Mittels der Auflage steht das Trainingsgerät mit einem Boden und/oder einer horizontalen Oberfläche in Kontakt. Zudem ist die Auflage derart ausgestaltet, dass das gesamte Trainingsgerät bei der Durchführung der Übungen im Wesentlichen in eine Richtung ausgelenkt wird, wodurch die Entwicklung, Verbesserung und/oder Stärkung der Muskulatur, des Kreislaufes und/oder der Beweglichkeit des Benutzers erreichbar ist. Die Art der Auslenkung ist durch die Form und/oder Position der Auflage unterhalb der Basisplatte des Trainingsgerätes vorbestimmt. Beispielsweise ist in diesem Zusammenhang das Yogaübungsboard gemäß der Patentschrift
Des Weiteren sind aus dem Stand der Technik Trainingsgeräte mit einem zweiteiligen Aufbau umfassend eine Basisplatte und einer unterhalb der Basisplatte angeordneten, konvex ausgestalteten Auflage bekannt, mit denen eine Auslenkung des Trainingsgerätes bei Durchführung der Übungen um mehrere räumliche Achsen möglich ist. Derartige Trainingsgeräte weisen allerdings den Nachteil auf, dass diese aufgrund der Form und/oder Größe ihrer Basisplatte nicht für Meditations- und/oder Yogaübungen geeignet sind, zumal diese Übungen einer entsprechend dimensionierten Basisplatte bedürfen. Für die Durchführung sportlicher und/oder körperlicher Übungen ist es des Weiteren aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt, an der Unterseite einer Basisplatte mehrere Auflagen zur im Wesentlichen freien Bewegung des Trainingsgerätes anzuordnen. Auch eine derartige Ausgestaltung eines Trainingsgerätes hat sich als nachteilig erwiesen, da die für die Durchführung von Gleichgewichts-, Meditation- und/oder Yogaübungen erforderliche Auslenkung des Trainingsbrettes um mehrere räumliche Achsen entweder zu flach oder zu steil ist. Beispielsweise ist in diesem Zusammenhang das Turngerät gemäß der Offenlegungsschrift
Es besteht daher ein großer Bedarf an einem Trainingsgerät zur zuverlässigen und gezielten Entwicklung, Verbesserung und/oder Stärkung der Muskulatur, der Beweglichkeit, des Kreislaufes und/oder der Bewegungskoordination, mittels welchem die gewünschten Ziele bei gleichzeitiger Erreichung eines maximalen Trainingseffektes erreichbar sind. Es ist des Weiteren von Bedarf, dass das Trainingsgerät leicht zu transportieren, aufzubauen und/oder zu warten ist. Zudem sollte das Trainingsgerät stabil ausgeführt sein, sowie eine Größe aufweisen, welche es ermöglicht, Übungen, insbesondere Gleichgewichts-, Meditations- und/oder Yogaübungen, in allen denkbaren Positionen durchführen zu können. Überdies sollte das Trainingsgerät kostengünstig herstellbar, langlebig und einfach in der Anwendung sein.
