Definitions
- such a cleaning device has the disadvantage that for the drive element, which is typically designed as an electric motor, an electrical wiring must be provided. Since the electric motor together with the cleaning device often has to be accommodated in a pressure-tight environment with the interior of the cylinder tube, therefore, typically a pressure-tight current feedthrough is necessary in order to be able to supply the drive element with electrical energy from an external energy source. This not only increases the production cost and thus the manufacturing cost, but also increases the maintenance and the risk of leaks in the heat exchanger system.
