Definitions
- the invention relates to a burglary-resistant door, a connecting device contained therein, a method for installing the burglar-resistant door in a wall opening and the use of the connecting device for installing a burglar-resistant door in a wall opening.
- Doors serve to close off the outside of houses and apartments. Various functions are associated with the external closure. Depending on the season, they can reduce the cooling and overheating of houses and apartments. As fire doors, they can slow or prevent the spread of a fire and temporarily protect residents from the spreading smoke. Modern soundproof doors isolate the interior from street noise and other annoying noises.
- the decisive factor in successfully fending off a burglar is the length of time over which a door can be prevented from being opened by force.
- a powerful screwdriver is sufficient as a quick breaking tool to open the door in seconds.
- Security doors have burglary-resistant components that delay the forced opening of the door. The number and type of these components determine the extent of the delay and thus the security gained.
- Doors are evaluated according to the standards DIN EN 1627 to DIN 1630, which have been in force since September 2011.
- DIN EN 1627 defines six resistance classes RC 1 to RC 6 (RC abbreviation for "Resistance Class") based on different types of perpetrators and the behavior of the crime.
- Doors with resistance class RC 1 offer basic protection. Doors that achieve resistance class RC 2 after testing (hereinafter referred to as RC 2 doors) prevent rapid break-ins using simple tools.
- RC 3 doors offer even greater protection: even with special tools, it usually takes a long time to open the door, which can quickly defeat even better-equipped burglars.
- RC 6 doors can withstand even experienced perpetrators with particularly powerful power tools for a period of 20 minutes.
- RC 2 or RC 3 doors are often installed in private apartments.
- RC 4 to RC 6 doors require additional and complex construction and structural adjustments.
- a door In order for a door to be assigned a specific resistance class according to DIN EN 1627, it must be subjected to a complete test, which includes static load (DIN EN 1628), dynamic load (DIN EN 1629) and manual break-in attempts (DIN EN 1630). Standardized conditions are required for this test. For this purpose, the door to be tested is installed in a steel frame, for example. Such standardized conditions do not allow sufficient statements to be made about what effective burglary protection will be achieved after installing an RC-classified door in a wall opening that actually exists in the building.
- DIN EN 1627 therefore also standardizes which wall types enable burglary protection when a door is installed, which corresponds to the resistance class of the insulated door under standardized conditions.
- DIN EN 1627 empirically defines the required properties of the surrounding walls made of masonry, reinforced concrete and aerated concrete. For surrounding walls made of masonry in accordance with DIN 1053-1, certain wall thicknesses, compressive strength classes of the stones and bulk density classes of the stones must be adhered to. The mortar group to be used is also specified.
- the nominal thickness and strength class are standardized. Surrounding walls made of aerated concrete must achieve a certain nominal thickness and a certain compressive strength of the stones. In addition, the aerated concrete must be glued.
- the manufacturer's assembly instructions in accordance with DIN EN 1627 should also be taken into account. Following the assembly instructions represents a further requirement to ensure that the entire system consisting of door, wall and fasteners has the contractually agreed burglary-resistant effect after assembly.
- the professional installation according to the manufacturer's installation instructions should be certified by an installation certificate.
- a door is only an RC 2 or RC 3 door, for example, if the complete system that ensures security is adhered to. The assembly company must/should also acknowledge this. In the event of damage, such evidence and documents are extremely important.
- US 2,531,075 A reveals a door frame whose ceiling height is adjustable and which can be connected to the ceiling.
- the invention relates to a burglary-resistant door installed in a wall opening, comprising a door frame and a door leaf, which is characterized in that one or more connecting devices are connected to the door frame and to the lintel or the ceiling above the wall opening and/or to the The floor is connected under the wall opening, the connecting device(s) comprising a connecting base body and a connecting element, the connecting base body and the connecting element forming the one-piece connecting device or being assembled from a connecting base body and a separate connecting element to form the connecting device, the connecting base body also being connected to the Door frame is connected and the connecting element is connected to the door lintel or the ceiling and / or the floor, characterized in that the connecting base body has an open channel on its inside, which rests firmly on the door frame in the screwed state, or a closed one inside Has channel.
- the above solution is primarily based on being as independent as possible from the side walls when installing a door.
- Above the door there is usually a lintel or the ceiling directly, and below the door there is an unfinished floor.
- the lintel or ceiling above the wall opening is typically made of a solid material.
- the floor under the door is preferably a raw floor, which typically also consists of a solid material.
- the floor under the installed door is a rough floor. It is further preferred that the door lintel or the ceiling above the wall opening and/or the floor below the wall opening has one or more recesses, for example drill holes, in which the connecting device is connected to the door lintel or the ceiling and/or the floor is.
- a connecting device is provided on the hinge side and/or on the lock side of the door frame, which is connected at its upper end to the door lintel or the ceiling and at its lower end to the floor.
- an upper connecting device which is connected at its upper end to the lintel or the ceiling, and a lower connecting device, which is connected at its lower end to the floor; are provided.
- a one-piece connecting device is understood to mean a component that is made in one piece from one or more materials during primary molding. This has the advantage of a simple, cost-effective manufacturing and assembly process.
- One-piece connectors can be manufactured by extrusion, extrusion, injection molding, or 3D printing. If the connecting base body and the connecting element are manufactured separately from one another, these two components can preferably be made from different materials.
- the connection base body may consist of or include a polymer material or plastic material, and the connection element may consist of or include a metal material. The material properties can thus be adapted to the individual requirement profile.
- the connecting base body can first be connected to the door frame.
- the connecting element can then be added.
- the connecting base body and connecting element can also be connected to one another in advance, after which they are installed on the door frame.
- connection of the connecting base body and the connecting element to the connecting device is preferably based on the dimensions of both components being selected and/or their surface structure being designed in such a way that there is a reversible fixation, such as a reversible latching, of the connecting element in or on the connecting base body.
- the fixation or latching is preferably so firm that the connecting element is held in its position in/on the connecting base body without additional support measures. It is preferably so weak that the connecting element for installing the door frame in the wall opening can be moved into a drill hole under external force.
- a slight force applied to the connecting element can ensure that the connecting element slips into the drilling opening, where it is held in the final assembly position by renewed latching on/in the composite base body.
- a curable binder is then supplied to the borehole and the connecting base body. The binder hardens and ensures the cohesive and non-positive connection between the connecting element and the borehole wall or the connecting base body.
- the burglary-resistant door has a connecting base body which has a supply channel with an opening area for the supply of unhardened binding agent into the channel for receiving the connecting element.
- the supply channel preferably opens into the extended central region of the channel for receiving the connecting element.

- the polymer material in particular polyamide, is preferably reinforced with a reinforcing agent such as fibers, in particular glass fibers.
- the reinforcing agent is preferably contained in a proportion that is large enough to achieve a reinforcing effect on the polymer material. An amount of about 10 to 40% fibers, especially glass fibers, is well suited. 20 to 30% fibers, especially 25% fibers, such as glass fibers, are particularly suitable.
- the connection base body preferably consists of a plastic material or reinforced composite material which is suitable for the permanent, external force-resistant attachment of the connection device to a door frame and in a borehole.
- the burglar-resistant door has a connecting element which is a pin, rod or bolt.
- the pin, rod or bolt preferably has a thread. Particularly preferably it is a set screw, a threaded rod or a screw, which preferably consists of 8.8 steel.
- the grooves in these connecting elements as well as grooves in the connecting base body create the slight locking (fixation) mentioned above before the door is finally fastened in the wall opening between the pin, rod or bolt and the connecting base body. After the binder has been supplied during assembly and it has hardened, the grooves also cause the set screw to lock into the hardened adhesive.
- the burglar-resistant door has a connecting element which is arranged essentially parallel to the vertical longitudinal axis of the door frame on or in the connecting base body.
- the connecting element is particularly preferably arranged in a channel.
- the burglary-resistant door has a connecting element that is connected to the connecting base body in a force-fitting and/or material-locking manner.
- the burglar-resistant door has a connecting element which is connected to the connecting base body and the door lintel or the ceiling and/or the floor by a hardened binder.

- the use of a 3D printing process with a suitable metal material or plastic material is particularly suitable.
- the connecting element preferably has such a thickness or diameter that it can withstand normal mechanical stresses and the tools of burglars at least over the periods of time required for the RC classes 1 to 6 are defined in DIN EN 1627.
- the diameter of the connecting element can be in the range from 5 to 15 mm, for example. Depending on the requirement profile during installation and in particular the strength of the material, it can also have a smaller diameter or a larger diameter.
- the connecting element has a diameter of 6 to 10 mm, in particular 8 mm.
- the invention relates to a door frame which is connected to a connecting device or a connecting base body which is as defined above.
- the invention provides a method for installing a burglar-resistant door in a wall opening, which is characterized in that one or more connecting devices, as defined above, with the door frame and with the lintel or the ceiling above the wall opening and/or connected to the floor under the wall opening.
- one or more connecting devices comprising a connecting base body and a connecting element are used in the method, the connecting devices being in one piece consist of a connecting base body with a connecting element or are assembled in two parts from a connecting base body and a connecting element, the connecting base body being connected to the door frame and the connecting element being connected to the door lintel or the ceiling and/or the floor and the connecting base body, and/or that the floor under the wall opening is a rough floor; and/or that the connecting device or the connecting element is connected to the door lintel or the ceiling and/or the floor in a recess created therein, in particular a borehole.
- the above method has a further step f), in which spacers, for example made of PU foam, are inserted into the construction joint between the door frame and the wall opening at one or more locations, in particular halfway up the door.
- spacers for example made of PU foam
- the plastic parts can be screwed on at the upper end of the frame and at the lower end of the frame (hinge side and lock side).
- the set screws, more generally connecting elements are fastened in the plastic part, more generally the connecting base body, in particular by latching grooves in the connecting base body and on the connecting element.
- the door is placed in the opening.
- the four holes are drilled after marking the wall (twice at the top, twice at the bottom). You can drill generously because the door needs to be aligned later anyway.
- a quickly hardening compound is poured into the holes and into the plastic part, i.e. H. the connection base body, injected. This is necessary in the plastic part because the required rigid bonding of both parts (plastic part and set screw) can be achieved.
- the adhesive in the door hardens quickly and fixes itself.
- a spacer made of PU foam or similar can be used on both sides at the middle height of the door. This serves to provide support in the construction joint, otherwise the frame can deflect in this direction.
- the invention relates to the use of a connecting device or a connecting base body, which is defined as above, for the burglary-resistant installation of a door in a wall opening.
- Fig. 1 shows a door 10 installed in a wall opening 16, comprising a door frame 12 and a door leaf 14.
- the wall opening 16 comprises two side walls 26 and a door lintel 20 above the wall opening 16 and a raw floor 24 under the wall opening 16.
- Door lintel 20 and raw floor 24 consist of a denser material that meets the requirements of resistance class RC 3.
- the side walls 26 belong to masonry that does not meet the requirements for RC 3 certification in terms of its wall thickness and the compressive strength class of the stones.
- connecting devices 38 comprising a connecting base body 40, also referred to as a "fastening adapter RC", and a connecting element 42 are mounted.
- the connecting base bodies 40 consist, for example, of plastic parts 41, which preferably consist of polyamide, in particular polyamide-6.6.
- the polymer material is preferably reinforced with 10 to 40% (% by weight or volume) of reinforcing agent or filler, particularly preferably with about 25% glass fibers. They are screwed onto the vertical outer surfaces 13 of the door frame 12, which lie opposite the reveal of the wall opening 16.
- the connecting elements 42 protrude vertically from the plastic parts 41 in the direction of the door lintel 20 and the unfinished floor 24.
- they consist of threaded pins 43.
- the threaded pins 43 are in one vertical channel inserted or attached in the plastic parts 41 and then glued to them using a hardened adhesive 53.
- the upper ends of the two upper setscrews 43 are glued into drill holes 30 in the door lintel 20.
- the lower ends of the two lower setscrews 43 are glued into drill holes 30 in the raw floor 24.
- Fig. 1 shows the installed door 10 in the shell after the door frame 12 has been fixed with the help of four set screws 43 firmly glued into drill holes 30.
- the adhesive hardens quickly after injection and fixes itself.
- a circumferential construction joint 64 is also visible, which can have a width of up to approximately 35 mm in the area of the vertical frame profiles.
- the door frame is therefore permanently and robustly fixed at its upper end and its lower end, but because of the large distance between the upper fastening threaded pins 43 and the lower fastening threaded pins 43, there is a risk of the door frame deflecting approximately halfway up the door.
- spacers 36 for example made of PU foam, are inserted on both sides halfway up the door.
- the method for installing a burglary-resistant door 10 in a wall opening 16, which allows for RC 3 certification, for example, despite the side masonry not being sufficiently stable, offers a number of further advantages: After the plastic parts 41 with set screws 43 fixed therein have been screwed onto the frame 12, the door is placed in the wall opening 16. Based on the position of the four set screws 43, the position of the four drill holes in the door lintel 20 and in the unfinished floor 24 can be quickly marked. The holes 30 are then drilled. You can work generously here because after insertion of the four set screws 43 into the four drill holes 30, the door must first be aligned independently of the drill hole in the wall opening 16 before gluing.
- a quick-hardening mass such as a quick-hardening adhesive
- a quick-hardening adhesive is injected into the drill holes 30 in the lintel 20 and the unfinished floor 24.
- the quickly hardening adhesive is also injected into the four plastic parts 41 through an opening. Injecting the adhesive into the plastic parts 41 results in the necessary firm bonding of the plastic parts 41 with the set screw 43 fixed therein.
- Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of a fastening adapter RC in the form of the plastic part 41 as an example of a connecting base body 40 of a connecting device 38.
- the plastic part 41 has through openings 62 through which it can be firmly screwed to the door frame 12.
- the perspective view essentially shows the inside 44 of the plastic part 41 and thus the side that rests firmly on the door frame 12 when screwed.
- the outside 45 which is not visible here, points in the direction of the soffit in the assembled state and, apart from the through openings 62, is essentially structureless, as in the form of a flat external closure. In contrast, the inside 44 is clearly structured.
- two through openings 62 are formed on a line parallel to the groove 48 for screwing the plastic part 41 to the door frame 12.
- the channel 50 for receiving and fixing the connecting element here in the form of a set screw 43 is also arranged parallel to the groove 48.
- the channel 50 is open on the side of the door frame 12 so that the set screw 43 can be easily inserted.
- the channel 50 itself has an extended central area 54 and two end regions 56 with a smaller diameter.
- the channel 50 is expanded in a funnel shape 58 at the upper end and at the lower end.
- the supply channel 60 for supplying the liquid, quickly curing adhesive opens into the extended central area 56. As soon as the liquid adhesive has been injected into the channel through the supply channel, it begins to harden quickly, which leads to the stable attachment of the set screw 43 in the channel 50.
- the threaded pin 43 is connected both materially by the hardened adhesive and non-positively by the hardened adhesive in the threads and in the extended central area 54 of the channel. This ensures the particularly stable connection between the plastic part 41 and the set screw 43.
- the extended central area 54 of the channel 50 ensures, in addition to the cohesive connection through the hardened adhesive, a positive connection of the set screw 43 with the hardened adhesive and plastic part 41 surrounding it.
- Fig. 3A shows a sectional view of an exemplary plastic part 41 made of polyamide-6.6 with approximately 25% glass fibers or fastening adapter RC along the (X,Y) plane in which the inside 44 of the plastic part 41 lies.
- the total length of the plastic part 41 along its main axis or longitudinal axis in the Y direction is, for example, 150 mm and can also be 100 mm to 200 mm or less than 100 mm or more than 200 mm.
- Fig. 3B shows a sectional view of the same plastic part 41 or fastening adapter RC along the (Y, Z) plane in which the longer narrow side of the plastic part 41 lies.
- the total width of the plastic part 41 in the Z direction is, for example, 19 mm at its widest point and can also be 10 mm to 30 mm or less than 10 mm or more than 30 mm.
- the dimensions of the plastic part 41 or mounting adapter RC are not critical as long as it can be easily mounted on the frame and can provide the required strength.
- Fig. 4A shows a sectional view of the plastic part 41 along the (X, Z) plane in which the shorter narrow side of the plastic part 41 lies.
- the groove 48, the channel 50 for receiving the set screw 43 with its end region 56 with a smaller cross-sectional area and its extended central region 54 with a larger cross-sectional area are particularly visible.
- the mouth region 61 can be seen, in which the liquid, quickly curing adhesive injected into the supply channel 60 enters the expanded central region 54 of the channel 50.
- the inside of the plastic part 41 has a more complex surface structure with partial areas 46 which are complementary to the surface structure of the door frame 12, 13 at least in partial areas.
- Fig. 5 is a top view of the inside 44 of the plastic part 41 and shows in particular the groove 48, the two through openings 62 and the channel 50 for receiving the set screw 42, 43.
- the enlarged central cavity 54 and the narrower end regions 56 with a smaller cross-sectional area are visible.
- the Figures 6A and 6B contain perspective views ( Fig. 6A the inside 44; Fig. 6B the outside 45) of the connecting device 38 made of plastic part 41 made of polyamide-6.6 with approximately 25% glass fibers as the connecting base body 40 and the threaded pin 43 made of 8.8 steel with a thickness of approximately 8 mm as a connecting element 42.
- the threaded pin 43 is in the channel 50 of the Plastic part with approximately the same diameter 41 is inserted and locked in it by grooves on the threaded pin 43 and in the plastic part 41.
- the threaded pin 43 has approximately twice the length of the channel 50 that accommodates it, but can be shorter or longer depending on the geometric conditions, as long as the stability of the installed construction is guaranteed.
- Fig. 7 shows the in 6A and 6B
- the connecting device 38 shown made of plastic part 41 and grub screw 43 is placed on the lateral outer surface 13 of the door frame 12.
- the groove 48 of the plastic part 41 fits exactly onto the profile web on the door frame 12.
- the protruding channel area 50 of the plastic part 41, together with the grub screw 43, comes from a deeper profile area the door frame 12 recorded.
- One end of the connecting device 38 closes with its threaded pin 43 flush with the end of the door frame 12 and is therefore already in the fastening and assembly position.
- the connecting device 38 is fastened to the door frame 12 using screws in the through openings 62.
- the threaded pin 43 is pushed out over the end of the connecting device 38 and door frame 12 by approximately half its length, overcoming the reversible locking by force.
- the length by which the threaded pin 43 is pushed out depends on the depth of the drill hole in the door lintel 20 or unfinished floor 24 and the width of the construction joint 64.
- the section of the threaded pin remaining in the plastic part 41 must be chosen so long that after the threaded pin has been glued 43 and plastic part 41 ensures a permanently stable connection between the plastic part 41 attached to the door frame 12 and the door lintel 20 or ceiling and / or the unfinished floor 24.
- the door frame 12 is a thermally separated door frame that includes two aluminum hollow profiles connected to each other via polymer webs.
- the cavity between the two polymer webs and the inner surfaces of the aluminum hollow profiles is filled with PU foam.
- the structure of the surface of the door frame 12 is not critical, since the surface structure (topography) of the connecting device with a connecting base body, which often and for example consists of a polymer (plastic part 41), can be technically easily adapted to the surface structure of the door frame 12 in the manufacturing process.
- Fig. 9 shows a perspective view of the outside 45 of the plastic part 41 with two through openings 62 and a Phillips screw inserted into one of the through openings 62.
- Fig. 10 shows how to install the burglar-resistant door 10 in the wall opening 16 after aligning the door 10 in the wall opening 16.
- the door frame 12 then has four connecting devices 38 made of plastic part 41 and threaded rod 43, which are attached to the door frame and their threaded rods 43 engage in drill holes 30.
- the nozzle of an adhesive cartridge is placed at the opening of the supply channel 60 in the plastic part 41.
- the cartridge is then attached, after which the quickly hardening adhesive is injected through the supply channel 60 into the channel in the plastic part 41.
- the set screw 43 is stable and permanently connected to the plastic part 41.

Description
The invention relates to a burglary-resistant door, a connecting device contained therein, a method for installing the burglar-resistant door in a wall opening and the use of the connecting device for installing a burglar-resistant door in a wall opening.
Doors serve to close off the outside of houses and apartments.
An essential function of doors in private homes and business premises is to protect the rooms from unwanted entry and property from theft. The number of home break-ins is constantly increasing. It is therefore a central task for door manufacturers to develop doors with improved protection against break-ins. Accordingly, doors with burglary-resistant properties are offered on the market.
The decisive factor in successfully fending off a burglar is the length of time over which a door can be prevented from being opened by force. For simple door models without special protective measures, a powerful screwdriver is sufficient as a quick breaking tool to open the door in seconds. Security doors have burglary-resistant components that delay the forced opening of the door. The number and type of these components determine the extent of the delay and thus the security gained.
Doors are evaluated according to the standards DIN EN 1627 to DIN 1630, which have been in force since September 2011. DIN EN 1627 defines six resistance classes RC 1 to RC 6 (RC abbreviation for "Resistance Class") based on different types of perpetrators and the behavior of the crime. Doors with resistance class RC 1 offer basic protection. Doors that achieve resistance class RC 2 after testing (hereinafter referred to as RC 2 doors) prevent rapid break-ins using simple tools. RC 3 doors offer even greater protection: even with special tools, it usually takes a long time to open the door, which can quickly defeat even better-equipped burglars. RC 6 doors can withstand even experienced perpetrators with particularly powerful power tools for a period of 20 minutes. RC 2 or RC 3 doors are often installed in private apartments. RC 4 to RC 6 doors require additional and complex construction and structural adjustments.
In order for a door to be assigned a specific resistance class according to DIN EN 1627, it must be subjected to a complete test, which includes static load (DIN EN 1628), dynamic load (DIN EN 1629) and manual break-in attempts (DIN EN 1630). Standardized conditions are required for this test. For this purpose, the door to be tested is installed in a steel frame, for example. Such standardized conditions do not allow sufficient statements to be made about what effective burglary protection will be achieved after installing an RC-classified door in a wall opening that actually exists in the building.
In order to assess the level of burglary protection actually achieved, the overall construction consisting of door, wall and connecting devices must be taken into account. For example, if the fastener is anchored in a wall made of porous perforated bricks that only has a low compressive strength, the entire system may no longer achieve the RC class that was previously assigned to the door in the standardized steel frame.
Außerdem muss der Porenbeton verklebt werden.DIN EN 1627 therefore also standardizes which wall types enable burglary protection when a door is installed, which corresponds to the resistance class of the insulated door under standardized conditions. DIN EN 1627 empirically defines the required properties of the surrounding walls made of masonry, reinforced concrete and aerated concrete. For surrounding walls made of masonry in accordance with DIN 1053-1, certain wall thicknesses, compressive strength classes of the stones and bulk density classes of the stones must be adhered to. The mortar group to be used is also specified. For walls made of reinforced concrete according to DIN 1045, the nominal thickness and strength class are standardized. Surrounding walls made of aerated concrete must achieve a certain nominal thickness and a certain compressive strength of the stones. In addition, the aerated concrete must be glued.
When assembling a door with a specific resistance class, the manufacturer's assembly instructions in accordance with DIN EN 1627 should also be taken into account. Following the assembly instructions represents a further requirement to ensure that the entire system consisting of door, wall and fasteners has the contractually agreed burglary-resistant effect after assembly. The professional installation according to the manufacturer's installation instructions should be certified by an installation certificate. A door is only an RC 2 or RC 3 door, for example, if the complete system that ensures security is adhered to. The assembly company must/should also acknowledge this. In the event of damage, such evidence and documents are extremely important.
During subsequent installation, the following problem can occur: even if these standard front doors or other security doors are delivered with RC 2 to RC 4 classification, they very often cannot be installed with a certificate or assembly certificate because this is required by DIN EN 1627 The required masonry is not found during assembly. The manufacturer can therefore design a door that, as such, meets the requirements of a resistance class according to DIN EN 1627. However, the manufacturer does not know the masonry into which the RC-certified door is to be installed, and the craftsman who is supposed to install the door may not find the masonry required by standards at the installation site. This can mean that the purchaser receives an RC-certified door was delivered, but after installation the assembly certificate required by the customer cannot be issued.

It is the object of the present invention to provide a burglary-resistant door installed in a wall opening, a connecting device contained therein and a method for installing the door in a wall opening in which the above-mentioned problems do not or predominantly do not occur.
The task is solved by the main and secondary claims. Advantageous refinements are the subject of the subclaims.
According to a first aspect, the invention relates to a burglary-resistant door installed in a wall opening, comprising a door frame and a door leaf, which is characterized in that one or more connecting devices are connected to the door frame and to the lintel or the ceiling above the wall opening and/or to the The floor is connected under the wall opening, the connecting device(s) comprising a connecting base body and a connecting element, the connecting base body and the connecting element forming the one-piece connecting device or being assembled from a connecting base body and a separate connecting element to form the connecting device, the connecting base body also being connected to the Door frame is connected and the connecting element is connected to the door lintel or the ceiling and / or the floor, characterized in that the connecting base body has an open channel on its inside, which rests firmly on the door frame in the screwed state, or a closed one inside Has channel.
The above solution is primarily based on being as independent as possible from the side walls when installing a door. Above the door there is usually a lintel or the ceiling directly, and below the door there is an unfinished floor. The lintel or ceiling above the wall opening is typically made of a solid material. The floor under the door is preferably a raw floor, which typically also consists of a solid material. These properties of the unfinished floor and door lintel or ceiling can be used for burglary-resistant installation. Since the door is attached at least to the lintel or to the ceiling and floor, the burglary-resistant properties of the installed door are independent of the quality of the side walls, which can be made of light masonry or aerated concrete. The manufacturer of the door, who does not know the masonry in which the door is to be installed, can most likely achieve the desired resistance class with this approach without prior knowledge of the quality of the side walls due to the high strength of the floor and lintel or ceiling achieve and certify.
It is preferred that the floor under the installed door is a rough floor. It is further preferred that the door lintel or the ceiling above the wall opening and/or the floor below the wall opening has one or more recesses, for example drill holes, in which the connecting device is connected to the door lintel or the ceiling and/or the floor is.
It is preferred that a connecting device is provided on the hinge side and/or on the lock side of the door frame, which is connected at its upper end to the door lintel or the ceiling and at its lower end to the floor.
It is preferred that on the hinge side and/or the lock side of the door frame an upper connecting device, which is connected at its upper end to the lintel or the ceiling, and a lower connecting device, which is connected at its lower end to the floor; are provided.
It is preferred that the connecting devices are provided on the vertical surfaces of the door frame facing the reveal of the wall opening. A one-piece connecting device is understood to mean a component that is made in one piece from one or more materials during primary molding. This has the advantage of a simple, cost-effective manufacturing and assembly process. One-piece connectors can be manufactured by extrusion, extrusion, injection molding, or 3D printing. If the connecting base body and the connecting element are manufactured separately from one another, these two components can preferably be made from different materials. For example, the connection base body may consist of or include a polymer material or plastic material, and the connection element may consist of or include a metal material. The material properties can thus be adapted to the individual requirement profile.
In the case of separate components, the connecting base body can first be connected to the door frame. The connecting element can then be added. The connecting base body and connecting element can also be connected to one another in advance, after which they are installed on the door frame.
The connection of the connecting base body and the connecting element to the connecting device is preferably based on the dimensions of both components being selected and/or their surface structure being designed in such a way that there is a reversible fixation, such as a reversible latching, of the connecting element in or on the connecting base body. The fixation or latching is preferably so firm that the connecting element is held in its position in/on the connecting base body without additional support measures. It is preferably so weak that the connecting element for installing the door frame in the wall opening can be moved into a drill hole under external force.
During assembly, a slight force applied to the connecting element, such as a slight tap, can ensure that the connecting element slips into the drilling opening, where it is held in the final assembly position by renewed latching on/in the composite base body. A curable binder is then supplied to the borehole and the connecting base body. The binder hardens and ensures the cohesive and non-positive connection between the connecting element and the borehole wall or the connecting base body.
- der Verbindungsgrundkörper weist auf seiner Innenseite oder Innenfläche, über die er mit der Türzarge verbunden ist, eine Oberflächenstruktur auf, die mindestens in einem Teilbereich komplementär zur Oberflächenstruktur der Türzarge ausgebildet ist;
- der Verbindungsgrundkörper weist auf seiner Innenseite eine Nut auf, in die ein Profilsteg der Türzarge aufgenommen ist und die vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse der Türzarge angeordnet ist;
- der Verbindungsgrundkörper weist eine oder mehrere Durchgangsöffnungen auf, durch die er kraftschlüssig, insbesondere durch Schrauben, mit der Türzarge verbunden ist;
- der Verbindungsgrundkörper ist auf seiner Innenseite stoffschlüssig, insbesondere durch Verklebung wenigstens von Teilbereichen, mit der Türzarge verbunden;
- the connecting base body has on its inside or inside surface, via which it is connected to the door frame, a surface structure which is designed to be complementary to the surface structure of the door frame at least in a partial area;
- the connecting base body has a groove on its inside, into which a profile web of the door frame is received and which is preferably arranged substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the door frame;
- the connecting base body has one or more through openings through which it is non-positively connected to the door frame, in particular by screws;
- the connecting base body is connected to the door frame in a materially bonded manner on its inside, in particular by gluing at least partial areas;
- The connecting base body has surface elements on its inside, through which it is connected to the door frame in a form-fitting manner, such as a tongue-and-groove connection or dovetail connection.
- ii) hat der Kanal zur Verbesserung der Verbindung zwischen Verbindungselement und Verbindungsgrundkörper in seinem Zentralbereich bevorzugt einen größeren Durchmesser und/oder eine größere Querschnittsfläche als in seinen Endbereichen; und/oder;
- i) an area or section of the connecting element is preferably accommodated in this channel in a non-positive and/or cohesive manner, such as by a hardened binding agent; and or
- ii) in order to improve the connection between the connecting element and the connecting base body, the channel preferably has a larger diameter and/or a larger cross-sectional area in its central region than in its end regions; and or;
- iii) the channel has essentially funnel-shaped openings in its end regions, and/or
- iv) the surface of which has fixing surface elements, such as grooves, for fixing the connecting element;.
It is further preferred that the burglary-resistant door has a connecting base body which has a supply channel with an opening area for the supply of unhardened binding agent into the channel for receiving the connecting element. The supply channel preferably opens into the extended central region of the channel for receiving the connecting element.
It is preferred that the burglary-resistant door has a connecting base body which comprises a plastic material, preferably polyamide, more preferably polyamide 6.6, a high-performance plastic, a metal material, in particular a high-strength metal material, or consists of such a material.
The polymer material, in particular polyamide, is preferably reinforced with a reinforcing agent such as fibers, in particular glass fibers. The reinforcing agent is preferably contained in a proportion that is large enough to achieve a reinforcing effect on the polymer material. An amount of about 10 to 40% fibers, especially glass fibers, is well suited. 20 to 30% fibers, especially 25% fibers, such as glass fibers, are particularly suitable. More generally, the connection base body preferably consists of a plastic material or reinforced composite material which is suitable for the permanent, external force-resistant attachment of the connection device to a door frame and in a borehole.
It is preferred that the burglar-resistant door has a connecting element which is a pin, rod or bolt. The pin, rod or bolt preferably has a thread. Particularly preferably it is a set screw, a threaded rod or a screw, which preferably consists of 8.8 steel. The grooves in these connecting elements as well as grooves in the connecting base body create the slight locking (fixation) mentioned above before the door is finally fastened in the wall opening between the pin, rod or bolt and the connecting base body. After the binder has been supplied during assembly and it has hardened, the grooves also cause the set screw to lock into the hardened adhesive.
It is preferred that the burglar-resistant door has a connecting element which is arranged essentially parallel to the vertical longitudinal axis of the door frame on or in the connecting base body. The connecting element is particularly preferably arranged in a channel.

It is preferred that the burglar-resistant door has a connecting element made of a plastic material or preferably a metal material. The plastic material is, for example, a polyamide or a high-performance plastic. The metal material is preferably an iron material such as steel, preferably 8.8 steel or screw grade steel, stainless steel, stainless steel, or an aluminum material, especially an aluminum alloy such as an AlMg alloy with a high strength. In the case of the kit, the connecting element is included loosely.
In the case of a complex shape of a one-piece or monolithic connecting device, the use of a 3D printing process with a suitable metal material or plastic material is particularly suitable.
The connecting element preferably has such a thickness or diameter that it can withstand normal mechanical stresses and the tools of burglars at least over the periods of time required for the RC classes 1 to 6 are defined in DIN EN 1627. The diameter of the connecting element can be in the range from 5 to 15 mm, for example. Depending on the requirement profile during installation and in particular the strength of the material, it can also have a smaller diameter or a larger diameter. Typically the connecting element has a diameter of 6 to 10 mm, in particular 8 mm.
According to a further aspect, the invention relates to a door frame which is connected to a connecting device or a connecting base body which is as defined above.
According to a further aspect, the invention provides a method for installing a burglar-resistant door in a wall opening, which is characterized in that one or more connecting devices, as defined above, with the door frame and with the lintel or the ceiling above the wall opening and/or connected to the floor under the wall opening.

- a1) Connecting four connecting base bodies to the door frame at the upper end and at the lower end of the door frame on the lock side and the hinge side; and or
- a2) connecting the inside of the connecting device or the connecting base body to the vertical outer surfaces of the door frame opposite the reveal of the wall opening; and or
- a3) Non-positive connection and/or material connection and/or positive connection of one or more connection base bodies to the door frame; and or
- a4) Non-positive connection with screws and/or material connection with a hardenable binder and/or positive connection by means of a tongue-and-groove connection or dovetail connection of one or more connection base bodies to the door frame; and or
- a4) Connecting the connecting base body to the door frame and then connecting the connecting element to the connected connecting base body or connecting the connecting base body to the connecting element to form a connecting device which is then connected to the door frame.
- d1) Injecting a curable binder, in particular a fast-curing adhesive, into the recesses and/or
- d2) Injecting a curable binder, in particular a fast-curing adhesive, into the channel in which the connecting element is arranged.
It is preferred that the above method has a further step f), in which spacers, for example made of PU foam, are inserted into the construction joint between the door frame and the wall opening at one or more locations, in particular halfway up the door.
To carry out the process, the plastic parts, general connecting base body, can be screwed on at the upper end of the frame and at the lower end of the frame (hinge side and lock side). The set screws, more generally connecting elements, are fastened in the plastic part, more generally the connecting base body, in particular by latching grooves in the connecting base body and on the connecting element. The door is placed in the opening. The four holes are drilled after marking the wall (twice at the top, twice at the bottom). You can drill generously because the door needs to be aligned later anyway.
After alignment, a quickly hardening compound is poured into the holes and into the plastic part, i.e. H. the connection base body, injected. This is necessary in the plastic part because the required rigid bonding of both parts (plastic part and set screw) can be achieved. The adhesive in the door hardens quickly and fixes itself. A spacer made of PU foam or similar can be used on both sides at the middle height of the door. This serves to provide support in the construction joint, otherwise the frame can deflect in this direction.
The solution presented here was successfully tested by ift Rosenheim GmbH, which tests the usability of construction products.
According to a further aspect, the invention relates to the use of a connecting device or a connecting base body, which is defined as above, for the burglary-resistant installation of a door in a wall opening.

To solve this problem, according to the invention, on the
The upper ends of the two
The method for installing a burglary-
In addition to the
