  • a power member driving the pulling cable 2 to get wound should be further disposed on the opening device 20.
  • a groove 71 for mounting a crank 02 may be further provided at an end portion of the lead screw 7. With the groove 71 and the crank 02, the lead screw 7 and the rotation shaft 4 may be driven to rotate, so that the pulling cable 2 may be wound onto the rotation shaft 4. In other embodiments, the winding of the pulling cable 2 may be achieved by using other power members.

Claims (10)

  1. Öffnungsvorrichtung für ein Schiebefenster, umfassend eine Basis (3), einen Rotationsschaft (4), ein Zugseil (2) und einen Verriegelungsmechanismus, wobei
    der Rotationsschaft (4) drehbar an der Basis (3) gelagert ist; das Zugseil (2) auf den Rotationsschaft (4) gewickelt ist; und der Verriegelungsmechanismus so ausgebildet ist, dass er eine Rotation des Rotationsschafts (4) in Bezug auf die Basis (3) kontrolliert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungsvorrichtung ferner umfasst:
    eine Leitschraube (7), die mit dem Rotationsschaft (4) verbunden ist und mit dem Rotationsschaft (4) rotiert;
    eine Schraubenmutter (8), die mit der Leitschraube (7) in Gewindeeingriff steht;
    ein Führungselement, das die Schraubenmutter (8) so führt, dass sie sich entlang einer axialen Richtung der Leitschraube (7) bewegt, wodurch eine Rotation der Schraubenmutter (8) begrenzt wird, wobei das Führungselement fest an der Basis (3) disponiert ist;
    ein erstes Reibglied (5), das auf die Leitschraube (7) aufgeschoben ist, mit der Leitschraube (7) rotiert und entlang der axialen Richtung der Leitschraube (7) beweglich ist;
    ein zweites Reibglied (6), das fest an der Basis (3) angebracht ist und in Reibungseingriff mit dem ersten Reibglied (5) steht, wobei das zweite Reibglied (6) und die Schraubenmutter (8) jeweils an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten des ersten Reibglieds (5) vorgesehen sind; und
    ein elastisches Glied, das zwischen dem ersten Reibglied (5) und der Schraubenmutter (8) vorgesehen ist, wobei
    wenn der Rotationsschaft (4) in eine erste Richtung rotiert, das Zugseil (2) von dem Rotationsschaft (4) abgewickelt wird und die Schraubenmutter (8) in Richtung des zweiten Reibglieds (6) rotiert und auf das elastische Glied presst.
  2. Öffnungsvorrichtung für ein Schiebefenster nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    die Schraubenmutter (8) mit einer Gewindebohrung (81) versehen ist und ferner eine Stellschraube (10) umfasst, die mit der Gewindebohrung (81) in Gewindeeingriff steht und an dem elastischen Glied anliegt.
  3. Öffnungsvorrichtung für ein Schiebefenster nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    die Öffnungsvorrichtung ferner eine Einstellplatte (11) umfasst, die zwischen dem elastischen Glied und der Stellschraube (10) vorgesehen ist.
  4. Öffnungsvorrichtung für ein Schiebefenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    das elastische Glied eine Tellerfeder (9) mit einem Durchgangsloch ist, wobei die Tellerfeder (9) über das Durchgangsloch auf die Leitschraube (7) aufgeschoben ist.
  5. Öffnungsvorrichtung für ein Schiebefenster nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    die Leitschraube (7) koaxial zum Rotationsschaft (4) angeordnet ist und fest mit dem Rotationsschaft (4) verbunden ist.
  6. Öffnungsvorrichtung für ein Schiebefenster nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    das Führungselement ein in der Basis (3) vorgesehenes Führungsbegrenzungsloch (31) ist.
  7. Öffnungsvorrichtung für ein Schiebefenster nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    die Öffnungsvorrichtung ferner eine Rolle (12) umfasst, auf die das Zugseil (2) aufgewickelt ist, wobei die Rolle (12) fest auf den Rotationsschaft (4) aufgeschoben ist; und
    die Rolle (12) eine spiralförmige Nut zur Aufnahme des Zugseils (2) aufweist.
  8. Öffnungsvorrichtung für ein Schiebefenster nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    ein Endabschnitt des Rotationsschafts (4) und/oder der Leitschraube (7) eine Nut (71) zur Aufnahme einer Kurbel aufweist.
  9. Öffnungsvorrichtung für ein Schiebefenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungsmechanismus umfasst:
    eine fest auf dem Rotationsschaft (4) oder der Leitschraube (7) angebrachte Rastung (13), eine mit der Rastung (13) zusammenwirkende Sperre (14), und eine fest an der Basis (13) angebrachte Hülse (16); wobei
    der Verriegelungsmechanismus ferner eine Druckfeder (15), eine Federpositioniermutter (17), ein Hebelhaltepad (18) und einen Griff (19) umfasst, wobei
    die Federpositioniermutter (17) fest an einem von der Rastung (13) entfernten Endabschnitt der Hülse (16) angebracht ist, und ein Durchgangsloch zum Durchführen der Sperre (14) aufweist;
    die Sperre (14) durch die Hülse (16) und die Federpositionierungsmutter (17) hindurch geht, wobei ein Ende der Sperre (14) mit der Rastung (13) zusammenwirkt und das andere Ende mit dem Hebelhaltepad (18) versehen ist;
    die Druckfeder (15) in der Hülse (16) angebracht ist, wobei ein Ende der Druckfeder (15) an der Sperre (14) anliegt und das andere Ende an der Federpositioniermutter (17) anliegt, so dass die Sperre (14) mit der Rastung (13) verriegelt; und
    der Griff (19) drehbar an der Basis (3) angebracht ist und ein Ende des Griffs (19) an einem unteren Ende des Hebelhaltepads (18) anliegt.
  10. Ein Schiebefenster, gekennzeichnet durch einen Schiebeöffnungsflügel (1) und eine Öffnungsvorrichtung (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei das Zugseil (2) der Öffnungsvorrichtung (20) mit dem Schiebeöffnungsflügel (1) verbunden ist.
