Claims (16)

  1. Temperature-controllable device (1) for receiving and storing a parcel, comprising:
    - a parcel box (2) having an interior space (3) delimited by lateral walls (4") forming a cell (4) with a frontal access opening (4') closed by a door (5),
    - at least one fixed thermal insulation surface (6), formed of at least a fixed thermally insulating panel (6') covering at least a portion of a wall (4") of the cell (4),
    this device (1) further comprising:
    a removable thermal insulation surface (7), formed of at least one removable insulating panel (7'), collaborating with the fixed insulating surface (6) so as to form a rectangular parallelepipedal insulating shell or jacket (8') delimiting a closed insulated volume (8) within the interior space (3) of the cell (4), said insulated volume (8) being able and intended to receive and store a parcel of which the temperature needs to be kept below a threshold temperature, said insulating shell preferably extending from the access opening (4') as far as that wall (4") of the cell (4) that is situated opposite said access opening (4'), and
    housings (9), created in the insulated volume (8), preferably on the internal faces (16, 16') of the insulating panels (6', 7') and each allowing the placement of at least one passive refrigerating means (10, 10'), preferably selected from among passive means (10 and 10') of at least two different types, which means are able and intended at least to contribute to keeping the temperature of the parcel below a predetermined threshold temperature when this parcel is stored in the thermally insulated volume (8) of the device (1), the type and number of passive refrigerating means (10, 10') placed inside the device (1) being dependent on the temperature outside the device (1) and on the threshold temperature,
    the device (1) being characterized in that the removable insulation surface (7) comprises at least two removable insulating panels (7') of rectangular or square shape, joined together at one of their respective edges and able to pivot one relative to the other at this connection, these two panels (7') preferably forming an upper wall portion and a vertical wall portion covering the internal face of the door (5) when closed, and both forming part of the parallelepipedal insulating shell (8') formed in the cell (4) through collaboration between the complementary fixed (6) and removable (7) insulating surfaces.
  2. Temperature-controllable device (1) for receiving and storing a parcel, comprising:
    - a parcel box (2) having an interior space (3) delimited by lateral walls (4") forming a cell (4) with a frontal access opening (4') closed by a door (5),
    - at least one fixed thermal insulation surface (6), formed of at least a fixed thermally insulating panel (6') covering at least a portion of a wall (4'') of the cell (4),
    this device (1) further comprising:
    a removable thermal insulation surface (7), formed of at least one removable insulating panel (7'), collaborating with the fixed insulating surface (6) so as to form a rectangular parallelepipedal insulating shell or jacket (8') delimiting a closed insulated volume (8) within the interior space (3) of the cell (4), said insulated volume (8) being able and intended to receive and store a parcel of which the temperature needs to be kept below a threshold temperature, said insulating shell preferably extending from the access opening (4') as far as that wall (4") of the cell (4) that is situated opposite said access opening (4'), and
    housings (9), created in the insulated volume (8), preferably on the internal faces (16, 16') of the insulating panels (6', 7') and each allowing the placement of at least one passive refrigerating means (10, 10'), preferably selected from among passive means (10 and 10') of at least two different types, which means are able and intended at least to contribute to keeping the temperature of the parcel below a predetermined threshold temperature when this parcel is stored in the thermally insulated volume (8) of the device (1), the type and number of passive refrigerating means (10, 10') placed inside the device (1) being dependent on the temperature outside the device (1) and on the threshold temperature,
    the device (1) being characterized in that the removable insulating surface (7) comprises a single insulating panel (7') able and intended to close that face of the insulated volume (8) that is situated facing the door (5) when closed, and
    in that the removable insulating panel (7') is connected in an articulated, and preferably detachable, manner with the formation of a hinge (17), to one of the thermally insulating fixed panels (6') mounted in the cell (4) and covering the lateral walls (4") thereof, or to a levelling panel (15), the door (5) advantageously comprising on its interior or rear face a housing (9') for storing said removable panel (7) when it is not in use.
  3. Temperature-controllable device (1) for receiving and storing a parcel, comprising:
    - a parcel box (2) having an interior space (3) delimited by lateral walls (4") forming a cell (4) with a frontal access opening (4') closed by a door (5),
    - at least one fixed thermal insulation surface (6), formed of at least a fixed thermally insulating panel (6') covering at least a portion of a wall (4") of the cell (4),
    this device (1) further comprising:
    a removable thermal insulation surface (7), formed of at least one removable insulating panel (7'), collaborating with the fixed insulating surface (6) so as to form a rectangular parallelepipedal insulating shell or jacket (8') delimiting a closed insulated volume (8) within the interior space (3) of the cell (4), said insulated volume (8) being able and intended to receive and store a parcel of which the temperature needs to be kept below a threshold temperature, said insulating shell preferably extending from the access opening (4') as far as that wall (4") of the cell (4) that is situated opposite said access opening (4'), and
    housings (9), created in the insulated volume (8), preferably on the internal faces (16, 16') of the insulating panels (6', 7') and each allowing the placement of at least one passive refrigerating means (10, 10'), preferably selected from among passive means (10 and 10') of at least two different types, which means are able and intended at least to contribute to keeping the temperature of the parcel below a predetermined threshold temperature when this parcel is stored in the thermally insulated volume (8) of the device (1), the type and number of passive refrigerating means (10, 10') placed inside the device (1) being dependent on the temperature outside the device (1) and on the threshold temperature,
    the device (1) being characterized in that the removable insulating surface (7) comprises a single insulating panel (7') able and intended to close that face of the insulated volume (8) that is situated facing the door (5) when closed,
    and in that the insulating panel (7') is connected in an articulated manner, on the one hand, via a hinge (17), to one of the fixed thermally insulating panels (6') mounted in the cell (4) and covering the lateral walls (4'') thereof, or to a levelling panel (15) and, on the other hand, via a connection (18), for example a sliding or elastically deformable connection, to the door (5).
  4. Temperature-controllable device (1) for receiving and storing parcels according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the fixed insulating surface (6) and the removable insulating surface (7) are both configured and arranged relative to one another in such a way that, through mutual collaboration with the mating of shapes of their panels (6', 7'), they form a thermally insulating single-layer closed shell (8').
  5. Temperature-controllable device (1) for receiving and storing parcels according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the fixed insulating surface (6) has, at the edges of the relevant panels (6'), arranging means or formations (6"), for example of the groove, shoulder or slot type, collaborating with complementary means or formations (7") belonging to the respectively collaborating edges of the panel or panels (7') of the removable insulating surface (7), to make it easier to arrange in or remove from the parcel box (2).
  6. Temperature-controllable device (1) for receiving and storing parcels according to either one of Claims 2 and 3, characterized in that the levelling panel (15) is interposed between, on the one hand, at least a portion of a wall (4") of the cell (4) and, on the other hand, said removable insulating panel (7').
  7. Device according to Claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the insulating panel (7') is attached to the interior or rear face of the door (5), forming an insulating lining thereof, said insulating panel (7') collaborating through complementing shapes with the fixed insulating panels (6') mounted in the cell (4) to constitute the insulating shell (8') when the door (5) is closed.
  8. Temperature-controllable device (1) for receiving and storing parcels according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it further comprises a transportable container (11), for example of the bag type, having isothermal or adiabatic properties, preferably with semirigid or rigid lateral walls (12), that can be carried by a user or by an operator and placed removably in the interior space (3) of the parcel box (2) so as to have at least one lateral wall (12) in contact with the cell (4) or, as appropriate, with the fixed insulating surface (6) covering said lateral wall (12), said bag (11) being able and intended to receive and store the parcel of which the temperature needs to be kept below a threshold temperature and said corresponding complementary removable insulating surface (7) covering or being incorporated into at least one of the external faces of said lateral walls (12) of the bag (11).
  9. Temperature-controllable device (1) for receiving and storing parcels according to Claim 8, characterized in that the isothermal bag (11) is of a profiled shape, preferably rectangular parallelepipedal shape, and in that said bag (11) and said cell (4) of the parcel box (2) has at least partially complementing shapes giving rise to contact, on the one hand, between certain walls (4'') of the cell (4) or, as appropriate, with the fixed insulating surface (6) covering one or more walls (4") and substantially the entirety of several lateral walls (12) of the bag (11) and, on the other hand, between the door (5) and another wall (12') of said bag (11), when said door (5) is closed, the passive means (10, 10') being incorporated into or attached to the relevant walls (4'', 12, 12') and preferably directly exposed to the interior volume of the cell (4) or of the bag (11).
  10. Temperature-controllable device (1) for receiving and storing parcels according to Claim 9, characterized in that the fixed insulating surface (6) covering the walls (4") of the cell (4) and the removable insulating surface (7) covering or incorporated into the walls (12, 12') of the isothermal bag (11) are arranged in mutually complementing configurations such that the bag (11) can be introduced into the cell (4) by sliding through the frontal opening (4') thereof, the two surfaces (6 and 7) by collaboration constituting the closed isothermal jacket (8') once the bag (11) has been fully introduced into the cell (4).
  11. Temperature-controllable device (1) for receiving and storing parcels according to any one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the interior space (3) of the parcel box (2) further comprises a post-receiving space (13) collaborating with a post-receiving opening (14) created in the door (5) of the parcel box (2), said post-receiving space (13) advantageously being separated from the insulating space (8) by a dedicated wall and situated above the closed insulating shell (8'), thus forming a letterbox.
  12. Temperature-controllable device (1) for receiving and storing parcels according to any one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that it comprises at least one temperature-monitoring sensor able to capture the temperature inside the bag (6) and/or inside the insulating volume (8), this sensor possibly being associated with communication or visual display means able to indicate to a user whether this temperature has exceeded the threshold temperature.
  13. Temperature-controllable device (1) for receiving and storing parcels according to any one of Claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the insulating panels (6' and 7') that make up the two thermal insulation surfaces (6 and 7) form a ready-to-fit assembly.
  14. Ready-to-fit assembly intended to form a temperature-controllable device (1) for receiving and storing parcels according to any one of Claims 1 to 13, characterized in that it is made up of the collaboration:
    - of a parcel box (2) having an interior space (3) delimited by lateral walls (4") forming a cell (4) with a frontal access opening (4') closed by a door (5), and
    - of a ready-to-fit assembly which comprises, on the one hand, at least one and preferably several thermally insulating panel(s) (6') able and intended to be mounted in the parcel box (2) to form one or more fixed thermal insulation surface(s) (6) internally lining one or more wall(s) (4") of the cell (4) formed by this box (2) and, on the other hand, at least one second insulating panel (7') which may or may not form part of a transportable container (11), for example in the form of an isothermal bag, and able to form a second thermal insulation surface (7), the aforementioned two surfaces (6 and 7) through collaboration forming a closed insulating shell or jacket (8') when the second panel(s) (7') or the removable container (11) equipped with the second panel (s) (7') is (are) mounted in the parcel box (2) equipped with the panel(s) (6') of the fixed thermal insulation surface (6).
  15. Individual or communal system for receiving and distributing post and parcels, comprising at least one private letterbox and at least one temperature-controllable device (1) for receiving and storing parcels according to any one of Claims 1 to 13.
  16. Method for delivering and storing, while maintaining the temperature thereof, a parcel stored in a temperature-controllable parcel receiving device (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 13, the method being characterized in that it essentially comprises the following steps:
    - a step of providing a temperature-controllable device (1) for receiving parcels according to any one of Claims 1 to 13,
    - a step of providing at least one passive refrigerating means (10, 10'), the type and number of means (10, 10') provided being chosen as a function of the temperature outside the device (1) and of a function of the threshold temperature,
    - potentially a step of setting the temperature of the passive refrigerating means (10, 10') provided, during which step said means (10, 10') are brought to a temperature defined as a function of the temperature outside the device (1) and as a function of the threshold temperature,
    - an installation step during which said means (10, 10') provided are each positioned in a housing (9),
    - a delivery step involving placing the parcel in the cell (4) and making up the insulating shell (8') and the closed insulated volume (8) housing the parcel, either simultaneously with the placement of the parcel presented in a container (11), for example an isothermal bag having lateral walls (12) forming removable insulating panels (7'), or after the placement of the parcel by installing complementary removable insulating panels (7') relative to the fixed insulating surface (6) already present in the cell (4) so that these together form the closed insulating shell (8'),
    the choice of the type(s) of passive means (10, 10'), of the number of means (10, 10') used and, as appropriate, of the temperature to which these means (10, 10') are brought, being made using a chart relating, on the one hand, a temperature outside the device (1) and a threshold temperature below which a parcel needs to be kept with, on the other hand, a particular configuration of means (10, 10') placed inside the device (1) and able to result in said parcel being kept below the desired threshold temperature.
