Maintaining this active position, and therefore making the arrangement of the walls of the box definitely stable, the scraping devices come into action ( Figure 5f ), with the blades 51 that advance to their active position, closing the wrapping flaps B2a, B2b, B3a, B3b around the corners and on the aforesaid walls.
  • the advantages of the invention are clear from the present description.
  • the thrust on the side walls on which the corners are wrapped by the covering sheet carried out by active devices with sideways entry/movement, allows rigorous and reliable position control, ensuring the optimal quality of the finished product.
  • the thrusting devices are structurally and functionally simple and, for their being inherently active and controllable, are free from the fine-tuning problems shown by known clips.

Claims (12)

  1. Appareil de recouvrement de boîtes pour la production de boîtes en carton recouvertes, comprenant :
    des moyens de moulage (1) animés d'un mouvement de va-et-vient dans une direction de moulage (Z), adaptés pour être insérés à l'intérieur d'une boîte (A) ayant des parois latérales érigées à partir d'un fond de base (A1) mais non précédemment jointes à leurs coins, et pour déplacer ladite boîte le long de ladite direction de moulage (Z) ;
    des premier et second moyens de pliage fixes (2, 6), disposés en séquence le long de ladite direction de moulage (Z) et adaptés pour coopérer avec lesdits moyens de moulage (1) pour plier en séquence des première et seconde parties d'une feuille de recouvrement préencollée (B) disposé sous la boîte (A) sur les parois latérales respectives de la même boîte (A) ;
    des moyens de raclage (5) disposés entre lesdits premier et second moyens de pliage fixes (2, 6) le long de ladite direction de moulage, adaptés pour se déplacer vers l'avant et se rétracter le long d'une direction transversale vers et depuis une position active afin de plier les rabats d'enroulement de coin respectifs des dites premières parties autour des dits coins ; et
    des moyens de stabilisation pour stabiliser au moins certaines des dites parois de la boîte par rapport auxdits moyens de moulage,
    caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de stabilisation comprennent des moyens de poussée (31), agencés en association avec lesdits moyens de raclage (5) et mobiles entre une position inactive dans laquelle ils sont aptes à libérer une région de passage desdites secondes parties (B4, B5) de ladite feuille (B) en condition d'étirement avant le pliage, et une position active dans laquelle, en entrant latéralement par rapport à ladite direction de moulage (Z), ils sont adaptés pour pousser au moins certaines desdites parois latérales de la boîte (A) contre lesdits moyens de moulage (1) pendant une phase active desdits moyens de raclage (5), en exerçant une poussée sur une zone de la même paroi qui n'est pas affectée par lesdits moyens de raclage dans ladite position active, et
    des moyens d'entraînement (33) adaptés pour entraîner lesdits moyens de poussée entre lesdites positions.
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits moyens de poussée comprennent au moins un élément de poussée (31) monté pivotant autour d'un axe de rotation (Z') interceptant un plan (XY) perpendiculaire à ladite direction de moulage (Z).
  3. Appareil selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ledit axe de rotation (Z') dudit élément de poussée pivotant (31) est sensiblement parallèle à ladite direction de moulage (Z).
  4. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, dans lequel ledit au moins un élément de poussée (31), dans une vue en coupe sur un plan orthogonal à l'axe de rotation, a une disposition de profil généralement inclinée, à angle droit ou à angle supérieur ou inférieur à 90°.
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ledit élément de poussée (31) comprend une aile distale (311) avec un bord (311a) adapté pour exercer le contact de poussée d'une paroi de boîte relative dans ladite position active, et une aile proximale (312) faisant un angle par rapport à ladite aile distale (311) et par laquelle l'élément est supporté via une charnière (32) matérialisant ledit axe de rotation (Z') et espacée de ladite région de passage desdites secondes parties de feuille (B4, B5) en position étirée, ladite charnière (32) contraignant ledit élément de poussée (31) vers un élément structurel fixe (4) de l'appareil.
  6. Appareil selon la revendication 5, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'entraînement (33) comprennent, pour ledit au moins un élément de poussée (31), un actionneur linéaire (33) articulé entre ledit élément structurel fixe (4) et une manivelle (34) solidaire de ladite aile proximale (312).
  7. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, dans lequel lesdits moyens de raclage comprennent, pour chaque élément de poussée (31), une lame de raclage (51) apte à se déplacer entre sa position active et une position rétractée, toutes deux dans un espace qui sépare la boîte et l'élément de poussée (31) dans sa position active, lesdits moyens de raclage comprenant en outre un second actionneur linéaire (52) pour actionner ladite lame (51) et un bras (53) reliant ladite lame (51) audit second actionneur linéaire et faisant saillie latéralement par rapport à la direction d'actionnement, ledit second actionneur (52) étant agencé sur ladite charnière (32) desdits moyens de poussée (3), ledit bras (53) étant mobile à l'intérieur d'une découpe (312a) formée dans ladite aile proximale (312) dudit élément de poussée (31).
  8. Appareil selon la revendication 7, dans lequel ladite lame de raclage (51) est conformée avec une extension longitudinale le long de ladite direction de moulage (Z) et est adaptée pour se translater dans une direction transversale (X).
  9. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 8, dans lequel un certain nombre d'éléments de poussée identiques (31) sont prévus, un pour chaque angle de base de ladite boîte et chacun associé à ses propres moyens de raclage (51).
  10. Appareil selon la revendication 9, comprenant quatre unités, chacune avec un élément de poussée (31) et un moyen de raclage (51), disposées par paires mutuellement en opposition.
  11. Un procédé de recouvrement de boîte réalisé avec un appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits moyens de poussée se déplacent de ladite position inactive à ladite position active dans un poste d'emballage en aval, selon ladite direction de moulage (Z), d'une étape de pliage d'au moins une première partie (B2, B3) de ladite feuille de couverture (B) sur une première paroi respective (A2, A3) de ladite boîte, poussant latéralement au moins une seconde paroi (A4, A5) de la boîte ; lesdits moyens de raclage (5) se déplaçant alors vers leur position active tandis que les moyens de poussée (3) restent toujours en position active ; puis, les moyens de raclage et les moyens de poussée se déplacent vers leur position inactive, et en final, la boîte quitte ledit poste d'emballage toujours selon ladite direction de moulage pour la réalisation du pliage d'au moins une seconde partie (B4, B5) de ladite feuille de recouvrement sur la seconde paroi relative (A4, A5) de la boîte.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel la boîte arrive audit poste d'emballage avec deux premières parties (B2, B3) mutuellement opposées de ladite feuille de couverture (B) repliées sur les premières parois respectives (A2, A3) de ladite boîte, lesdits moyens de poussée (3) poussant les deux secondes parois (4, 5) mutuellement opposées avant que lesdits moyens de raclage (5) ne plient des paires respectives de rabats d'emballage (B2a, B2b, B3a, B3b) desdites secondes parties (B2, B3) de ladite feuille.
