Claims (9)
- Guidage d'extraction servant à extraire une partie de meuble pouvant être extraite hors d'un corps de meuble, comprenant- au moins trois rails, lesquels comprennent un premier rail (1) côté corps, un deuxième rail (2) côté extraction et un rail central (3) disposé entre le premier et le deuxième rail et lesquels sont guidés de manière à pouvoir coulisser les uns à l'encontre des autres entre une position d'insertion par glissement des rails, dans laquelle les rails sont totalement insérés par glissement les uns dans les autres, et une position d'extraction des rails, dans laquelle les rails sont extraits totalement les uns des autres, et- un dispositif de coulissement, par lequel les rails peuvent être coulissés dans un dernier tronçon du trajet d'introduction du guidage d'extraction de manière autonome dans la position d'insertion par glissement et lequel présente une partie de guidage (16) disposée au niveau du rail central, par laquelle une première et une deuxième crémaillère (17, 18), qui sont couplées par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une roue dentée (19), sont guidées de manière à pouvoir être coulissées,dans lequel est reliée à la première crémaillère (17) une première partie de couplage (23), laquelle coopère avec un premier entraîneur (27) disposé au niveau du premier rail (1) ou d'une partie reliée à celui-ci et est reliée à la deuxième crémaillère (18) une deuxième partie de couplage (24), laquelle coopère avec un deuxième entraîneur (28) disposé au niveau du deuxième rail (2) ou au niveau d'une partie reliée à celui-ci,
dans lequel lors de l'extraction du guidage d'extraction dans une direction d'extraction (14) en partant de la position d'insertion par glissement des rails, le premier entraîneur (27) est accouplé à la première partie de couplage (23) et le deuxième entraîneur (28) est accouplé à la deuxième partie de couplage (24), et la première et la deuxième crémaillère (17, 18) sont coulissées en partant qu'une position de base respective, que la première et la deuxième crémaillère (17, 18) prennent dans la position d'insertion par glissement des rails, dans des directions opposées jusque dans une position d'attente respective, qu'elles atteignent dans une position intermédiaire des rails et dans laquelle le premier entraîneur (27) est découplé de la première partie de couplage (23) et le deuxième entraîneur (28) est découplé de la deuxième partie de couplage (24) et dans laquelle la crémaillère (17, 18) respective reste lors d'une extraction ultérieure du guidage d'extraction, et
dans lequel lors de l'insertion par glissement du guidage d'extraction lorsque les rails ont atteint la position intermédiaire, un accouplement des premier et deuxième entraîneurs (27, 28) aux première et deuxième parties de couplage (23, 24) est effectué, caractérisé en ce que par ailleurs au moins un premier entraîneur supplémentaire (34) est disposé au niveau du premier rail (1) ou d'une autre partie reliée à celui-ci et au moins un deuxième entraîneur supplémentaire (35) est disposé au niveau du deuxième rail (2) ou d'une partie reliée à celui-ci, dans lequel lors de l'extraction du guidage d'extraction, une fois une position intermédiaire supplémentaire atteinte, laquelle se situe en direction de la position d'extraction des rails en tant que position intermédiaire, le premier entraîneur supplémentaire (34) est accouplé à la deuxième partie de couplage (24) et le deuxième entraîneur supplémentaire (35) est accouplé à la première partie de couplage (23) et par ailleurs un coulissement des première et deuxième crémaillères (17, 18) depuis leurs positions d'attente dans leurs positions de base, que la première et la deuxième crémaillère (17, 18) prennent dans la position d'extraction des rails, est effectué et dans lequel lors de l'insertion par glissement du guidage d'extraction en partant de la position d'extraction des rails, du fait de l'accouplement du premier entraîneur supplémentaire (34) à la deuxième partie de couplage (24) et de l'accouplement du deuxième entraîneur supplémentaire (35) à la première partie de couplage (23), la première et la deuxième crémaillère (17, 18) sont coulissées en partant de la position de base dans des directions opposées jusque dans la position d'attente respective, qu'elles atteignent dans la position intermédiaire supplémentaire des rails et dans laquelle le premier entraîneur supplémentaire (34) est découplé de la deuxième partie de couplage (24) et le deuxième entraîneur supplémentaire (35) est découplé de la première partie de couplage (23). - Guidage d'extraction selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les première et deuxième parties de couplage (23, 24) sont pivotées autour d'axes (25, 26) parallèles formant un angle droit par rapport à la direction d'extraction (14) dans la position d'attente des première et deuxième crémaillères (17, 18) par rapport à la position de base des première et deuxième crémaillères (17, 18).
- Guidage d'extraction selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lors de l'extraction du guidage d'extraction, le coulissement des première et deuxième crémaillères (17, 18) depuis leurs positions de base dans leurs positions d'attente est effectué à l'encontre de la force d'au moins un ressort (20).
- Guidage d'extraction selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une des zones d'extrémité du ressort (20) est reliée à une des crémaillères (17, 18), et l'autre zone d'extrémité du ressort (20) est maintenue de manière stationnaire par rapport au rail central (3).
- Guidage d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les première et deuxième crémaillères (17, 18) sont maintenues, lors de l'extraction du guidage d'extraction, après le découplage des premier et deuxième entraîneurs (27, 28) des première et deuxième parties de couplage (23, 24), par l'appui d'un élément de retenue (23b, 24b) respectif au niveau d'une surface de retenue (16a, 16b) stationnaire respective par rapport au rail central (3), dans leurs positions d'attente.
- Guidage d'extraction selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les première et deuxième parties de couplage (23, 24) présentent les éléments de retenue (23b, 24b).
- Guidage d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le coulissement des crémaillères (17, 18) depuis leurs positions d'attente dans leurs positions de base est amorti par au moins un amortisseur (22).
- Guidage d'extraction selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une des crémaillères (17, 18) est reliée à une première partie d'amortisseur (22a) de l'amortisseur (22), par lequel une deuxième partie d'amortisseur (22b) est maintenue de manière stationnaire par rapport au rail central (3).
- Guidage d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une des crémaillères (17, 18) présente par rapport à la roue dentée (19), avec laquelle la crémaillère (17, 18) s'engage, un jeu de flancs de dents, lequel est plus grand dans une zone située dans le prolongement de l'emplacement, au niveau duquel la crémaillère (17, 18) se trouvant dans sa position d'attente est en prise avec la roue dentée (19), que dans une zone située dans le prolongement de l'emplacement, au niveau duquel la crémaillère (17, 18) se trouvant dans sa position de base est en prise avec la roue dentée (19).
