Description

The invention relates to a support arrangement for a car body of a vehicle, in particular a rail vehicle, the car body having at least one underframe, at least a first side wall and a second side wall and at least one roof.

Car bodies of vehicles, in particular of rail vehicles, often include upper frames that connect side walls to roofs, as well as longitudinal beams for connecting side walls to underframes. Sidewalls made of stainless steel, in particular, often show considerable distortion after welding processes. Subsequent heat treatments (thermal straightening) are not economically feasible for side walls made of this material. Furthermore, subsequent heat treatments lead to a strain hardening of the side walls carried out in a preceding production step being at least partially reduced.

One-piece longitudinal girders and upper frames are known from the prior art, which often have to be subsequently adapted in order to be able to join side walls exhibiting distortion or deformations to the underframes and roofs.

From the prior art is that EP 1 752 250 B1 known. It describes a laser welding process and welded connections on outer panels and structural components of car bodies for rail vehicles.

Furthermore, the DE 103 41 350 B4 a detachable connection between a side wall and an underframe. Tie rods are provided, the prestressing of which presses a side wall sheet metal against an outer side rail. The position of the side wall in relation to the underframe is adjusted using sliding seats.

Furthermore describes the US 2016/0221588 A1 a car body of a rail vehicle, which has supports arranged in the longitudinal direction of the rail vehicle. A first carrier is connected to a base plate of the car body, and a second carrier is connected to a side wall of the car body. The first carrier and the second carrier can be made approximately S-shaped and arranged in relation to one another in such a way that vertical legs of the first carrier and the second carrier touch one another.

In addition, the WO 2011/038751 A1 discloses a longitudinal girder of a rail vehicle with a first partial carrier and a second partial carrier, which each have a plurality of angled sections.

The invention is based on the object of specifying a carrier arrangement that has been further developed compared to the prior art.

According to the invention, this object is achieved with the features of claim 1.

The two-part design of the carrier arrangement results in simplifications in the manufacturing process of the car body. The first carrier can be connected, for example, to the underframe or to the roof of the car body, the second carrier to the first side wall or the second side wall. Due to the displaceable arrangement of the first support and the second support towards or against each other, this displaceable arrangement being designed as a sliding fit, particularly easy joining of the first side wall and the second side wall to the underframe or to the roof is achieved.

It is advantageous if a gap is provided between the at least first carrier and the second carrier at least during the joining of the at least first carrier to the second carrier.

This measure compensates for the distance between the side wall and the underframe or the roof, which is required, for example, in the event of heat distortion due to a welding process on a side wall plate or in the event of positional errors due to manufacturing tolerances.

Automated welding processes with continuous longitudinal seams can be carried out on side wall panels. Furthermore, mechanical loads on the car body due to the joining process are reduced by this measure. Furthermore, when tensile stresses are applied to side wall panels, the extent of subsequent straightening work that is necessary to maintain the required flatness of the side wall panels is reduced.

In addition, the required accuracy in production can be reduced by increasing the permissible production tolerances and thus the costs.

The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of exemplary embodiments.

The first carrier 10 has a first profile section 12, a second profile section 13, a third profile section 14 and a fourth profile section 15, which are connected to one another via rounded sections. The second profile section 13 is orthogonal, the third profile section 14 is arranged parallel and the fourth profile section 15 is arranged obliquely to the first profile section 12. The second profile section 13 is welded to the roof 2 via an underside 3 of the roof 2. The third profile section 14 is welded to the roof 2 via an upper side 4.

The second carrier 11 comprises a fifth profile section 16, a sixth profile section 17 and a seventh profile section 18, which are connected to one another via rounded sections. The sixth profile section 17 is orthogonal, the seventh profile section 18 is aligned parallel to the fifth profile section 16.

The fifth profile section 16 is aligned along an inner side 7 of the first side wall 5 and is attached to the first side wall 5 in the area of this inner side 7. The seventh profile section 18 is aligned along an outer side 6 of the first side wall 5 and is welded to the first side wall 5 in the area of this outer side 6.

Via a sliding fit between the first carrier 10 and the second carrier 11 and via a gap 19 in the area between the first profile section 12, the second profile section 13, the sixth profile section 17 and the seventh profile section 18, during the joining of the first side wall 5 with the Roof 2 deformations, for example welding distortion on the first side wall 5, and other errors, such as position errors due to manufacturing tolerances, etc., can be compensated.

This compensation takes place via relative movements between the first carrier 10 and the second carrier 11 and / or via deformations of the first carrier 10 and / or the second carrier 11 in the region of the gap 19.

Fig. 3 shows a state of the carrier arrangement according to the invention after the first side wall 5 has been joined to the roof 2. In this state, the first carrier 10 is materially connected to the second carrier 11 via a first weld seam 20 and a second weld seam 21.

The first weld seam 20 is arranged between the first profile section 12 of the first carrier 10 and the fifth profile section 16 of the second carrier 11, the second weld seam 21 between the third profile section 14 of the first carrier 10 and the seventh profile section 18 of the second carrier 11.
