  • the prediction module 354 may collect pump data via one or more of the application server 150, command server 140, or database server 160.

The prediction module 354 may then predict a likely time of failure under the current configuration. The prediction module 354 may provide (or may be selected to provide) a notification to the users 332 prior to the predicted likely time of failure.

  • This path 726 carries signals 728 and may be implemented using wire or cable, fiber optics, a telephone line, a cellular link, a radio frequency (RF) link and/or other communications channels.

  • the couplings 845, 846, 864 include, for example, wired, wireless, or fiber optic links.
  • the method and system in accordance with aspects of the present disclosure operate in a stand-alone environment, such as on a single terminal.

Claims (19)

  1. Pompe volumétrique (110), comprenant :
    une tête de pompe (222) ;
    un moteur (240) relié de manière opérationnelle à la tête de pompe pour entraîner la pompe ;
    un capteur de fuite (254) conçu pour détecter une fuite de la tête de pompe ou du tube installé dans celle-ci ;
    une mémoire (252) ;
    une interface réseau (232) ;
    un processeur (250) en communication avec la mémoire et l'interface réseau, le processeur étant conçu pour :
    s'abonner, par l'intermédiaire de l'interface réseau, à un nœud d'instructions (140) qui publie des instructions pour la pompe ;
    commander au moteur l'entraînement de la tête de pompe conformément aux instructions provenant du nœud d'instructions par l'intermédiaire de l'interface réseau ;
    collecter des paramètres de fonctionnement à partir du moteur et du capteur de fuite ; et
    envoyer les paramètres de fonctionnement à un serveur distant par l'intermédiaire de l'interface réseau.
  2. Pompe volumétrique selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le processeur est conçu pour communiquer avec le nœud d'instructions à l'aide du protocole de transport de télémétrie de file d'attente de messages (MQTT).
  3. Pompe volumétrique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle le nœud d'instructions publie des instructions pour plusieurs pompes, et le processeur est conçu pour déterminer quelles instructions exécuter sur la base d'un identifiant de la pompe volumétrique.
  4. Pompe volumétrique selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle l'identifiant est une adresse de contrôle d'accès au support (MAC) de la pompe volumétrique.
  5. Pompe volumétrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, comprenant en outre :
    une interface utilisateur local, dans laquelle le processeur est conçu pour fonctionner dans un mode local, dans lequel le processeur exécute des instructions à partir de l'interface utilisateur local, ou dans un mode distant, dans lequel l'interface utilisateur local est au moins partiellement désactivée pour empêcher les entrées locales.
  6. Pompe volumétrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle le capteur de fuite comprend un maillage électronique qui forme un circuit lorsque du liquide est présent.
  7. Pompe volumétrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle le processeur est conçu pour arrêter le moteur en réponse à la détection d'une fuite par le capteur de fuite.
  8. Pompe volumétrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle les paramètres de fonctionnement comprennent la vitesse de rotation, la direction de rotation et le nombre de compressions.
  9. Pompe volumétrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle la tête de pompe est une tête de pompe parmi : une tête de pompe péristaltique, une tête de pompe quaternaire à membrane ou une tête de pompe à engrenages.
  10. Procédé de commande d'une pompe volumétrique (110) par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau (130), comprenant :
    la réception, à partir d'un utilisateur enregistré, d'une sélection d'un programme de fonctionnement (352) pour la pompe volumétrique, le programme de fonctionnement comprenant des instructions de commande pour commander un moteur d'entraînement (240) de la pompe volumétrique (610) ;
    l'envoi du programme à un nœud de réseau (140) pour publier les instructions de commande de la pompe volumétrique, dans lequel la pompe volumétrique récupère les instructions de commande à partir du nœud de réseau (620) ;
    le stockage d'un enregistrement des instructions de commande associées à l'utilisateur enregistré (630) ;
    la réception de paramètres de fonctionnement à partir de la pompe volumétrique et le stockage des paramètres de fonctionnement en association avec l'utilisateur enregistré (640) ;
    la réception d'une indication qu'une fuite a été détectée par un capteur de fuite (254) au niveau de la pompe volumétrique (670) ;
    l'évaluation des paramètres de fonctionnement conformément à des conditions définies pour déterminer si une condition d'alerte s'est produite ou non (650) ; et
    la transmission d'une alerte à l'utilisateur enregistré ou à un autre utilisateur enregistré (660).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel le nœud de réseau publie les instructions de commande à l'aide d'un protocole de transport de télémétrie de file d'attente de messages (MQTT).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, dans lequel le nœud d'instructions publie des instructions pour plusieurs pompes, chaque instruction comprenant un identifiant de la pompe volumétrique pour exécuter l'instruction respective.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel l'identifiant est une adresse de contrôle d'accès au support (MAC) de la pompe volumétrique.
  14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, dans lequel les paramètres de fonctionnement comprennent la vitesse de rotation, la direction de rotation et le nombre de compressions.
  15. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 14, dans lequel l'évaluation des paramètres de fonctionnement conformément à des conditions définies comprend :
    la comparaison d'une configuration actuelle et des paramètres de fonctionnement de la pompe volumétrique avec des données historiques de défaillance pour un modèle identique ou similaire d'une pompe ou d'un composant de pompe pour prévoir une probabilité de défaillance ou une durée de vie de composant.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 15, dans lequel la pompe volumétrique est une pompe péristaltique et les données historiques de défaillance comprennent une durée moyenne avant défaillance ou un nombre moyen de cycles avant défaillance pour un tubage utilisé dans la configuration actuelle.
  17. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 16, dans lequel l'envoi du programme au nœud de réseau pour publier les instructions de commande comprend :
    l'indication d'un temps pour publier les instructions pour commander le fonctionnement de la pompe volumétrique conformément au programme.
  18. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 17, comprenant en outre :
    la création d'un rapport d'audit comprenant l'enregistrement des instructions de commande et de l'utilisateur enregistré associé, les paramètres de fonctionnement provenant de la pompe volumétrique et l'alerte.
  19. Système de commande d'une pompe volumétrique par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau, comprenant : une pompe volumétrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.
