Claims (21)
- Machine à mélanger, comprenant un châssis (2), une unité constructive (6) pivotante, une tête de mélange (16) ainsi qu'au moins un moyen de raccordement (10, 10.1) pour raccorder à la tête de mélange (16) un conteneur de mélange (M1,M2) ouvert du côté du raccordement, contenant un matériau à mélanger, afin de constituer un récipient mélangeur fermé, laquelle tête de mélange (16), en tant que partie de l'unité constructive (6) pivotante, est logée de manière pivotante par rapport au châssis (2) de telle sorte que le récipient mélangeur fermé formé par la tête de mélange (16) et le conteneur de mélange (M1, M2) est pivotant par rapport au châssis (2) afin de réaliser le processus de mélange, et laquelle tête de mélange (16) supporte au moins un outil de mélange (18, 51, 51.1) entraîné en rotation, la tête de mélange (16) présentant une plaque de tête (17) avec, moulée sur celle-ci, une bride de raccordement (27) conformée en disque annulaire avec une surface d'appui (35) plane, caractérisée en ce que dans la surface d'appui (35) de la bride de raccordement (27) sont disposées au moins deux garnitures d'étanchéité (28, 28.1, 29) toriques de différents diamètres, en laissant un intervalle l'une par rapport à l'autre, de manière à pouvoir raccorder à la tête de mélange (16), du côté du raccordement de la tête de mélange, des conteneurs de mélange (M1, M2) avec des diamètres de raccordement différents, et en ce que l'au moins un moyen de raccordement (10, 10.1) est conformé pour saisir des conteneurs de mélange (M1, M2) différents au niveau du diamètre de leur côté de raccordement.
- Machine à mélanger selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les garnitures d'étanchéité (28, 28.1, 29) toriques sont disposées de manière concentrique les unes par rapport aux autres.
- Machine à mélanger selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce les garnitures d'étanchéité (28, 28.1, 29) toriques sont disposées de manière concentrique par rapport à un arbre d'entraînement supportant l'outil de mélange et traversant la plaque de tête (17) de la tête de mélange.
- Machine à mélanger selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de tête (17) avec sa bride de raccordement (27) est réalisée en tant que plaque comportant une face intérieure plane et que la surface de raccordement (35) de la bride de raccordement (27) fait partie de la face intérieure plane de la plaque de tête (17).
- Machine à mélanger selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une des garnitures d'étanchéité (28, 28.1) toriques est une garniture d'étanchéité activable par un fluide, laquelle garniture d'étanchéité présente un compartiment creux (30) périphérique avec un raccordement de fluide (31) afin d'introduire un fluide pour activer la garniture d'étanchéité (28, 28.1) et la partie de la garniture d'étanchéité (28, 28.1) formant le compartiment creux (30) est logée dans la zone contre-découpée d'un logement de garniture d'étanchéité contre-découpé périphérique.
- Machine à mélanger selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la machine à mélanger (1) présente, en guise de moyens de raccordement afin de raccorder un conteneur de mélange (M1, M2) à la plaque de tête (17) de la tête de mélange (16), deux dispositifs de levage (10, 10.1) diamétralement opposés par rapport à l'axe central de la plaque de tête (17) et faisant office de composants supplémentaires de l'unité constructive (6) pivotante, avec respectivement au moins une plaque de levage (11) réglable en direction de l'axe central, destinée à saisir par le dessous la bride de raccordement (45), en saillie dans le sens radial, d'un conteneur de mélange (M1, M2), lesquels dispositifs de levage (10, 10.1) sont réglables dans le sens radial.
- Machine à mélanger selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les dispositifs de levage (10, 10.1) sont conformés en tant que vis de levage entraînées par moteur électrique afin de procéder modifier la position des plaques de levage (11).
- Machine à mélanger selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que, pour permettre le positionnement des dispositifs de levage (10, 10.1) dans le sens radial, chaque dispositif de réglage (10, 10.1) est entraîné par une commande à vis.
- Machine à mélanger selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'un levier de blocage (14) pivotant est respectivement affecté aux plaques de levage des dispositifs de levage (10, 10.1), lesquels leviers de blocage (14) agissent dans leur position d'utilisation contre la paroi extérieure (43) d'un conteneur de mélange (M1, M2) maintenu par les plaques de levage (11).
- Machine à mélanger selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisée en ce que les plaques de levage présentent des plaques de centrage destinées à centrer un conteneur de mélange maintenu par celles-là.
- Machine à mélanger selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que les leviers de blocage (14) sont réglables pneumatiquement.
- Machine à mélanger selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que, fait partie de l'unité constructive (6) pivotante, une limitation de course d'engagement pour un conteneur de mélange (M1, M2) engagé dans le châssis (2) à des fins de son raccordement à la tête de mélange (1).
- Machine à mélanger selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la limitation de course d'engagement présente une butée de conteneur (37), laquelle est réglable dans le sens radial en direction de l'axe central de la plaque de tête (17).
- Machine à mélanger selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que la butée de conteneur (17) est réglable pneumatiquement.
- Machine à mélanger selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisée en ce que la butée de conteneur (17) dans ses différentes positions est sécurisée par un axe de blocage (41) réglable dans le sens transversal par rapport au sens de réglage de la butée de conteneur (37).
- Machine à mélanger selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisée en ce que l'outil de mélange (51, 51.1) est raccordé par son moyeu (52) à un arbre d'outil de mélange entraîné en rotation et présente au moins deux ailettes (55, 55.1) d'outil de mélange de même type, les ailettes (55, 55.1) d'outil de mélange présentant respectivement un tronçon de liaison (56, 56.1) plié dans des directions opposées par rapport à l'étendue longitudinale de l'axe de rotation (D), sur lequel est respectivement moulé un tronçon d'ailette (57, 57.1) de mélange s'étendant en s'éloignant du moyeu (52) dans le sens radial, relevé dans deux directions par rapport au plan du moyeu (52).
- Machine à mélanger selon la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que l'outil de mélange (51, 51.1) présente deux ailettes (55, 55,1) d'outil de mélange opposées par rapport à l'axe de rotation (D) du moyeu (52).
- Machine à mélanger selon la revendication 16 ou 17, caractérisée en ce que les tronçons d'ailette (57, 57.1) de mélange sont relevés dans le sens contraire du sens de rotation.
- Machine à mélanger selon l'une des revendications 16 à 18, caractérisée en ce que le relevage des tronçons d'ailette (57, 57.1) de mélange dans le sens de rotation est prévu avec environ 10 à 15 degrés.
- Machine à mélanger selon l'une des revendications 16 à 19, caractérisée en ce que les tronçons d'ailette (57, 57.1) de mélange sont raccordés aux tronçons de liaison (56, 56.1) en formant un angle.
- Machine à mélanger selon la revendication 20, caractérisée en ce que la ligne de courbure (59), par laquelle les tronçons d'ailette (57, 57.1) de mélange sont pliés avec un angle par rapport aux tronçons de liaison (56, 56.1), est inclinée par rapport à une ligne transversale à travers le tronçon d'ailette (57, 57.1) de mélange.
