Claims (11)

caractérisé en ce que
les branches (3) comportent respectivement deux couches, qui sont collées l'une à l'autre. - Rail de guidage selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le rail de guidage (1) présente au niveau d'au moins une de ses branches (3), une ou plusieurs barres (5) profilées en forme de champignon, dirigées vers l'intérieur. - Rail de guidage selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que
le rail de guidage (1) présente sur sa/ses barres, des structures (7 ou 7') pour l'étanchéité des volets roulants, écrans de protection solaire ou similaires à guider. - Rail de guidage selon la revendication 3,

chaque structure (7, 7') présente une coupe transversale essentiellement rectangulaire avec une ouverture (8) pour la réception de la barre (5) et une barre d'étanchéité (9) opposée à celle-ci. - Rail de guidage selon la revendication 3 ou 4,
caractérisé en ce que
chaque structure (7') présente une tige (10) s'étendant à l'intérieur, orientée vers l'ouverture (8). - Rail de guidage selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
chaque structure (7, 7') est préparée à partir de poly(chlorure de vinyle) (PVC), en particulier de PVC souple. - Rail de guidage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que
les zones terminales du matériau en bande (1') présentent une connexion terminale (6, 6') solidaire en forme. - Rail de guidage selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce que
la connexion terminale (6, 6') est agencée à l'intérieur du rail de guidage (1). - Rail de guidage selon la revendication 7 ou 8,
caractérisé en ce que
la connexion terminale (6') solidaire présente une surface moletée au moins dans la zone de contact des extrémités. - Rail de guidage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
caractérisé en ce que
le rail de guidage (1), respectivement le matériau en bande (1') est revêtu d'une peinture prédéterminée. - Procédé de préparation d'un rail de guidage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel le rail de guidage (1) présente au moins une barre en forme de champignon (5) selon la revendication 2 et au moins une structure (7, 7') agencée sur la/les barre(s) (5) selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que
le rail de guidage (1) est profilé à partir du matériau en bande, en ce que lors du processus de profilage, l'au moins une structure (7, 7') est introduite et reliée fermement et/ou par solidarité de forme avec les barres (5) du rail de guidage (1) et en ce que les branches (3) du rail de guidage ayant une coupe transversale en U, présentent respectivement deux couches, qui sont collées l'une à l'autre.
