et chaque passage de transfert de chaleur du deuxième groupe de passages de transfert de chaleur (56) contenant une section respective d'ailettes;une section du distributeur (20) jouxtant la section principale du cœur de l'échangeur de chaleur (10) le long d'une face (11) de la section principale du cœur de l'échangeur de chaleur (10), la section du distributeur (20) comprenantplusieurs segments de plaque de séparation (22), les plusieurs segments de plaque de séparation (22) étant disposés dans une relation espacée fixe dans laquelle les plusieurs segments de plaque de séparation (22) définissent un premier groupe de passages (24) et un deuxième groupe de passages (26);une première tête (30) jouxtant et en communication fluide avec le premier groupe de passages (24) le long d'une face (31) de la première tête (30), chaque passage du premier groupe de passages (24) étant fermé du côté opposé à la première tête (30) par un segment respectif de barre de fermeture (32);une deuxième tête (40) jouxtant et en communication fluide avec le deuxième groupe de passages (26) de la section du distributeur (20);dans lequel le premier groupe de passages (24) jouxte la section principale du cœur de l'échangeur de chaleur (10) le long de la face (11) de la section principale du cœur de l'échangeur de chaleur (10), chaque passage du premier groupe de passages (24) se trouvant en communication fluide avec un passage respectif de transfert de chaleur du premier groupe de passages de transfert de chaleur (54) de la section principale du cœur de l'échangeur de chaleur (10) et chaque passage du premier groupe de passages (24) étant fermé du côté opposé à la section principale du cœur de l'échangeur de chaleur (10) par une barre de fermeture respective (12);dans lequel chaque passage du premier groupe de passages (24) possède une longue région de voie d'écoulement (15) entre les segments de plaque de séparation de chaque passage du premier groupe de passages (24) définie par l'union d'un premier cube et d'un deuxième cube, le premier cube s'étendant perpendiculairement à la barre de fermeture respective (12) de la surface tournée côté ailettes de la barre de une partie de la section d'ailettes de deuxième type (2) jouxtant une jonction (9), la section d'ailettes de premier type (1) comprenant plusieurs ailettes définissant plusieurs canaux dans la section d'ailettes de premier type (1) et la section d'ailettes de deuxième type (2) comprenant plusieurs ailettes définissant plusieurs canaux dans la section d'ailettes de deuxième type (2);dans lequel la section d'ailettes de premier type (1) de chaque passage du premier groupe de passages (24) jouxte la face (31) de la première tête (30) le long d'un bord (33) de chaque section respective d'ailettes j4 est le facteur j respectif pour les ailettes dans la section d'ailettes de quatrième type (4) de chaque passage du premier groupe de passages (24) évalué à un nombre de Reynolds de 3000, Af,4 est la surface d'écoulement libre respective par unité de largeur par passage pour la section d'ailettes de quatrième type (4) de chaque passage du premier groupe de passages (24),As,4 est la surface respective de transfert de chaleur par unité de largeur et par unité de longueur par passage pour la section d'ailettes de quatrième type (4) de chaque passage du premier groupe de passages (24),des unités cohérentes étant utilisées pour chacun des Af,2, Af,4, As,2 et As,4. - L'échangeur de chaleur à plaques et à ailettes selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel une ou plusieurs des caractéristiques de la section d'ailettes de deuxième type (2) de chaque passage du premier groupe de passages (24) sont différentes d'une caractéristique correspondante de section d'ailettes de la section respective d'ailettes de chaque passage de transfert de chaleur du premier groupe de passages de transfert de chaleur (54) pour chaque passage du premier groupe de passages (24) en communication fluide avec le passage respectif de transfert de chaleur du premier groupe de passages de transfert de chaleur (54) de la section principale du cœur de l'échangeur de chaleur (10).
- L'échangeur de chaleur à plaques et à ailettes selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les une ou plusieurs caractéristiques de section d'ailettes sont choisies dans le groupe composé du style d'ailette, de la surface d'écoulement libre, de la densité des ailettes, de l'épaisseur des ailettes et du diamètre hydraulique.
- L'échangeur de chaleur à plaques et à ailettes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'échangeur de chaleur à plaques et à ailettes est configuré pour faire passer un premier courant par le premier groupe de passages de transfert de chaleur (54) dans une relation d'écoulement à contre-courant par rapport à un deuxième courant passant au-travers du deuxième groupe de passages de transfert de chaleur (56).
- L'échangeur de chaleur à plaques et à ailettes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel un deuxième bord (7) de chaque section respective d'ailettes du premier type (1) est parallèle à la barre de fermeture respective (12) de chaque passage respectif du premier groupe de passages (24).
- L'échangeur de chaleur à plaques et à ailettes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel la section d'ailettes de premier type (1) de chaque passage du premier groupe de passages (24) possède une direction longitudinale, la direction longitudinale de chaque section respective d'ailettes de premier type (1) étant alignée en parallèle avec la barre de fermeture respective (12) de chaque passage respectif du premier groupe de passages (24).
- L'échangeur de chaleur à plaques et à ailettes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel un deuxième bord (8) de chaque section respective d'ailettes de deuxième type (2) de chaque passage du troisième groupe de passages (24) est alignée en parallèle avec la barre de fermeture respective (32) de chaque passage respectif du premier groupe de passages (24).
- L'échangeur de chaleur à plaques et à ailettes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel la section d'ailettes du deuxième type (2) de chaque passage du premier groupe de passages (24) possède une direction longitudinale, dans lequel la direction longitudinale de chaque section respective d'ailettes du deuxième type (2) est alignée en parallèle avec le segment respectif de barre de fermeture (32) de chaque passage respectif du premier groupe de passages (24).
- L'échangeur de chaleur à plaques et à ailettes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel la courte région de voie d'écoulement (25) de chaque passage respectif du premier groupe de passages (24) contient une portion de la section respective d'ailettes de premier type (1).
- L'échangeur de chaleur à plaques et à ailettes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel la courte région de voie d'écoulement (25) de chaque passage respectif du premier groupe de passages (24) contient une portion de la section respective d'ailettes de deuxième type (2).
- L'échangeur de chaleur à plaques et à ailettes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque section d'ailettes de troisième type de chaque passage du premier groupe de passages s'étend sur au moins 20% du volume de la courte région de voie d'écoulement du passage respectif.
- L'échangeur de chaleur selon les revendications 1 et 2 combinées.
- Un procédé d'échange de chaleur entre un premier courant et un deuxième courant, le procédé comprenant :la fourniture de l'échangeur de chaleur à plaques et à ailettes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12,le passage du premier courant par le premier groupe de passages de transfert de chaleur (54) de l'échangeur de chaleur à plaques et à ailettes dans une relation d'écoulement à contre-courant par rapport au deuxième courant passant par le deuxième groupe de passages de transfert de chaleur (56) de l'échangeur de chaleur à plaques et à ailettes.
- Le procédé selon la revendication 14,
dans lequel le premier courant est un premier fluide possédant une concentration en oxygène allant de 20 % en vol. d'oxygène à 22% en vol. d'oxygène et une concentration en azote allant de 78 % en vol. d'azote à 80 % en vol. d'azote et dans lequel le deuxième courant est un courant de déchets gazeux riches en azote provenant d'une colonne de distillation.
