Definitions

  • the invention relates to the field of magnetic closures for a packaging device used to house a fluid, liquid or pasty product, for example a perfume bottle.
  • a packaging device comprising a magnetic closure system.
  • a device comprises a container intended to contain the product and a cap intended to be positioned above the container to retain the product in the container and / or protect the product from the external environment and / or prevent actuation of the product ejection mechanism.
  • the patent EP1095870 B1 discloses a packaging device for a product comprising a container intended to contain the product, the container comprising a neck provided with a dispensing head, a cap intended to cover the dispensing head and a magnetic closure system comprising a first magnetic means carried by the cap and a second magnetic means carried by the container.
  • the container comprises a part, generally known as being a pump cover with a shoulder, surrounding the neck, the shoulder of the pump cover being located in contact with the container and having an annular housing suitable for containing the second magnetic means.
  • the cap also comprises an annular housing suitable for containing at its base the aforementioned first magnetic means, so that when closed, the first magnetic means is circumscribed to the dispensing head and is superimposed on the second magnetic means.
  • An idea at the basis of the invention to eliminate the drawbacks of the prior art is to provide a device whose design makes it possible to ensure a magnetic closure in the extension of the neck offering a wider choice of cap shape while giving the possibility of reducing the size of the cap so as to make the device easier to produce, less expensive and / or more aesthetic.
  • Another idea on the basis of the invention is to no longer use a pump cover with a shoulder around the neck to house the magnetic means.
  • Another idea at the basis of the invention is to allow effective closure by limiting the bulk, for example by limiting the height of the cap.
  • the device allows the container to be effectively closed with the cap by placing the magnetic closure system just above the shoulder of the dispensing system. This makes it possible to limit the size of the cap and thus optimize production.
  • This device eliminates the need for the shoulder of the pump cover having an annular housing of the prior art where the second magnetic means were housed. This device therefore makes it possible to lock the cap with respect to the container without needing this shoulder.
  • This device also has the advantage of being able to reduce the size of the cap whether in circumference and therefore in thickness or even in height. In fact, it is no longer necessary that the latter be designed to go so far as to come into contact with the shoulder of the container or a surface of the container. It is therefore possible to save material and limit the size of the cap.
  • such a device may have one or more of the following characteristics.
  • the second magnetic means is located above the shoulder of the expulsion device.
  • the first magnetic means and the second magnetic means are placed concentrically around the expulsion device.
  • the orifice of the container defines a container axis passing through its center, the first magnetic means and the second magnetic means being attracted to each other axially relative to the axis of the container. in the stable closed position.
  • the cap comprises a peripheral part defining a side wall of the housing, and an upper part connected to a first end of the peripheral part and defining a bottom wall of the housing.
  • the expulsion device comprises a pump and the upper portion comprises an actuation pusher, the actuation pusher being configured to be located in the housing in the stable closed position.
  • the actuating button is surrounded by the cap, which makes it possible to avoid undesired actuation of the expulsion device in the closed position.
  • the actuating button is configured so that, in the stable closed position, it is located entirely in the housing.
  • the first magnetic means is located at a second end of the peripheral part of the cap opposite the first end, the second end being configured to be located above the second magnetic means in the stable closed position.
  • the cap is made of charged material, polarized or not, the charged material of the cap thus represents the first magnetic means.
  • the cap comprises a peripheral skirt fixed to the second end of the peripheral part, the peripheral skirt being configured to surround the neck in the stable closed position.
