Claims (17)

  1. Appareil (100') pour le traitement cosmétique de cheveux, comprenant deux fers à lisser distincts et séparés, lesdits deux fers à lisser distincts et séparés comprenant :
    des fers à lisser chauds (50') comprenant une première mâchoire (51') et une deuxième mâchoire (52') articulée à la première mâchoire (51'), dans lequel au moins l'une de ladite première mâchoire (51') et de ladite deuxième mâchoire (52') est fournie avec une plaque réchauffée (53', 54') ;
    des fers à lisser froids (10,10') comprenant une première mâchoire (11) et une deuxième mâchoire (12) articulée à la première mâchoire (11), dans lequel au moins l'une de ladite première mâchoire (11) et de ladite deuxième mâchoire (12) est fournie avec une plaque refroidie (13, 14) ;
    des moyens de refroidissement associés avec ladite plaque refroidie (13, 14) ;
    des moyens de chauffage associés avec ladite plaque réchauffée (53', 54') ;
    des moyens de contrôle associés avec lesdits moyens de refroidissement et avec lesdits moyens de chauffage, lesdits moyens de contrôle comprenant au moins un thermostat pour régler la température de ladite plaque refroidie (13, 14) et de ladite plaque réchauffée (53', 54') ;
    des moyens d'alimentation électrique associés avec lesdits moyens de contrôle.
  2. Appareil (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite première mâchoire (11) et ladite deuxième mâchoire (12) desdits fers à lisser froids (10,10') sont toutes deux fournies avec une plaque refroidie (13, 14).
  3. Appareil (100) selon une ou plusieurs revendications de 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite première mâchoire (51') et ladite deuxième mâchoire (52') desdits fers à lisser chauds (50') sont toutes deux fournies avec une plaque réchauffée (53', 54').
  4. Appareil (100) selon une ou plusieurs revendications de 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de refroidissement associés avec ladite plaque refroidie (13, 14) comprennent des dispositifs thermoélectriques à effet Peltier.
  5. Appareil (100) selon une ou plusieurs revendications de 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdites plaques refroidies (13, 14) sont réalisées en matériau métallique sélectionné parmi le groupe comprenant l'acier, le cuivre et des alliages de cuivre.
  6. Appareil (100) selon une ou plusieurs revendications de 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdites plaques refroidies (13, 14) sont réalisées en cristal.
  7. Appareil (100) selon une ou plusieurs revendications de 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de refroidissement associés avec ladite plaque refroidie (13, 14) comprennent un circuit de fluide (21) pour faire circuler un liquide caloporteur entre un évaporateur (22) d'un circuit réfrigérant (30) et lesdites plaques refroidies (13, 14).
  8. Appareil (100) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit circuit de fluide (21) comprend une pompe de distribution (24), un tuyau de distribution (23) et un tuyau de retour (25), lesdits tuyaux de distribution (23) et de retour (25) étant associés avec les plaques refroidies (13, 14) dudit deuxième lisseur (10).
  9. Appareil (100) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit tuyau de distribution (23) comprend un tuyau de distribution (23a) de la première mâchoire (11) desdits fers à lisser froids (10,10') et un tuyau de distribution (23b) de la deuxième mâchoire (12) desdits fers à lisser froids (10,10'), qui sont thermiquement reliés aux plaques refroidies (13, 14) desdits fers à lisser froids (10,10').
  10. Appareil (100) selon une ou plusieurs revendications de 8 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit tuyau de retour (25) comprend un tuyau de retour (25a) de la première mâchoire (11) desdits fers à lisser froids (10,10') et un tuyau de retour (25b) de la deuxième mâchoire (12) desdits fers à lisser froids (10,10'), qui sont thermiquement reliés aux plaques refroidies (13, 14) desdits fers à lisser froids (10,10').
  11. Appareil (100) selon une ou plusieurs revendications de 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de chauffage associés avec ladite plaque réchauffée (53', 54') comprennent des dispositifs de chauffage électriques.
  12. Appareil (100) selon une ou plusieurs revendications de 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens d'avertissement acoustiques et/ou optiques associés avec une minuterie et aptes à avertir que l'intervalle de temps d'application desdits fers à lisser chauds (50') et/ou desdits fers à lisser froids (10,10') sur une mèche de cheveux s'est écoulé.
  13. Procédé pour le traitement cosmétiques de cheveux, en particulier pour changent le degré d'ondulation des cheveux de manière sensiblement permanente, comprenant :
    appliquer (230) un choc thermique à une mèche de cheveux pendant que ladite mèche de cheveux est maintenue en forme, ledit choc thermique comprenant :
    a) appliquer (231) des fers à lisser chauds (50') fournis avec au moins une plaque réchauffée (53', 54'), portés à une première température (T1), sur une première portion (p1) d'une mèche (C) de cheveux proche de la peau, pour un temps de pose (t1) ;
    b) l'intervalle de temps de pose (t1) s'étant écoulé, appliquer (233) les fers à lisser chauds (50') à une deuxième portion (p2) de la mèche de cheveux suivant immédiatement la première portion (p1) ;
    c) appliquer (234) des fers à lisser froids (10'), portés à une deuxième température (T2), sur la première portion (p1) de la mèche de cheveux ;
    d) répéter les étapes b) et c) pour des portions successives de la mèche (C) de cheveux ; dans lequel ladite première température (T1) est comprise entre 150 °C et 300 °C, ladite deuxième température (T2) est inférieure ou égale à -2 °C, et ledit temps de pose (t1) est compris entre 5 secondes et 30 secondes.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que ladite première température (T1) est comprise entre 200 °C et 250 °C.
  15. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs revendications de 13 à 14, caractérisé en ce que ladite deuxième température (T2) est comprise entre -5 °C et -10 °C.
  16. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs revendications de 13 à 15, caractérisé en ce que ledit temps de pose (t1) est compris entre 15 secondes et 20 secondes.
  17. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes préparatoires avant l'étape a) de :
    préparer les cheveux en les lavant et en y ajoutant des substances hydratantes et/ou restructurantes ;
    mettre en plis les cheveux, en les maintenant en forme pendant l'alimentation de chaleur.
