Claims (14)
- Vorgefertigtes Badezimmer (1), wobei die Wände (4,5) und die Decke (3) aus kastenförmigen Elementen (6) hergestellt sind, die an der Seite geschlossen sind, die zu dem Badezimmer weist, und die an der Seite offen sind, die von dem Badezimmer weg weist, wobei die Elemente (6) an der Seite, die zu dem Badezimmer weist, von Gipsplatten (11) bedeckt sind;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gipsplatten (11) so geschnitten wurden, dass eine einzige Gipsplatte (11) die Gesamtheit einer Innenfläche in dem Badezimmer bedeckt, zum Beispiel die Gesamtheit einer Wand (4,5) oder einer Decke (3);und dass die Gipsplatten (11) vollständig an die Elemente geklebt sind.
- Vorgefertigtes Badezimmer nach Anspruch 1, wobei das vorgefertigte Badezimmer mit einem Boden (2), wie einem Betonboden, versehen ist.
- Vorgefertigtes Badezimmer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das vorgefertigte Badezimmer einen primären Bodenrahmen (16) umfasst, wobei der primäre Bodenrahmen ausgelegt ist, die kastenförmigen Elemente (6) und optional auch den Boden (2) zu tragen.
- Vorgefertigtes Badezimmer nach Anspruch 3, wobei der primäre Bodenrahmen (16) einen oder mehr Hebewinkel (15) umfasst, wie 2 oder mehr Hebewinkel, zum Beispiel 3 oder mehr Hebewinkel, zum Beispiel 4 oder mehr Hebewinkel, wie 5 oder mehr Hebewinkel, wie 6 oder mehr Hebewinkel.
- Vorgefertigtes Badezimmer nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das vorgefertigte Badezimmer mit Sanitärinstallationen (21) in der Form einer oder mehrerer der folgenden Arten versehen ist: Waschbecken (8), Dusche (9), Badewanne, Toilette (7), Abfluss (10).
- Vorgefertigtes Badezimmer nach Anspruch 5, weiter umfassend, in Bezug auf eine oder mehrere spezifische Arten von Sanitärinstallationen (21), eine Wasserzuleitung (22) und/oder eine Wasserableitung (22) zu/von dieser spezifischen Art von Sanitärinstallation, wobei sich diese Wasserzuleitung und/oder Wasserableitung zwischen dieser spezifischen Art von Sanitärinstallation (21) und jener Seite eines der kastenförmigen Elemente (6) erstrecken, die von dem Innenraum des Badezimmers weg weist.
- Vorgefertigtes Badezimmer nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Gipsplatten (11) Gipsfaser umfassen, wie Gipsfaser, die einen zusammengepressten Verbund aus Gips und Papierfasern umfasst;wobei der Gehalt an Papierfasern optional 0,5 - 50 % oder mehr ist, wie 1 - 45 %, zum Beispiel 2 - 40 %, wie 5 - 35 %, zum Beispiel 10 - 30 %, wie 12 - 25 % oder 15 - 20 %; und/oderwobei die Dicke der Gipsplatten zwischen 10 mm und 20 mm ist.
- Vorgefertigtes Badezimmer nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Badezimmer zusätzlich einen sekundären Bodenrahmen (19) umfasst, wobei sich der sekundäre Bodenrahmen von einem der kastenförmigen Elemente (6) an dessen unterem Teil und von dessen Seite, die von dem Innenraum des Badezimmers weg weist, erstreckt, wodurch der sekundäre Bodenrahmen (19) einen Schachtbereich (20) definiert, wobei sich der sekundäre Bodenrahmen (19) von dem primären Bodenrahmen (16) des vorgefertigten Badezimmers erstreckt und auf dessen Ebene angeordnet ist.
- Vorgefertigtes Badezimmer nach Anspruch 8, wobei der sekundäre Bodenrahmen zusätzlich eine Wand oder mehr Wände (24), wie 1, 2 oder 3 Wände (24), umfasst, wobei jede dieser einen Wand oder mehreren Wände ein kastenförmiges Element (6) umfasst und wobei jede Wand (24) eine Wand ist, die nicht an das Innere des Badezimmers angrenzt.
- Vorgefertigtes Badezimmer nach Anspruch 9, wobei eine oder mehrere der Wände (24) des sekundären Bodenrahmens an jener Seite, die von dem Schachtbereich weg weist, mit einer oder mehr Gipsplatten (11) bedeckt ist.
- Vorgefertigtes Badezimmer nach einem der Ansprüche 8 - 10, wobei der Schachtbereich (20) des Badezimmers nicht mit Boden oder Decke versehen ist; oder wobei der Schachtbereich (20) des Badezimmers mit einem Boden und/oder einer Decke versehen ist, wobei der Boden und/oder die Decke des Schachtbereichs den gesamten horizontalen Bereich bedecken, der dem Schachtbereich entspricht; oder wobei der Schachtbereich (20) des Badezimmers mit einem Boden und/oder einer Decke versehen ist, wobei der Boden und/oder die Decke des Schachtbereichs nur einen Teil des horizontalen Bereichs bedecken, der dem Schachtbereich (20) entspricht.
- Vorgefertigtes Badezimmer nach einem der Ansprüche 8 - 11, wobei eine oder mehr Zuleitungen (22) und/oder Ableitungen (22) für Wasser zu/von einer oder mehreren Arten von Sanitärinstallationen (21) mit einem Anschluss (23) an jener Seite der Wände (4,5) des Badezimmers enden, die zu dem Schachtbereich (20) weist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Badezimmers (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst:- Herstellen eines mit Fliesen belegten Bodens (2)- Schneiden einer Gipsplatte (11) derart, dass sie exakt passt, um die Gesamtheit einer Innenfläche einer Wand (4,5) in dem gewünschten Badezimmer zu bedecken- vollständiges Verkleben der Gipsplatte (11), indem sie zum Beispiel durch eine Klebemaschine laufen gelassen wird- Anordnen kastenförmiger Elemente (6) mit ihrer geschlossenen Seite in dem noch nassen Klebstoff- Montieren der auf diese Weise hergestellten Wand (4,5) auf dem fertigen Boden (2)- Wiederholen der vorherigen vier Schritte, bis alle vier Wände (4,5) auf dem Boden (2) montiert sind- Schneiden einer Gipsplatte (11) derart, dass sie exakt passt, um so die Innendecke (3) des gewünschten Badezimmers zu bedecken- vollständiges Verkleben der Gipsplatte (11), indem sie zum Beispiel durch eine Klebemaschine laufen gelassen wird- Anordnen kastenförmiger Elemente (6) mit ihrer geschlossenen Seite in dem noch nassen Klebstoff- Montieren der auf diese Weise hergestellten Decke (3) an den zuvor hergestellten Wänden- optional Montieren von Fliesen auf ausgewählten Teilen der Innenwände (4) in dem Badezimmer, zum Beispiel in einer Duschkabine- Streichen des Rests der Teile der Wände (5) und Installieren von Sanitärinstallationen (21, 7 - 10).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, wobei das Streichen der Innenwände (5) ohne vorangehendes Füllen/Verkleiden erfolgt, jedoch optional mit vorheriger Montage von Filztuch an der Wand (den Wänden).
