Tel qu'illustré par la figure 9, le dispositif d'immobilisation 25 comprend 17 picots uniformément répartis sur l'extrémité distale 212 du mandrin 21. La multitude de picots permet d'optimiser le maintien et le guidage de la mèche lors de son enroulement. En outre, l'extrémité du mandrin 21 peut alors être assimilée à une brosse qui permettrait de manière tout à faire remarquable de démêler les cheveux préalablement avant leur bouclage et d'éviter les nœuds lors de la réalisation des boucles. Chacun des picots 251 s'étend longitudinalement entre une base 2511 solidaire de ladite extrémité distale 212 et un sommet 2512 sur une longueur comprise entre 10 mm et 15 mm. En d'autres termes, la longueur des picots 251 varie entre 10 et 15 mm. Indifféremment, la longueur de chacun des picots 251 peut être uniforme ou au contraire varier sans sortir du cadre de l'invention. Chacun desdits picots 251 s'étend selon un premier axe longitudinal Lp parallèle à un axe longitudinal LM du mandrin 21, ledit premier axe longitudinal Lp passant par le centre dudit sommet 2512 et le centre de ladite base 2511. La section transversale de chacun desdits picots 251 est décroissante depuis leur base 2511 vers leur sommet 2512. La base 2511 de chacun des picots 251 est un cercle. Selon ce mode de réalisation, chaque picot présente donc une forme de révolution, et en particulier un cône ou tronc de cône. On pourrait bien entendu imaginer d'autres formes comme par exemple des formes pyramidales, parallélépipédiques, cylindriques, etc. sans sortir du cadre de l'invention.
Les sommets 2512 des picots 251 sont disposés de façon coplanaire dans un plan Pp formant un angle α avec l'axe longitudinal LM du mandrin 21 différent de 90°, avantageusement compris entre 85° et 60° et de préférence égal à 75°. En d'autres termes, tous les picots 251 n'ont pas la même longueur, comme on peut le voir sur la figure 5. La longueur des picots varie progressivement, depuis une longueur maximale pour les picots 251 situés à proximité de l'ouverture supérieure 11 sensiblement égale à 20mm vers une longueur minimale pour les picots 251 situés à proximité de l'ouverture inférieure 12 sensiblement égale à 15mm. Cette décroissance de la longueur des picots 251 depuis l'ouverture supérieure 11 vers l'ouverture inférieure 12 permet notamment de bien saisir et guider la mèche depuis sa base (c'est-à-dire à proximité de sa racine).

En d'autres termes, la mèche de cheveux n'est pas parfaitement alignée avec le plan médian de l'appareil, c'est-à-dire le plan passant par l'axe longitudinal LM du mandrin 21 et par les axes des ouvertures supérieure 11 et inférieure 12. Par conséquent, lorsque la mèche de cheveux est attrapée par l'un des crochets 222 de l'enrouleur 22 comme expliqué précédemment, elle commence à s'enrouler autour du mandrin 21. Au cours de l'insertion de la mèche de cheveux à l'intérieur du boitier 1, l'utilisateur va également positionner la mèche de cheveux entre les picots 251 ce qui va notamment avoir pour effet de bien guider la mèche en rotation, en particulier de l'empêcher de tourner autour de l'extrémité du mandrin lors de son enroulement. Ensuite, l'utilisateur va pouvoir mettre en rotation ledit enrouleur 22 dans un sens prédéterminé notamment à l'aide d'un bouton de commande 5 (par exemple pour sélectionner le sens de rotation du moteur 23 et donc de l'enrouleur 22) et / ou de la gâchette 4 pour mettre en rotation le moteur 23 et donc l'enrouleur 22. Claims (16)

  1. Hairstyling device for curling hair comprising a winding device (2) including:
    - a mandrel (21),
    - a reel (22) configured to wind a lock of hair around the mandrel (21) during its rotation in a predetermined direction.
    - a motor (23) intended to rotate said reel (22)
    - a hair immobilising device (25) positioned at a distal end (212) of the mandrel (21),
    characterised in that said hair immobilising device (25) comprises a plurality of protruding pins (251) at the distal end (212) of the mandrel (21).
  2. Hairstyling device according to the preceding claim, characterised in that said immobilising device (25) comprises at least three pins (251), preferably at least 10 pins and favourably between 15 and 20 pins.
  3. Hairstyling device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that each of the pins (251) extends longitudinally between a base (2511) connected to the distal end (212) and a peak (2512) on a length comprising between 5 mm and 25 mm and preferably between 10 mm and 15 mm.
  4. Hairstyling device according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the mandrel (21) extends along a longitudinal axis (LM) and in that each of the said pins (251) extends along a first longitudinal axis (LP) parallel to the longitudinal axis (LM) of the mandrel (21), said first longitudinal axis (LP) passing through the centre of said peak (2512) and the centre of said base (2511).
  5. Hairstyling device according to any of the claims 3 or 4, characterised in that at least one of said pins (251) and preferably each of said pins (251) has a transversal section that is decreasing in size from their base (2511) towards their peak (2512).
  6. Hairstyling device according to any of the claims 3 to 5, characterised in that the base (2511) of each pin (251) is a circle.

Hairstyling device according to any of the claims 3 to 6 characterised in that the peaks (2512) of said pins (251) are arranged in a coplanar manner in a plane (PP) forming an angle (α) with the longitudinal axis (LM) of the mandrel (21), other than 90°, favourably comprised between 85° and 60° and preferably equal to 75°.
  8. Hairstyling device according to any of the preceding claims characterised in that the mandrel comprises a heating element (214).
  9. Hairstyling device according to the preceding claim characterised in that the mandrel comprises a cap (213) of heat-insulating material, said cap forming the distal end (212).
  10. Hairstyling device according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that each of the pins (251) is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS).
  11. Hairstyling device according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that it comprises a casing (1) containing said mandrel (21).
  12. Hairstyling device according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the casing (1) comprises a top opening (11) and a bottom opening (12) connected to each other by a front opening (13).
  13. Hairstyling device according to the preceding claim, characterised in that said pins (251) are situated on the inside of said casing (1) and on the inside of said front opening (13).
  14. Hairstyling device according to any of the claims 12 or 13, characterised in that
    - said top opening (11) extends longitudinally from said front opening (13) along an upper longitudinal axis (Ls),
    - said bottom opening (12) extends longitudinally from said front opening (13) along a lower longitudinal axis (LI).
    - said mandrel (21) extends along a longitudinal axis (LM)
    and in that said upper longitudinal axis (Ls), lower longitudinal axis (LI) and longitudinal axis (LM) of the mandrel (21) are arranged in a coplanar manner in a symmetrical plane of the device.
  15. Hairstyling device according to claim 1 and claim 4 characterised in that at least one of said first longitudinal axes (LP) of the pins (251) is arranged in a coplanar manner in said symmetrical plane of the device.
  16. Method of use of a hairstyling device according to any of the claims 1 to 15, including:
    - An insertion step during which a lock of hair is introduced between the reel (22) and the mandrel (21),
    - A winding step in which said reel (22) rotates in a predetermined direction,
    characterised in that it further comprises, previous to the winding step, an immobilisation step during which the lock of hair is positioned between said pins (251).
