Die zu stanzenden Ausgangsstapel 1, 1' kommen von einer Planschneidvorrichtung als Einzel- oder Doppelstapel zur Stanzvorrichtung. Die Stanzvorrichtung zur Herstellung von Formetiketten umfasst eine Hubeinrichtung 3, ein hohlzylindrisches Stanzmesser 2 und optional ein Gegendruckelement (nicht dargestellt), die in einer Stanzrichtung A nacheinander entlang eines Stanzförderpfads 11 angeordnet sind. Dies erlaubt eine vollständige gradlinige FĂ¼hrung bis hin zur einer darauf folgenden Bandiervorrichtung (nicht dargestellt). Die Hubeinrichtung 3 weist eine plane Hubplatte 5 auf, die dazu dient, Ausgangsstapel 1, 1' aus blattförmigem Gut in Stanzrichtung A gegen das Stanzmesser 2 zu stossen, wobei die Nutzenstapel 4, 4' durch den Hohlzylinder des Stanzmessers 2 gedrĂ¼ckt werden (
Es hat sich nun gezeigt, dass ein bereits gestanzter Nutzenstapel 4, der sich noch im hohlzylindrischen Stanzmesser 2 befindet (vgl. Fig. l(c)), sich nach unten in Richtung Hubplatte 5 ausbaucht, sobald die Hubplatte 5 fĂ¼r den nachfolgenden Ausgangstapel 1' zurĂ¼ckgefahren ist. Diese Ausbauchung des Nutzenstapels 4 ist in
Wird nun eine nachfolgender Ausgangsstapel 1' auf mittels der Hubeinrichtung 3 gegen das Stanzmesser 2 gestossen, können sich die obersten Schichten des blattförmigen Gutes des nachfolgenden Ausgangsstapels 1' aufgrund der geringen Kraft, die die Ausbauchung auf den nachfolgenden Stapel ausĂ¼bt,krĂ¼mmen. Dies fĂ¼hrt schliesslich dazu, dass das Stanzmesser in den obersten Schichten des nachfolgenden Ausgangsstapel 1' zu weit aussen ansetzt und die entsprechenden Formetiketten ein Ăœbermass aufweisen.
