Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung vom Typ Druckknopf, umfassend:- einen Körper (1) mit einem Gehäuse mit einer Aufnahme (10) und einer an der Aufnahme (10) befestigten Verkleidungsplatte (11),- einen Betätigungsknopf (2), der in Bezug auf den Körper (1) entlang einer Hauptachse (X) zwischen mindestens zwei Positionen, und zwar einer Ruheposition und einer eingedrückten Position, translatorisch bewegbar ist, wobei die Verkleidungsplatte (11) am Umfang des Betätigungsknopfs (2) angeordnet ist,- Mittel zur translatorischen Führung des Betätigungsknopfs (2) zwischen seinen beiden Positionen,- Rückstellmittel zum Zurückstellen des Betätigungsknopfes (2) aus seiner eingedrückten Position in seine Ruheposition,- wobei die Führungsmittel mindestens eine Nadel (3) aufweisen, die einen gebogenen Schaft umfasst, der so geformt ist, dass er einen schwenkbar an einem Befestigungsorgan (22) des Betätigungsknopfs (2) montierten ersten Teil (31) und mindestens einen schwenkbar an einem Befestigungsorgan (112) der Verkleidungsplatte (11) montierten zweiten Teil (33, 35) aufweist,- wobei die Rückstellmittel fest mit dem Körper (1) verbunden und so angeordnet sind, dass sie eine mechanische oder magnetische Wirkung auf die Nadel (3) ausüben,- wobei die Rückstellmittel mindestens einen Dauermagneten (4) aufweisen, der an der Verkleidungsplatte (11) befestigt und dazu angeordnet ist, durch magnetische Wirkung mit einem freien Ende (36) der Nadel (3) zusammenzuwirken, wobei dieses freie Ende (36) dazu angeordnet ist, mit einer Auflageebene (40) des Dauermagneten (4) in Kontakt zu stehen, wenn sich der Betätigungsknopf (2) in der Ruheposition befindet,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- das freie Ende (36) der Nadel (3) eine Abschrägung (37) oder Abflachung aufweist, die dazu angeordnet ist, mit der Auflageebene (40) des Dauermagneten (4) in Kontakt zu stehen, wenn sich der Betätigungsknopf (2) in der Ruheposition befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- der Betätigungsknopf (2) eine außerhalb des Gehäuses befindliche Außenseite (20) und eine innerhalb des Gehäuses befindliche Innenseite (21) aufweist,- die Verkleidungsplatte (11) eine außerhalb des Gehäuses befindliche Außenseite (110) und eine innerhalb des Gehäuses befindliche Innenseite (111) aufweist,- das Befestigungsorgan (22) des Betätigungsknopfs (2) auf der Innenseite (21) des Betätigungsknopfs (2) angeordnet ist und- das Befestigungsorgan (112) der Verkleidungsplatte (11) auf der Innenseite (111) der Verkleidungsplatte (11) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende (36) der Nadel (3) so angeordnet ist, dass es bei der Bewegung des Betätigungsknopfs (2) zwischen seiner Ruheposition und seiner eingedrückten Position zwischen zwei Positionen schwenkt und gegenüber dem Dauermagneten (4) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückstellmittel mindestens eine Feder umfassen, die einerseits an der Nadel (3) und andererseits an der Verkleidungsplatte (11) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungsknopf (2) eine allgemeine rechteckige oder quadratische Form aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verkleidungsplatte (11) eine Öffnung mit einer rechteckigen oder quadratischen Form aufweist und dass der Betätigungsknopf (2) so angeordnet ist, dass sich seine Außenkante an die Innenkante der Öffnung anschmiegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine erste Nadel (3), die entlang einer ersten Seite des Betätigungsknopfs (2) und einer gegenüberliegenden ersten Kante der Öffnung angeordnet ist, und eine zweite Nadel (3), die entlang einer zweiten Seite des Betätigungsknopfs (2) und einer gegenüberliegenden zweiten Kante der Öffnung angeordnet ist, aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine am Boden des Gehäuses befestigte elektronische Platine aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungsknopf (2) mindestens einen transparenten Teil (23) aufweist und dass die elektronische Platine (50) eine Leuchtdiode (51) aufweist, die dazu konfiguriert ist, ein Lichtsignal durch den transparenten Teil zu emittieren.
