Claims (10)
- Griff (10) zur Bedienung eines Fensters oder einer Tür und zur Bedienung eines Verriegelungsmechanismus des Fensters/der Tür und der dazu dient, um eine Drehachse aus einer ersten Position, in welcher der Verriegelungsmechanismus des Fensters/der Tür verriegelt ist, in eine zweite Position, in welcher der Verriegelungsmechanismus des Fensters/der Tür entriegelt ist, gedreht zu werden, und wobei die Drehachse annähernd senkrecht zu einer Oberflächenhauptebene des Fensters/der Tür verläuft, wobei der Griff (10) Folgendes aufweist:einen Griffhals, der dazu dient, mit einer Schaltspindel zum Manipulieren des Verriegelungsmechanismus des Fensters/der Tür verbunden zu werden, wobei die Spindel eine Längsrichtung aufweist, die annähernd senkrecht zu der Oberflächenhauptebene des Fensters/der Tür verläuft,ein Griffstück (12), das mit dem Griffhals verbunden ist,um einem Benutzer die Bedienung des Griffs zu ermöglichen,wobei der Griffhals einen oberen Griffhalsabschnitt (14) aufweist, der sich in einer ersten Längsrichtung des Griffhalses erstreckt,wobei die erste Längsrichtung einen ersten Winkel in Bezug auf die Oberflächenhauptebene definiert,und einen unteren Griffhalsabschnitt (16), der sich in einer zweiten Längsrichtung des Griffhalses erstreckt,wobei die zweite Längsrichtung einen zweiten Winkel in Bezug auf die Oberflächenhauptebene definiert, wobei der zweite Winkel zahlenmäßig größer ist als der erste Winkel, und wobei der obere Griffhalsabschnitt (14) einen Verriegelungsmechanismus umfasst, wobei der untere Griffhalsabschnitt (16) einen Griffhalssitz (24) mit einer durchgehenden Öffnung (26) umfasst, die sich in einer Richtung zu der Oberflächenhauptebene hin erstreckt,
wobei der Griffhalssitz (24) ferner einen Spindelsitz umfasst, vorzugsweise einen viereckigen Spindelsitz, um die Schaltspindel aufzunehmen, welche in einer Richtung angeordnet ist, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Oberflächenhauptebene verläuft,
wobei die durchgehende Öffnung (26) einen Verriegelungsstift (34) aufnimmt, der dazu dient, durch den Verriegelungsmechanismus zwischen einer Position, in welcher der Verriegelungsstift von dem unteren Griffhalsabschnitt (16) hervorsteht, um eine Griffrosette (28) in Eingriff zu nehmen, und einer zurückgezogenen Position betätigt zu werden, in welcher sich der Verriegelungsstift (34) in einer nicht hervorstehenden Position befindet, um in einer Nicht-Eingriffsposition mit der Rosette (28) zu stehen, und wobei
der erste Winkel zahlenmäßig im Bereich zwischen 40-80 Grad, mehr bevorzugt im Bereich zwischen 50-70 Grad, am meisten bevorzugt bei 60 Grad liegt, und
wobei der zweite Winkel zahlenmäßig im Bereich zwischen 60-90 Grad, mehr bevorzugt im Bereich zwischen 70-80 Grad, am meisten bevorzugt bei 75 Grad liegt, sodass das Griffstück in einem vergrößerten Abstand von einem Fenster-/Türrahmen angeordnet werden kann, um einem Benutzer zu ermöglichen, den Griff ohne Behinderung durch den Fenster-/Türrahmen zu bedienen. - Griff (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei es sich bei dem Verriegelungsmechanismus um ein Zylinderschloss handelt.
- Griff (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Verriegelungsmechanismus eingreifend zwischen zwei Endpositionen innerhalb einer Griffhalsbohrung (18) des oberen Griffhalsabschnitts (14) verschiebbar angeordnet ist.
- Griff (10) nach Anspruch 3, wobei eine Zylinderschlossfeder innerhalb des Griffhalses zwischen dem Verriegelungsmechanismus und dem Griffhalssitz (24) angeordnet ist, um eine Druckkraft auf den Verriegelungsmechanismus in der ersten Längsrichtung weg von dem Griffhalssitz (24) zu bewirken.
- Griff (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, wobei der Griffhalssitz (24) eine untere Oberfläche aufweist, die dazu dient, der Rosette (28) zugewandt und im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Oberflächenhauptebene angeordnet zu sein,
wobei der Spindelsitz an der unteren Oberfläche des Griffhalssitzes (24) angeordnet ist, wobei der Griffhalssitz (24) ferner eine obere Oberfläche gegenüber der unteren Oberfläche aufweist, die dazu dient, dem oberen Griffhalsabschnitt (14) zugewandt zu sein, wobei die obere Oberfläche eine Ebene definiert, die senkrecht zu der zweiten Längsrichtung verläuft. - Griff (10) nach Anspruch 5, wobei sich die durchgehende Öffnung (26) des Griffhalssitzes von der oberen Oberfläche zu der unteren Oberfläche erstreckt.
- Griff (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 3-6, wobei der Verriegelungsmechanismus mindestens eine Sperrklinke (46) umfasst, die verschiebbar innerhalb einer ersten Klinkenbohrung (50) des Verriegelungsmechanismus angeordnet ist, indem der Verriegelungsmechanismus betätigt wird, um sich selektiv in einer ersten Position, in welcher die Sperrklinke (46) von dem Verriegelungsmechanismus in eine Aussparung (54) hervorsteht, die an einer Innenfläche der Griffhalsbohrung (18) angeordnet ist, und in einer zweiten Position zu befinden, in welcher sich die Sperrklinke (46) in einer zurückgezogenen Position in Bezug auf die Aussparung (54) befindet.
- Griff (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 3-7, wobei der Verriegelungsmechanismus eine Auslöseklinke (48) zum Lösen des Verriegelungsmechanismus aus dem Eingriff mit der Griffhalsbohrung (18) umfasst, wobei die Auslöseklinke (48) durch eine Feder betätigt wird und zwischen einer ersten Position, in welcher die Auslöseklinke (48) von dem Verriegelungsmechanismus in eine Längsnut hervorsteht, die an einer Innenfläche der Griffhalsbohrung (18) angeordnet ist, verschiebbar angeordnet ist, wobei die Längsrichtung in einer Richtung angeordnet ist, die parallel zu der ersten Längsrichtung verläuft.
- Griff (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8, wobei der Griffhalssitz (24) innerhalb des unteren Griffhalsabschnitts (16) fest angeordnet ist.
- Griff (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-9, wobei der Griff ferner eine Rosette (28) umfasst, die dazu dient, an einen Rahmen montiert zu werden.
