parts in the transport direction of the material to be sieved from at least two segment parts that can be assembled independently of one another, the sieve segment having at least one inlet segment part and one outlet segment part, the inlet segment part, which is usually worn after a short period of use, can be exchanged without the corresponding, in particular not yet worn, outlet segment part to exchange. Conversely, however, it is also possible to exchange the outlet segment part without replacing the corresponding inlet segment part. Thus, the usage time of the individual segment parts and thus of the sieve segments as a whole is increased and the respective service life is optimally used.
As a result, greater flexibility is made possible with regard to the possible utilization of the service life of various areas of the sieve segment, in particular of the sieve basket. The fact that the sieve segment in the area of the material application zone wears more quickly than the area of the sieve segment remote from the material application zone thus becomes more favorable Way, especially in terms of assembly, material and costs. The term “material feed zone” refers to that area of the sieve segment on the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge.
The feature that the at least two segment parts can be assembled independently of one another means that at least a first of the two segment parts can be dismantled and replaced without also replacing the second of the two segment parts, but instead continuing to use the second segment part after replacing the first segment part. However, it may be necessary to at least loosen a first sieve segment part in order to be able to dismantle the second sieve segment part. The core of the invention, however, is the interchangeability of the individual screen segment parts independently of one another in order to be able to optimally use the respective service life.
In particular, the segment parts, in particular the inlet segment part and the outlet segment part, can consist of different materials or the same material. In particular, the segment parts, in particular the inlet segment part and the outlet segment part, can have different or the same gap widths. In particular, the segment parts, in particular the inlet segment part and the outlet segment part, can have different or the same material thicknesses. In particular, the segment parts, in particular the inlet segment part and the outlet segment part, can have different or identical coatings and / or wear protection.
In particular, the screen segments can be slotted screen segments or milled screen segments or laser-cut and / or water-jet-cut screen segments. In particular, the screen segments can be slotted in the circumferential direction and / or in the axial direction and / or at an angle with respect to the axial direction. Furthermore, different slot directions of the slots in the circumferential direction and / or in the axial direction and / or at an angle with respect to the axial direction can be combined in the sieve segments.
In particular, the inlet segment part can vary over a proportion of 1 percent up to 10% or up to 20% or up to 30% or up to 40% or up to 50% or up to 60% or up to 70% or up to 80 % or up to 90% of the extent of the sieve segment in the direction of transport of the material to be sieved, the proportion being able to assume any value in this interval. In particular, the outlet segment part can accordingly extend over a proportion of 1 percent to 90% of the extent of the sieve segment in the transport direction of the material to be screened, the proportion being able to assume any value in this interval. The division of the extent of the sieve segment in the transport direction of the material to be sieved between the inlet segment part and the outlet segment part is particularly preferably ¼ to ¾ up to ½ to ½.
In particular, the carrier basket can have a plurality of recesses for transporting away the, in particular liquid, substance separated from the material to be screened, which recesses are arranged, in particular, evenly distributed over the carrier basket. Such recesses can be of the same size or of different sizes.
The inlet segment part preferably has at least one, in particular hook-shaped, fastening element arranged on its underside for forming a positive and / or non-positive connection with the carrier basket, in particular with the underside facing the carrier basket. Accordingly, the inlet segment part has an underside facing the carrier basket, which is opposite its upper side onto which the material to be screened is placed. When the sieve basket is constructed, which is composed of several sieve segments, the lower sides of the inlet segment parts would together form an outside of the sieve basket and the upper sides an inside of the sieve basket onto which the material to be sieved is placed. In particular, the inlet segment part can have several, in particular two, such fastening elements. An undesired displacement of the inlet segment parts can thus be avoided.
In particular, the inlet segment part can have such fastening elements at its end facing the outlet side in the transport direction, the end of the inlet segment part being able to mean a proportion of 10 to 40 percent, in particular 10 percent or 20 percent or 30 percent or 40 percent of its extension in the transport direction. In particular, such a fastening element can reach through a recess, in particular one recess in each case, in the carrier basket and / or engage behind the carrier basket and thus fix the inlet segment part on the carrier basket.
In particular, the, in particular, hook-shaped fastening element (s) can reach through a recess, in particular, in each case a recess in the carrier basket and / or engage behind the carrier basket.
The outlet segment part preferably has at least one, in particular hook-shaped, fastening element arranged on its underside for forming a positive and / or non-positive connection with the carrier basket, in particular with the underside facing the carrier basket. Accordingly, the outlet segment part has an underside facing the carrier basket, which is opposite its upper side onto which the material to be screened is placed. When the sieve basket is constructed, which is composed of several sieve segments, the undersides of the outlet segment parts would together form an outside of the sieve basket and the upper sides an inside of the sieve basket onto which the material to be sieved is placed. In particular, the outlet segment part can have several, in particular two, such fastening elements. An undesired displacement of the outlet segment parts can thus be avoided.
In particular, the particularly hook-shaped fastening element (s) of the outlet segment part can reach through a recess, in particular one recess in each case, in the carrier basket and / or engage behind the carrier basket.
According to the invention, the outlet segment part has at least one tab on its underside through which at least one screw can pass and which can be releasably fixed by means of the screw, in particular on a flange on the outlet side of the carrier basket. As a result, the outlet segment part can be detachably and securely fastened to the support cage. In particular, the outlet segment part can have a tab which extends over the complete width of the outlet segment part and which has one or more bores and / or elongated holes that can be passed through by means of screws, in particular equidistantly arranged. Alternatively, the outlet segment part can have a plurality of tabs distributed over the width, each with one or more bores and / or elongated holes.
The inlet segment part and / or the outlet segment part preferably has / have a wear protection, in particular a coating, on its top side, the top side facing away from the carrier basket.
The inlet segment part and the outlet segment part are preferably designed in such a way that they can be detachably connected to one another in a form-fitting and / or force-fitting manner. For example, this can be done by means of a clip connection and / or a clamp connection and / or a snap connection and / or a screw connection. In particular, the inlet segment part and the outlet segment part can be designed in the sense of a plug-socket pairing to form a form-fitting connection.
It is particularly advantageous on a sieve basket for fastening in a conical support basket of a sieve centrifuge that the sieve basket is formed from 4 to 12 sieve segments according to the invention, in particular from 6 sieve segments each consisting of at least one inlet segment part and one outlet segment part.
In particular, the screen segments, in particular the inlet segment parts and / or the outlet segment parts on the sides on which two adjacent Adjacent screen segments, in particular two adjacent inlet segment parts and / or two adjacent outlet segment parts, can be materially connected to one another, in particular welded and / or positively connected, or free of connections or fastenings.
In particular, a sieve basket can be used for fastening in a conical support basket of a sieve centrifuge, the sieve basket expanding according to the conical shape of the support basket from an inlet diameter for arrangement on the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge in the transport direction of the material to be sieved to an outlet diameter for arrangement on the outlet side of the sieve centrifuge, multi-part, in particular two-part, at least from one inlet cone with the inlet diameter for arrangement on the inlet side of the screen centrifuge and at least one outlet cone with the outlet diameter for arrangement on the outlet side of the screen centrifuge, in particular the inlet cone can consist of several inlet segment parts welded together and / or the outlet cone be formed from several outlet segment parts welded together.
As a result, analogous to the sieve segment according to the invention, a sieve basket is provided which enables greater flexibility with regard to the possible utilization of the service life of different areas of the sieve basket. The fact that the screen basket in the area of the material application zone wears faster than the area of the screen basket remote from the material application zone is thus met in a favorable manner, in particular with regard to assembly, material and costs.
The inlet cone and the outlet cone can be geometrically matched to one another so that both form a complete screen basket following one another in the transport direction.
Analogous to the inlet segment parts and / or outlet segment parts, the inlet cone and / or outlet cone can have, on their underside facing the carrier basket, in particular hook-shaped fastening elements for fastening to the carrier basket.
In particular, the outlet cone can have at least one tab on its underside facing the carrier basket, through which at least one screw can pass and can be releasably fixed by means of the screw, in particular on a flange on the outlet side of the carrier basket.
In particular, the outlet cone and / or inlet cone can have a wear protection, in particular a coating, on their upper side facing away from the carrying basket, the upper side facing away from the carrying cage. In particular, the outlet cone and / or inlet cone can be designed in such a way that they can be releasably connected to one another in a form-fitting and / or force-fitting manner. For example, this can be done by means of a clip connection and / or a clamp connection and / or a snap connection and / or a screw connection.
A particularly advantageous feature of a screen centrifuge with a conical carrier basket, the diameter of which widens from the inlet side in the transport direction of the material to be screened to the outlet side, is that a plurality, in particular 4 to 12 of screen segments according to the invention for forming a screen basket are located in the carrier basket and on which Carrying basket are attached.
In particular, such a screen centrifuge can have a drive unit for translational and / or rotary movement of the carrier basket and / or a screen screw running within the carrier basket. In particular, such a sieve centrifuge can also have at least one housing and / or at least one line for transporting the material to be sieved into the sieve basket and / or at least one washing line for introducing a washing solution, in particular an acid and / or a lye, into the sieve basket and / or at least in each case a container to collect the material separated by the sieve centrifuge.
As a result, analogous to the sieve segment according to the invention, a sieve centrifuge is provided, which has a higher flexibility with regard to the possible utilization of the service life of different areas of the Screen segments allows. The fact that the sieve segments in the area of the material application zone wear out faster than the area of the sieve segments remote from the material application zone is thus met in a favorable manner, in particular with regard to assembly, material and costs.
The carrier basket preferably has an annular groove on a flange on the inlet side, in which the inlet segment parts lie in a form-fitting manner. As a result, the inlet segment parts are fixed in a simple manner on the inlet side. In particular, this groove can form a circumferential or segmented contact shoulder which engages behind and / or overlaps the inlet segment parts.
The sieve segments, in particular the inlet segment parts and / or the outlet segment parts, are preferred on the sides on which two adjacent sieve segments, in particular two adjacent inlet segment parts and / or two adjacent outlet segment parts adjoin, cohesively with one another, in particular welded and / or positively connected or free of connections or fastenings.
At least one inlet segment part preferably has at least one particularly hook-shaped fastening element on its underside facing the carrier basket, in particular at its end directed in the transport direction towards the outlet side, the fastening element reaching through a recess in the carrier basket and / or engaging behind the carrier basket and by means of which the inlet segment part is positively and / or is non-positively fixed to the carrier basket. In particular, each inlet segment part can have one or more such fastening elements, which each reach through a recess of the carrier basket and / or can be distributed over the width of the inlet segment part. In particular, the inlet segment part can have one or more such fastening elements at its end directed in the transport direction to the outlet side, with the end of the inlet segment part making up 10 to 40 percent, in particular 10 percent or 20 percent or 30 percent Percent or 40 percent of its extension in the direction of transport can be meant.
At least one outlet segment part preferably has at least one, in particular, hook-shaped fastening element on its underside facing the carrier basket, the fastening element reaching through a recess in the carrier basket and / or engaging behind the carrier basket and by means of which the inlet segment part is fixed to the carrier basket in a form-fitting and / or non-positive manner. In particular, each outlet segment part can have one or more such fastening elements which each reach through a recess in the carrier basket and / or can be distributed over the width of the outlet segment part. In particular, the outlet segment part can have one or more such fastening elements at its end directed towards the inlet side of the sieve centrifuge and thus towards the inlet segment part, with the end of the outlet segment part having a proportion of 10 to 40 percent, in particular 10 percent or 20 percent or 30 percent or 40 percent of it Extension in the transport direction can be meant.
The inlet segment parts are preferably secured axially by the outlet segment parts. In particular, one outlet segment part can secure an inlet segment part in each case. Alternatively, an outlet segment part can partially or completely secure a plurality of inlet segment parts axially. Alternatively, however, one inlet segment part can also be axially secured by several outlet segment parts. In particular, the outlet segment parts can be mounted in the conical support cage with a circumferential offset with respect to the inlet segment parts. Furthermore, the number of inlet segment parts can differ over the circumference from the number of outlet segment parts.
The sieve segments, in particular the outlet segment parts, preferably protrude beyond the carrier basket on the outlet side. In particular, the outlet segment parts can protrude beyond possible tabs arranged on the outlet segment parts, in particular via screws, by means of which the tabs are passed through for fastening the outlet segment parts. This means that the goods processed in the centrifuge, which are sent to the Outlet side is discharged from the centrifuge, is discharged via the outlet segment parts without the processed material coming into contact with the carrier basket, in particular the fastening means. The carrying basket itself is therefore always in the shade of the screen segments, as these protrude over the carrying basket on the outlet side and protect the carrying basket and the fastening elements such as screws and straps. The carrying cage itself and the fastening means are therefore not subject to any abrasion and thus no increased wear.
In particular, the outlet segment parts can each have at least one tab on the underside facing the carrier basket, which can be penetrated by at least one screw, in particular a fastening screw, and by means of which the outlet segment parts are releasably fixed to a flange on the outlet side of the carrier basket, in particular the tabs of the outlet segment parts Have bores and / or elongated holes through which screws, in particular fastening screws, penetrate and by means of which the outlet segment parts are releasably fixed to the support cage.
In particular, each outlet segment part can have several tabs on the underside facing the carrier and fix each sieve segment at several points over the circumferential section of the segment by means of screws on the carrier.
In particular, at least one outlet segment part can have a tab running over the entire circumferential section of the sieve segment with several, in particular equidistantly arranged, bores and / or elongated holes and fix each sieve segment to the carrier basket at several points over the circumferential section by means of screws.
In particular, the tab (s) can be formed by flat iron. In particular, the tab (s) can be welded to the outlet segment part.
In particular, at least one inlet segment part with at least one outlet segment part is releasably form-fitting and / or force-fitting with one another connected, in particular by means of a clip connection and / or a clamp connection and / or a snap connection and / or a screw connection. In particular, one inlet segment part of a sieve segment can be connected to the corresponding outlet segment part of the same sieve segment.
In particular, the outlet segment parts can each have at least one tab on their underside through which at least one screw extends and is releasably fixed to a flange on the outlet side of the carrier basket by means of the screw.

The

The

It is common to all the exemplary embodiments that the sieve segment in the transport direction of the product to be sieved consists of two segment parts that can be assembled independently of one another, namely each of an
