Accessoire pour appareil portable, pour I' application d'un film protecteur sur un écran de I'appareil Cet accessoire (1) pour appareil portable (A), pour I'aide a I'application d'une feuille protectrice (F) sur un écran de I'appareil, comporte un corps pourvu d'un fond et d'un bord s'etendant a partir du fond pour délimiter un logement de forme complémentaire de celle de I'écran, et dans lequel vient au moins partiellement se loger I'appareil, le logement étant destine a recevoir une feuille protectrice avant réception de I'appareil.

Description

Accessoire pour appareil portable, pour l' application d' un film protecteur sur un écran de l'appareil
L ' invention concerne, de manière générale, les accessoires pour appareils électroniques portables et, notamment, un accessoire permettant de positionner une feuille protectrice sur un écran d 'un tel appareil portable.
Dans le cadre de la présente description, par appareil électronique portable, on entend tous types d' équipements électroniques portables grand public, par exemple, mais non exclusivement, de télécommunication, de type téléphone portable, tablette tactile, appareil de géolocalisation, ...
Comme on le sait, ce type d' appareil est souvent doté d'un écran tactile qui constitue un élément relativement fragile.
En effet, lorsqu' il n 'est pas convenablement protégé, l ' écran est susceptible d' être rayé ou, de manière générale, altéré.
C 'est la raison pour laquelle il est proposé d' appliquer des films ou feuilles protectrices sur l 'écran afin de préserver sa longévité .
Il a été constaté que l' app lication d'une telle feuille sur l 'écran d'un appareil portable est une opération relativement fastidieuse, dans la mesure où il est nécessaire de centrer parfaitement la feuille sur l' écran et de l'appliquer avec précaution de manière à éviter l' apparition de bulles d' air ou de plis.
Ce n 'est généralement qu' après plusieurs tentatives que l' on obtient un résultat satisfaisant.
Il existe donc un besoin pour disposer d'un accessoire pour appareil portable, capable de rendre plus commode l' application d'une feuille protectrice sur un écran.
L' invention a donc pour obj et un accessoire pour appareil portable, pour l' aide à l' application d'une feuille protectrice sur un écran de l 'appareil, comprenant un corps pourvu d'un fond et d'un bord s' étendant à partir du fond pour délimiter un logement de forme complémentaire de celle de l' écran, et dans lequel vient au moins partiellement se loger l' appareil, le logement étant destiné à recevoir une feuille protectrice avant réception de l 'appareil.
Selon une autre caractéristique de l' invention, le bord du corps est localement interrompu à l ' endroit de boutons de commande de l ' appareil.
Selon encore une autre caractéristique, l ' accessoire comporte un ensemble d'au mo ins un pion monté sur le fond du boîtier et destiné à s' engager dans des trous pratiqués dans la feuille.
Ces pions peuvent être élastiquement déformables entre une position de repos dans laquelle ils s' étendent en saillie à partir du fond pour former une surface d' appui pour l 'appareil, et une position escamotée dans laquelle ils affleurent la surface de fond du boîtier.
Dans un mode de réalisation, le fond du boîtier est pourvu d 'un ensemble d' au mo ins un orifice pour le passage des pions et, du côté opposé au logement, un ensemble correspondant de cavités débouchant respectivement dans les orifices et dans lesquelles viennent se monter les pions.
Par exemple, les pions sont chacun montés sur un ressort en appui sur un capot de fermeture d'une cavité.
Le fond du corps peut par ailleurs être doté d'un ensemble de d'ouies.
Dans un mode de mise en œuvre, le boîtier est réalisé en une seule pièce de matière plastique moulée.
D ' autres buts, caractéristiques et avantages de l' invention apparaîtront à la lecture de la description suivante, donné uniquement à titre d' exemple non limitatif, et faite en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :
les figures 1 , 2, 3 et 4 sont des vues respectivement de face, de dos, de profil et en perspective d'un accessoire conforme à l 'invention ;
la figure 5 est une vue éclatée de l 'accessoire des figures 1 à 4 ; la figure 6 est une vue en coupe, à plus grande échelle, d'une portion de l 'accessoire conforme à l' invention, illustrant le montage des pions ; et les figures 7, 8 , 9 et 10 illustrent le fonctionnement de l ' accessoire selon l' invention.
En référence aux figures 1 à 6, on va tout d' abord décrire la structure de l 'accessoire pour appareil portable conforme à l' invention, désigné par la référence numérique générale 1 .
Dans l' exemple de réalisation représenté, cet accessoire est destiné à fournir une aide à l ' application d'une feuille protectrice sur l ' écran d 'un téléphone portable.
Il s ' agit ici, en d' autres termes, d' appliquer une feuille sur toute la face avant de l' appareil, bien que la surface utile de l' écran ne puisse s 'étendre que sur une partie substantielle de cette face.
Il peut s ' agir, par exemple, mais non exclusivement, d' appliquer une feuille protectrice sur l' écran tactile d'un téléphone portable commercialisé sous la marque iPhone®.
Comme on le voit sur ces figures, l 'accessoire comporte essentiellement un boîtier 2 généralement rectangulaire, comprenant un fond 3 à partir duquel s ' étend un bord périphérique 4.
Le bord 4 est dressé à partir de l'une des faces 3a du boîtier 2, l' autre face 3b constituant la face postérieure de l 'accessoire.
Le fond 3 et le bord 4 délimitent un logement L de forme complémentaire de celle du téléphone. On notera cependant que le bord périphérique 4 est interrompu dans des zones, telles que 5 , de manière à permettre l'insertion du téléphone dans le logement, malgré la présence, dans le téléphone, de boutons de commande saillants.
Le fond 3 du boîtier est encore doté d'un ensemble d ' ouies 6, ainsi que d' orifices 7 et 8 dans lesquels viennent se placer un ensemble de pions 9 et 10. Les feuilles protectrices sont en effet en général dotées de découpes localisées à l 'endroit d ' éléments fonctionnels de l' écran tactile. Il s' agit, en l' espèce, de découpes permettant de rendre accessible un bouton de commande principal du téléphone et d'un écouteur. Bien entendu, on dotera le fond 3 du boîtier d'un nombre d' orifices correspondant au nombre de découpes d'une feuille à appliquer, selon la nature de l' appareil portable, correspondant au nombre d' éléments fonctionnels du téléphone présents en façade, tels que, outre le bouton de commande et l ' écouteur, un objectif de prise de vue, une caméra de prise de vue, ...
En se référant aux figures 5 et 6, les pions 9 et 10 viennent se monter sur la face postérieure du boîtier 2 et sont chacun dotés d'une tête d'extrémité 9a et 10a, qui vient, au montage, s ' insérer dans les orifices 7 et 8.
Plus particulièrement, les pions viennent se monter dans des cavités 1 1 et 12 formées par exemple par des éléments de paroi 1 3 dressés à partir de la face postérieure du boîtier à l' endroit des orifices 7 et 8.
Des capots de fermeture 14 et 1 5 permettent de fermer les cavités .
Les pions 9 et 10 sont ainsi chacun montés dans les cavités 1 1 et 12 en étant sollicités par un élément élastiquement déformable, tel que 16, en l' espèce un ressort hélicoïdal en appui sur le capot, en saillie dans le logement L à travers les orifices 7 et 8. Les pions 9 et 10, et en particulier leurs têtes d' extrémité 9a et 10a, sont ainsi montés déplaçables dans le corps 2 entre une position d' attente déployée, dans laquelle les têtes s ' étendent en saillie dans le logement, et une position escamotée, dans laquelle l' extrémité libre des têtes 9a et 10a affleure la surface de fond du boîtier.
L ' accessoire qui vient d' être décrit s'utilise de la façon suivante.
En se référant à la figure 7, il convient tout d'abord d' insérer une feuille F protectrice dans le logement L délimité par le boîtier en faisant correspondre les trous et les têtes des pions.
En se référant à la figure 8, après avoir appliqué la feuille F dans le fond du logement, on dispose l'appareil A dans le logement du boîtier. Dans cette position, l ' écran de l' appareil n' est pas en contact avec la feuille et ne repose que sur les têtes d' extrémité des pions. Il convient alors simplement d'exercer un effort sur l'appareil de manière à venir appliquer l'écran contre la feuille, cet effort s'exerçant à l'encontre de l'effort appliqué par les pions sur le téléphone.
Grâce à la présence des pions, l'appareil A ne vient pas immédiatement s'appliquer contre la feuille mais vient au contraire s'appliquer contre le fond du logement selon un mouvement amorti guidé par le bord périphérique du boîtier. Lorsque l'appareil est dégagé de l'accessoire, la feuille protectrice est parfaitement positionnée et appliquée contre l'écran (figure 10).
On notera que, lors de l'application de la feuille dans le fond du logement, les ouies facilitent l'évacuation de l'air qui, sinon, serait piégé dans le fond du boîtier et, de la sorte viendrait contrarier le positionnement parfaitement à plat de la feuille.
On notera également que le boîtier peut être réalisé en une seule pièce, par moulage d'une matière plastique appropriée.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1 . Accessoire pour appareil portable, pour l ' aide à l ' application d'une feuille protectrice (F) sur un écran de l 'appareil, caractérisé en ce qu' il comporte un corps (2) pourvu d'un fond (3) et d'un bord (4) s ' étendant à partir du fond pour délimiter un logement (L) de forme complémentaire de celle de l 'écran, et dans lequel vient au moins partiellement se loger l' appareil, le logement étant destiné à recevoir une feuille protectrice avant réception de l 'appareil, le bord (4) du corps étant localement interrompu à l ' endroit de boutons de commande de l' appareil.
2. Accessoire selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce qu' il comporte un ensemble d'au mo ins un pion (9, 10) monté sur le fond du boîtier et destiné à s 'engager dans des trous pratiqués dans la feuille .

Accesso ire selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les pions (9, 10) sont montés élastiquement déformables entre une position de repos dans laquelle ils s ' étendent en saillie à partir du fond pour former une surface d' appui pour l ' appareil, et une position escamotée dans laquelle ils affleurent la surface de fond du boîtier.

Accessoire selon l 'une des revendications 2 et 3 , caractérisé en ce que le fond du boîtier est doté d'un ensemble d'au moins un orifice (7, 8) pour le passage des pions et, du côté opposé au logement, un ensemble correspondant de cavités ( 13 ) débouchant respectivement dans les orifices, dans lesquels viennent se monter les pions.
5. Accessoire selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les pions sont chacun montés sur un ressort ( 1 6) en appui sur un capot ( 14, 15) de fermeture d'une cavité.
6. Accessoire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 , caractérisé en ce que le fond du corps est doté d'un ensemble d' ouies (6).
7. Accessoire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier est réalisé en une pièce de matière plastique moulée.
