Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein System gemäß Patentanspruch 1.
  • Die Montage von Teilern an Regalböden oder in Regale eingelegten Warenauflagen erweist sich bei bisher bekannten Systemen in der Handhabung häufig als aufwendig, insbesondere bei tiefen Regalen. Sobald die Breite der Warenspur verändert werden soll oder das Regal gründlich gereinigt wird, müssen die Teiler demontiert werden. Meist ist zumindest das Lösen einer Verbindung am hinteren Ende des Regalbodens notwendig, um die Teiler ausbauen zu können. Dies ist insbesondere bei oberen oder unteren Regalböden mühsam.
  • Bekannte Regalsysteme mit Regalböden sind in den Druckschriften DE20122477U1 , US2013/153524A1 , WO01/76417A1 , US3905484A , US2004/011754A1 und US6098821A gezeigt.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein System vorzusehen, dessen Handhabung möglichst einfach ist, das gleichzeitig aber auch sicher gestaltet und Platz sparend in bestehende Regalsysteme integrierbar ausgebildet ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird der Teiler durch Ausformung eines hinteren Fixierelements mit einer zu einem vorderen Fixierelement weisenden hinteren Stecknase ausgebildet, so dass zunächst die hintere Stecknase in die Warenauflage eingesteckt, insbesondere eingerastet, werden kann, bevor das vordere Fixierelement an der Warenauflage fixiert wird.
  • Erfindungsgemäß weist die hintere Stecknase eine, zur Warenauflage oder zu einer Vorschubrichtung der Waren schräg nach vorne unten verlaufende, obere Steckfläche auf. Durch die schräg nach vorne unten verlaufende Steckfläche kann der Teiler beim Fixieren mit dem hinteren Fixierabschnitt in der Steckposition durch Zug am Teiler nach vorne fixiert werden. Die Zugkraft kann vom vorderen Ende des Teilers aufgebracht werden, ohne dass der Teiler am hinteren Ende gegriffen werden muss. Gemäß einem alternativen, insbesondere eigenständigen, Erfindungsaspekt wird der Teiler durch Ausformung eines hinteren Fixierelements mit einer von einem vorderen Fixierelement weg weisenden hinteren Stecknase ausgebildet, wobei auch zunächst die hintere Stecknase in die Warenauflage eingesteckt, insbesondere eingerastet, werden kann, bevor das vordere Fixierelement an der Warenauflage fixiert wird.
  • Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform weist die hintere Stecknase eine, insbesondere zur Warenauflage oder zu einer Vorschubrichtung der Waren schräg nach hinten unten verlaufende, obere Steckfläche auf. Durch die schräg nach hinten unten verlaufende Steckfläche kann der Teiler beim Fixieren mit dem hinteren Fixierabschnitt in der Steckposition durch Drück am Teiler nach hinten fixiert werden. Die Druckkraft kann vom vorderen Ende des Teilers aufgebracht werden, ohne dass der Teiler am hinteren Ende gegriffen werden muss.
  • Indem eine schräg nach unten und/oder parallel zur oberen Steckfläche verlaufende untere Steckfläche vorgesehen ist, wird der Montageablauf weiter optimiert. Beim Einschieben des Teilers kann dieser durch die als Anlaufschräge wirkende untere Steckfläche ohne zusätzlichen Kraftaufwand beziehungsweise ohne Anheben über den hinteren Fixierabschnitt geschoben werden. Sobald die hintere Stecknase über den hinteren Fixierabschnitt hinausbewegt wird, fällt sie nach unten und kann dann durch die oben beschriebene Zugbewegung fixiert werden.
  • Dies geschieht gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausführung derart, dass der hintere Fixierabschnitt eine Reihe von hinteren Stecktaschen mit nach hinten weisenden Stecktaschenöffnungen aufweist. In diese werden die Stecknasen, insbesondere in Verbindung mit der oberen Steckfläche, hineingezogen. Somit weist die alternative Ausführung vorzugsweise nach vorne weisende Stecktaschenöffnungen zur Aufnahme der hinteren Stecknase auf.
  • Zum Lösen des Teilers aus der Steckposition weist eine vordere Stecknase eine, insbesondere parallel zur oberen Steckfläche verlaufende, schräge Steckfläche als Anlaufschräge auf, die durch Druck auf den Teiler vom vorderen Ende aus ein Anheben des Teilers am hinteren Ende bewirkt.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist eine schräg nach unten, insbesondere parallel zur oberen Steckfläche, verlaufende untere Steckfläche vorgesehen. Durch diese wird die Demontage des Teilers vereinfacht, da die untere Steckfläche beim Herausziehen der Stecknase als Anlaufschräge wirkt und somit der Teiler durch Ziehen am vorderen Ende des Teilers aus der Nut gehoben wird.
  • Erfindungsgemäß weist der hintere Fixierabschnitt eine Reihe von längs zur Warenspur oder zum Teiler verlaufende Nuten auf, somit wird die Montage weiter optimiert beziehungsweise erleichtert. Die Nuten sind so dimensioniert und angeordnet, dass in ihnen die hinteren Stecknasen in ihre Stecktasche beziehungsweise in die Steckposition geführt werden. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es dabei, wenn die Nuten mit den hinteren Stecktaschen fluchtend ausgebildet sind. Zusätzlich kann eine zweite, vordere Stecknase am hinteren Fixierelement in der eingesteckten Position in die Nut eintauchen, wodurch der Teiler seitlich besser fixiert wird.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist das hintere Fixierelement parallele Seitenflächen oder Seitenwände auf. Insbesondere ist das hintere Fixierelement als Stanzblech ausgeführt. Der Teiler kann auf diese Weise in sehr engmaschigem Abstand seitlich versetzt werden, wobei die Reihen der Nuten und hinteren Stecktaschen entsprechend der Dicke der hinteren Fixierelemente beabstandet sind.
  • Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt der vorliegenden Erfindung weist der vordere Fixierabschnitt eine Reihe von, insbesondere mit den hinteren Stecktaschen fluchtend verlaufenden, vorderen Stecktaschen zur Aufnahme des vorderen Fixierelements auf.
  • Durch Sicken können die hintere Stecknase und/oder das vordere Fixierelement und/oder der Teiler verstärkt werden, insbesondere wenn diese als Stanzbleche ausgebildet sind.
  • Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist der Teiler als U-förmiger Bügel ausgebildet, der
    • einen vorderen Schenkel, an dem der vordere Fixierabschnitt angebracht ist,
    • einen hinteren Schenkel, an dem der hintere Fixierabschnitt angebracht ist und
    • einen zwischen dem vorderen und dem hinteren Schenkel angeordneten Längsschenkel zur Führung der Waren entlang der Warenspur aufweist.

  • In den Figuren sind gleiche Bauteile oder Bauteile mit der gleichen Funktion mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen gekennzeichnet.
  • In den Figuren 1a und 1b ist ein System gezeigt, das als Warenpräsentationseinsatz mit einer Warenauflage 1 dient. Die auf der Warenauflage 1 aufzunehmenden Waren werden in einer Warenspur angeordnet, die seitlich von Teilern 4, 4' begrenzt wird, wobei die Waren möglichst an einem vorderen Ende 2 der Warenspur beziehungsweise der Warenauflage 1 angeordnet werden. Angaben wie "vorderen" und "hinteren" beziehen sich bei der vorliegenden Beschreibung auf die Warenauflage 1 und deren vorderes Ende 2, wohin die Waren entlang der Warenspur transportiert oder geführt werden sollen.
  • Vorzugsweise werden die Waren, insbesondere selbsttätig, an das vordere Ende 2 befördert, wobei die Bewegung der Waren von einer nicht dargestellten, vorzugsweise transparenten Frontscheibe begrenzt wird. Die Frontscheibe kann insbesondere mittels einer Befestigungsstrebe 20 am vorderen Ende 2 fixiert werden.
  • Die Teiler 4, 4' sind, insbesondere ausschließlich, am vorderen Ende 2 und an einem hinteren Ende 3 fixierbar. Am vorderen Ende 2 ist ein vorderer Fixierabschnitt 7 angeordnet und am hinteren Ende 3 ist ein hinterer Fixierabschnitt 8 vorgesehen.
  • Die Warenauflage 1 ist insbesondere aus mehreren, nebeneinander angeordneten Warenträgern 1a gebildet, wobei am vorderen Ende 2 eine vordere Endkappe 1v den vorderen Fixierabschnitt 7 bildet und am hinteren Ende 3 eine hintere Endkappe 1h den hinteren Fixierabschnitt 8 bildet.
  • Der in der Figur 2a gezeigte linke Teiler 4 wird aus einem Blech gestanzt und weist zwei Sicken 40 zur Verstärkung auf. Die Sicken 40 erstrecken sich praktisch über die gesamte Länge des Teilers 4.
  • Am vorderen Ende des Teilers 4 ist ein vorderes Fixierelement 5 angeformt. Dieses ist als Blechfortsatz mit einer Sicke 50 ausgebildet und weist somit eine sehr einfache Form auf. Im Gegensatz dazu ist ein hinteres Fixierelement 6 komplexer aufgebaut. Dieses weist eine zum vorderen Fixierelement 5 weisende hintere Stecknase 60 auf, die insbesondere mit einer Sicke 66 verstärkt ist.
  • Die hintere Stecknase 60 weist eine obere Steckfläche 61 und eine parallel hierzu angeordnete untere Steckfläche 62 auf, die schräg zu einer Längsachse des Teilers 4 beziehungsweise schräg zu der Warenauflage 1 verlaufen.
  • Weiterhin weist der Teiler 4 am hinteren Fixierelement 6 eine vordere Stecknase 63 mit einer schrägen Steckfläche 64 auf.
  • Der in der Figur 2a rechts dargestellte Teiler 4' ist als U-förmiger Bügel mit einem vorderen Schenkel, einem hinteren Schenkel und einem zwischen dem vorderen und dem hinteren Schenkel angeordneten Längsschenkel ausgebildet. Der Längsschenkel dient zur Führung der Waren entlang der Warenspur. Am vorderen Schenkel ist das vordere Fixierelement angebracht und am hinteren Schenkel ist das hintere Fixierelement angebracht.
  • Der Längsschenkel verläuft insbesondere parallel zur Warenauflage und dient zur Führung der Waren entlang der Warenspur.
  • Der vordere Schenkel und der hintere Schenkel verlaufen im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander und sind um 90° gegenüber dem Längsschenkel abgewinkelt.
  • Das vordere Fixierelement 5' weist insbesondere eine flache Form mit parallelen Seitenwänden auf. Am unteren Ende des vorderen Fixierelements 5' ist insbesondere ein zum hinteren Fixierelement 6' weisender Rastfortsatz 51' (siehe Figur 4c) vorgesehen. Hierdurch ist auch das vordere Fixierelement 5' verrastbar.
  • Das hintere Fixierelement 6' ist als Stanzblech oder Falzblech an dem hinteren Schenkel angebracht, insbesondere mittels einer Schweißverbindung.
  • Somit weist das hintere Fixierelement zwei parallele Seitenflächen 65, 65' auf, insbesondere im Bereich einer hinteren Stecknase 60' und einer vorderen Stecknase 63'.
  • Die hintere Stecknase 60' weist eine obere Steckfläche 61' und eine parallel hierzu verlaufende untere Steckfläche 62' auf. Die vordere Stecknase 63' weist eine schräge Steckfläche 64' auf, die gegenüberliegend zur oberen Steckfläche 61' und insbesondere parallel zu dieser angeordnet ist.
  • Der vordere Fixierabschnitt 7 weist eine Reihe von vorderen Stecktaschen 9 auf, die quer zur Warenspur nebeneinander aufgereiht sind. Die vorderen Stecktaschen 9 weisen Stecktaschenöffnungen mit einer länglichen Form auf, deren Längsachse in Richtung der Warenspur verläuft. Die Stecktaschen 9 sind zueinander fluchtend nebeneinander aufgereiht. Der Abstand der benachbarten vorderen Stecktaschen 9 liegt vorzugsweise zwischen dem 1,5-fachen und 3-fachen der Breite der Stecktaschenöffnungen. In den vorderen Stecktaschen 9 sind die vorderen Fixierelemente 5, 5' fixierbar, wobei durch Auswahl der vorderen Stecktasche die Breite der Warenspur einstellbar ist. Die Stecktaschenöffnungen weisen vorzugsweise senkrecht von der Warenauflage 1 nach oben.
  • Der hintere Fixierabschnitt 8 ist in Figur 3 vergrößert dargestellt. Der hintere Fixierabschnitt 8 weist hintere Stecktaschen 10 mit Stecktaschenöffnungen 11 auf, die von dem vorderen Fixerabschnitt 7 weg gerichtet sind beziehungsweise vom hinteren Ende 3 nach hinten weisen.
  • In den hinteren Stecktaschen 10 sind die hinteren Stecknasen 60, 60' aufnehmbar, wobei analog zu der Reihe vorderer Stecktaschen 9 eine Reihe hinterer Stecktaschen 10 quer nebeneinander fluchtend angeordnet sind.
  • Weiterhin sind am hinteren Fixierabschnitt 8 oben Nuten 12 in Reihe analog zu den Stecktaschen 9, 10 angeordnet.
  • Die Montage der Teiler 4, 4' kann, insbesondere ausschließlich, durch Greifen der Teiler 4, 4' am vorderen Ende 2 erfolgen, indem die Teiler 4, 4' auf der Warenauflage 1 so weit nach hinten geschoben werden, dass die hintere Stecknase 60, 60' über den hinteren Fixerabschnitt 8 hinausbewegt wird, wo das hintere Fixierelement 6, 6' nach unten fällt. Während das hintere Fixierelement 6, 6' über den hinteren Fixierabschnitt 8 geschoben wird, wird die untere Steckfläche 62, 62' durch die Nuten 12 ausgerichtet und geführt. Durch die Schräge der unteren Steckfläche 62, 62' wird das hintere Fixierelement 6, 6' automatisch angehoben.
  • Sobald die hintere Stecknase 60, 60' über den hinteren Fixierabschnitt 8 bewegt wurde und nach unten fällt, kann am vorderen Ende 3 an dem Teiler 4, 4' eine Zugkraft aufgebracht werden, wodurch die hintere Stecknase 60, 60' in die mit der Nut 12 fluchtende hintere Stecktasche 10 eintaucht, durch welche das hintere Fixierelement 6, 6' vorher ausgerichtet wurde.
  • Durch die Schräge der oberen Steckfläche 61, 61' wird das hintere Fixierelement 6, 6' nach unten gezogen, so dass nicht nur die hintere Stecknase 60, 60', sondern auch die vordere Stecknase 63, 63' im hinteren Fixierabschnitt 8 fixiert wird. Die vordere Stecknase 63, 63' taucht in die korrespondierende Nut 12 ein, während die hintere Stecknase 60, 60' in die korrespondierende hintere Stecktasche 10 eintaucht.
  • Sobald die Steckposition beziehungsweise Endposition gemäß Figur 4b erreicht ist, kann das vordere Fixierelement 5, 5' mit dem vorderen Fixierabschnitt 7 verbunden werden. Dies geschieht, indem das vordere Fixierelement 5, 5' in die mit der Nut 12 beziehungsweise der hinteren Stecktasche 10 fluchtende vordere Stecktasche 9 gesteckt wird.
  • Bei dem linken Teiler 4 wird das vordere Fixierelement 5 durch die Sicke 50 klemmend fixiert, während bei dem rechten Teiler 4' ein Rastfortsatz 51' vorgesehen ist, der gemäß Figur 4c mit dem vorderen Fixierabschnitt 7 verrastet, indem der Rastfortsatz 51' die vordere Stecktasche 9 hintergreift. Dies kann durch leichtes Aufbiegen des U-förmigen Bügels des Teilers 4' erfolgen, indem an dem vorderen Schenkel eine Zugkraft aufgebracht wird.
  • Der in der Figur 5a gezeigte linke Teiler 4" ist mit Ausnahme eines hinteren Fixierelements 6" analog dem Teiler 4 gemäß Figuren 2a bis 4c gebildet.
  • Am vorderen Ende des Teilers 4" ist ein vorderes Fixierelement 5" angeformt. Das hintere Fixierelement 6" weist eine vom vorderen Fixierelement 5" weg weisende hintere Stecknase 60" auf, die insbesondere mit einer Sicke 66 verstärkt ist.
  • Die hintere Stecknase 60" weist eine obere Steckfläche 61" und eine parallel hierzu angeordnete untere Steckfläche 62" auf, die schräg zu einer Längsachse des Teilers 4" beziehungsweise schräg zu der Warenauflage 1 verlaufen.
  • Weiterhin weist der Teiler 4" am hinteren Fixierelement 6" eine vordere Stecknase 63" auf.
  • Der in der Figur 5a rechts dargestellte Teiler 4'" ist mit Ausnahme des hinteren Fixierelements 6'" und einem fehlenden Rastfortsatz 51' analog dem Teiler 4' gemäß Figur 2a ausgebildet.
  • Das hintere Fixierelement 6'" ist als Stanzblech oder Falzblech an dem hinteren Schenkel des Teilers 4'" angebracht, insbesondere mittels einer Schweißverbindung.
  • Das hintere Fixierelement 6'" weist eine vom vorderen Fixierelement 5"' weg weisende hintere Stecknase 60"' auf. Die hintere Stecknase 60" weist eine obere Steckfläche 61'" und eine parallel hierzu verlaufende untere Steckfläche 62" auf. Weiterhin weist das hintere Fixierelement 6"' eine vordere Stecknase 63'" auf.
  • Ein hinterer Fixierabschnitt 8' ist in Figur 5b vergrößert dargestellt. Der hintere Fixierabschnitt 8' weist hintere Stecktaschen 10' mit Stecktaschenöffnungen 11' auf, die zu dem vorderen Fixerabschnitt 7 gerichtet sind beziehungsweise vom hinteren Ende 3 nach vorne weisen.
  • In die hinteren Stecktaschen 10' sind die hinteren Stecknasen 60", 60"' aufnehmbar, wobei analog zu der Reihe vorderer Stecktaschen 9 eine Reihe hinterer Stecktaschen 10' quer nebeneinander fluchtend angeordnet sind.
  • Weiterhin sind am hinteren Fixierabschnitt 8' oben Nuten 12' in Reihe analog zu den Stecktaschen 9, 10, 10' angeordnet.
  • Die Montage der Teiler 4", 4'" kann, insbesondere ausschließlich, durch Greifen der Teiler 4", 4'" am vorderen Ende 2 und Aufbringen einer Druckkraft am vorderen Ende 2 erfolgen, indem die Teiler 4", 4'" auf der Warenauflage 1 in den Nuten 12' geführt nach hinten geschoben werden, bis die hintere Stecknase 60", 60"' in die mit der Nut 12' fluchtende hintere Stecktasche 10' eintaucht.
  • Durch die Schräge der oberen Steckfläche 61", 61" wird das hintere Fixierelement 6", 6"' nach unten gedrückt, so dass nicht nur die hintere Stecknase 60", 60"', sondern auch die vordere Stecknase 63", 63'" im hinteren Fixierabschnitt 8' fixiert wird. Die vordere Stecknase 63", 63'" taucht in die korrespondierende Nut 12' ein, während die hintere Stecknase 60", 60"' in die korrespondierende hintere Stecktasche 10' eintaucht.
  • Sobald die Steckposition beziehungsweise Endposition gemäß Figur 7b erreicht ist, kann das vordere Fixierelement 5", 5"' mit dem vorderen Fixierabschnitt 7 verbunden werden. Dies geschieht, indem das vordere Fixierelement 5", 5"' in die mit der Nut 12' beziehungsweise der hinteren Stecktasche 10' fluchtende vordere Stecktasche 9 gesteckt wird.

Claims (9)

  1. System, bestehend aus:
    - einer Warenauflage (1) zur Anordnung von Waren an einem vorderen Ende (1v) der Warenauflage (1)
    - mindestens zwei Teilern (4, 4', 4", 4"') zur seitlichen Begrenzung einer Warenspur einer Warenauflage (1) mit
    a. einem vorderen Fixierelement (5, 5', 5", 5"') und
    b. einem hinteren Fixierelement (6, 6', 6", 6"'), das eine zum vorderen Fixierelement (5, 5') weisende hintere Stecknase (60, 60') mit einer zur Warenauflage schräg nach unten verlaufenden, oberen Steckfläche (61, 61') und einer zur Warenauflage schräg nach unten verlaufenden unteren Steckfläche (62, 62') aufweist,
    - mindestens einer seitlich durch die Teiler (4, 4', 4", 4'") begrenzten und in der Spurbreite einstellbaren Warenspur,
    - einem am vorderen Ende (2) angeordneten vorderen Fixierabschnitt (7) zur Fixierung des vorderen Fixierelements (5, 5', 5", 5'") und
    - einem an einem hinteren Ende (3) der Warenauflage (1) angeordneten hinteren Fixierabschnitt (8) zur Fixierung des hinteren Fixierelements (6, 6', 6", 6"')
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Fixierabschnitt (8) eine Reihe von längs zur Warenspur verlaufenden Nuten (12) zur Führung der hinteren Stecknase (60, 60', 60", 60'") aufweist.
  2. System gemäß Patentanspruch 1, wobei die untere Steckfläche (62, 62') parallel zur oberen Steckfläche (61, 61') verläuft.
  3. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei der hintere Fixierabschnitt (8) eine Reihe von hinteren Stecktaschen (10, 10') mit
    a) nach hinten weisenden Stecktaschenöffnungen (11) zur Aufnahme der Stecknasen (60, 60') oder
    b) nach vorne weisenden Stecktaschenöffnungen (11') zur Aufnahme der Stecknasen (60", 60'") aufweist.
  4. System gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Nuten (12) mit den Stecktaschen (9, 10, 10') fluchtend angeordnet sind.
  5. System nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das hintere Fixierelement (6, 6', 6", 6'"), insbesondere im Bereich der vorderen und/oder hinteren Stecknasen (60, 60', 60", 60'", 63, 63', 63", 63'") parallele Seitenflächen (65, 65', 65", 65'") aufweist.
  6. System nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der vordere Fixierabschnitt (7) eine Reihe von, insbesondere mit den hinteren Stecktaschen (10) fluchtend verlaufenden, vorderen Stecktaschen (9) zur Aufnahme des vorderen Fixierelements (5, 5', 5", 5"') aufweist.
  7. System nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die hintere Stecknase (60, 60") und/oder das vordere Fixierelement (5, 5") eine Sicke (50, 66) aufweisen.
  8. System nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei der Teiler (4, 4") als, insbesondere längliche Sicken (40) aufweisendes, Stanzblech ausgebildet ist.
  9. System nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei der Teiler (4', 4"') als U-förmiger Bügel
    - einen vorderen Schenkel, an dem der vordere Fixierabschnitt (7) angebracht ist,
    - einen hinteren Schenkel, an dem der hintere Fixierabschnitt (8) angebracht ist und
    - einen zwischen dem vorderen und dem hinteren Schenkel angeordneten Längsschenkel zur Führung der Waren entlang der Warenspur
    aufweist.
