Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Abdecken einer Schachtel für die Herstellung von abgedeckten Kartonschachteln, wobei enthalten sind: Formeinrichtungen (1), die in einer Formrichtung (Z) hin und her gehen, ausgelegt, um innerhalb einer Schachtel (A) eingesetzt zu werden, die Seitenwände hat, die von einem Basisboden (A1) aufgerichtet, aber nicht vorher an den Ecken verbunden sind, und um die Schachtel in der Formrichtung (Z) zu bewegen; erste und zweite fixierte Falteinrichtungen (2, 6), die aufeinanderfolgend längs der Formrichtung (Z) angeordnet und ausgelegt sind, um mit den Falteinrichtungen (1) zusammenzuwirken, um aufeinanderfolgend erste und zweite Teile eines vorgeleimten Abdeckbogens (B), der unter der Schachtel angeordnet ist, über entsprechende Seitenwände derselben Schachtel (A) zu falten; Streicheinrichtungen (5), die zwischen den ersten und zweiten fixierten Falteinrichtungen (2, 6) längs der Formrichtung angeordnet sind, ausgelegt, um sich in einer kreuzweisen Richtung zu und von einer aktiven Position vorwärts zu bewegen bzw. zurückzuziehen, um entsprechende eckenumhüllende Laschen der ersten Teile um die Ecken zu falten; und Stabilisiereinrichtungen zum Stabilisieren wenigstens einer der Wände der Schachtel bezüglich den Formeinrichtungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Stabilisiereinrichtungen ferner Schiebeeinrichtungen (31), die in Verbindung mit den Streicheinrichtungen (5) angeordnet und zwischen einer inaktiven Position, in der sie eine Region freigeben, die von den zweiten Teilen (B4, B5) des Bogens (B) in einem ausgestreckten Zustand vor dem Falten überdeckt ist, und einer aktiven Position bewegbar sind, in der sie durch seitliches Eintreten bezüglich der Formrichtung (Z) ausgelegt sind, wenigstens einige der Seitenwände der Schachtel (A) gegen die Formeinrichtungen (1) während einer aktiven Phase der Streicheinrichtungen (5) zu schieben, was einen Schub über einen Bereich derselben Wand ausübt, die nicht von den Streicheinrichtungen in der aktiven Position beeinflusst wird, und Antriebseinrichtungen (33) enthalten, die ausgelegt sind, die Schiebeeinrichtungen zwischen den Positionen anzutreiben.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schiebeeinrichtungen wenigstens ein Schiebeglied (31) enthalten, das drehbar um eine Drehachse (Z') gehalten ist, die auf einer Ebene (XY) steht, die normal zu der Formrichtung (Z) ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Drehachse (Z') des sich drehenden Schiebeglied (31) im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Formrichtung (Z) ist
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei das wenigstens eine Schiebeglied (31) in einer Schnittansicht über eine Ebene orthogonal zu der Drehachse eine allgemein abgewinkelte Profilanordnung hat mit einem rechten Winkel oder mit einem Winkel größer oder kleiner als 90°.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Schiebeglied (31) enthalten einen distalen Flügel (311) mit einem Rand (311a), der ausgelegt ist, um einen Schiebekontakt einer entsprechenden Schachtelwand in der aktiven Position auszuüben, und einen proximalen Flügel (312) unter einem Winkel bezüglich dem distalen Flügel (311) und an dem das Glied über ein Gelenk (32) gehalten ist, das die Drehachse (Z') verkörpert und von der Region beabstandet ist, die von den zweiten Bogenteilen (B4, B5) in der ausgestreckten Position freigegeben ist, wobei das Gelenk (32) das Schiebeglied (31) an ein fixiertes strukturelles Glied (4) der Vorrichtung bindet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Antriebseinrichtungen (33) für das wenigstens einen Schiebeglied (31) einen linearen Aktuator (33) enthält, der zwischen dem fixierten strukturellen Glied (4) und einem Hebel (34) angelenkt ist, der integral mit dem proximalen Flügel (312) ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei die Streicheinrichtungen für jedes Schiebeglied (31) eine Streichklinge (51) enthält, die ausgelegt ist, um sich zwischen ihrer aktiven Position und einer zurückgezogenen Position zu verschieben, die beide in einem Raum sind, der die Schachtel von dem Schiebeglied (31) in seiner aktiven Position trennt, wobei die Streicheinrichtungen ferner einen zweiten linearen Aktuator (52) zum Betätigen der Klinge (51) und einen Arm (53) enthält, der die Klinge (51) mit dem zweiten linearen Aktuator verbindet und seitlich bezüglich der Betätigungsrichtung vorsteht, wobei der zweite Aktuator (52) über dem Gelenk (32) der Schiebeeinrichtungen (3) angeordnet ist, wobei der Arm (53) innerhalb einer Fraktur (312a) beweglich ist, die in dem proximalen Flügel (312) des Schiebegliedes (31) ausgebildet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Streichklinge (51) mit einer longitudinalen Ausdehnung längs der Formrichtung (Z) geformt und ausgelegt ist, um in einer kreuzweisen Richtung (X) zu übertragen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, wobei eine Anzahl von identischen Schiebegliedern (31) vorgesehen sind, eines für jeden Basiswinkel der Schachtel und jedes verbunden mit seinem eigenen Streicheinrichtungen (51).
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei vier Einheiten enthalten sind, jede mit einem Schiebeglied (31) und einer Streicheinrichtung (51), angeordnet in wechselseitig gegenüberliegenden Paaren.
  11. Verfahren zum Abdecken einer Schachtel, ausgeführt mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich die Schiebeeinrichtungen von der inaktiven Position zu der aktiven Position in einer gemäß der Formrichtung (Z) stromabwärtigen Umhüllungsstation einen Faltschritt von wenigstens einem ersten Teil (B2, B3) des Abdeckbogens (B) über eine entsprechende erste Wand (A2, A3) der Schachtel bewegen, was wenigstens eine zweite Wand (A4, A5) der Schachtel seitlich verschiebt; wobei die Streicheinrichtungen (5) sich dann zu ihrer aktiven Position bewegen, während die Schiebeeinrichtungen (3) noch in ihrer aktiven Position sind; wobei sich die Streicheinrichtungen und die Schiebeeinrichtungen dann in ihre inaktiven Positionen bewegen, und abschließend die Schachtel die Umhüllungsstation noch entsprechend der Formrichtung verlässt, um das Falten wenigstens eines zweiten Teils (B4, B5) des Abdeckbogens an der entsprechenden zweiten Wand (A4, A5) der Schachtel auszuführen.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Schachtel zu der Umhüllungsstation mit zwei wechselseitig gegenüberliegenden ersten Teilen (B2, B3) des Abdeckbogens (B) über entsprechenden ersten Wänden (A2, A3) der Schachtel gefaltet kommt, wobei die Schiebeeinrichtungen (3) zwei wechselseitig gegenüberliegende zweite Wände (4, 5) verschieben, bevor die Streicheinrichtungen (5) entsprechende Paare von umhüllenden Laschen (B2a, B2b, B3a, B3b) der zweiten Teile (B2, B3) des Bogens falten.
