- the snap fit ridges and the ledge can also form integral parts of the sectional floor elements and are also easy to accomplish e.g. by extrusion. They render assembly quite easy and provide for a well defined flat position of the sectional floor elements involved.
- a locking flange which comprises an upward lip, is arranged below said subfloor portion along the top edge of said first one of the two interconnected sectional floor elements, wherein said ledge of said second one of the two interconnected sectional floor elements comprises a downward lip, which in said flat position of the two interconnected sectional floor elements has passed said upward lip and is arranged above said locking flange, and wherein at least one close fitting rod is inserted between the ledge and the locking flange and their lips, such that the two sectional floor elements are permanently interlocked in said flat position.

- the hinge means 10 is used to loosely interconnect the two sectional floor elements 2, 3 when almost in right angle to each other. Then, as indicated by arrows a1 and a2 in fig. 1b , the two interconnected sectional floor elements 2, 3 are rotated such that they, as shown in fig. 1c , form an all flat sub floor 4. Now at least one rod 28 is inserted between the interconnected sectional floor elements 2, 3, thereby permanently joining the two interconnected sectional floor elements 2, 3, such as shown in fig. 1d .

- Shown in fig. 2 is also the rod 28 mentioned before. It is inserted with a close fit between the ledge 22 and the locking flange 25 and their lips 26, 27, such that the two sectional floor elements 2, 3 are permanently interlocked in said flat position.

Claims (7)
- Balkonboden (1) mit mindestens zwei nebeneinander angeordneten und durch eine Verbindungsstruktur (5) miteinander verbundenen Profilbodenelementen (2, 3), die einen flachen Unterboden (4) bilden, wobei der Balkonboden (1) vorgesehen ist von einer Bodenunterlage (7) getragen zu werden,dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Verbindungsstruktur (5) ein Scharniermittel (10) umfasst, das zwei Profilbodenelemente (2, 3) an sich begegnenden Unterkanten (2', 3') dieser drehbar verbindet, und ein Verriegelungsmittel (20) umfasst, das diese zwei Profilbodenelemente (2, 3) an sich begegnenden Oberkanten (2", 3") dieser in einer flachen Position verriegeln, unddass der Unterboden (4) mit einer flüssigkeitsabweisenden Beschichtung (6) beschichtet ist, die die Verbindungsstruktur (5) bedeckt.
- Balkonboden (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Scharniermittel (10) einen weiblichen Kanal (11) entlang einer Unterkante (3') eines der zwei miteinander verbundenen Profilbodenelemente (2, 3) und einen passenden männlichen Flansch (12) entlang einer Unterkante (2') des anderen der zwei miteinander verbundenen Profilbodenelemente (2, 3) umfasst.
- Balkonboden (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Verriegelungsmittel (20) einen Unterbodenabschnitt (21) entlang einer Oberkante (3") eines ersten der zwei miteinander verbundenen Profilbodenelemente (2, 3) und eine Kante (22), die unter den Unterbodenabschnitt (21) entlang einer Oberkante (3") eines zweiten der zwei miteinander verbundenen Profilbodenelemente (2, 3) passt, umfasst, wobei der Unterbodenabschnitt (21) und die Kante (22) Schnappverbindungsrippen (23, 24) umfassen, die die zwei miteinander verbundenen Profilbodenelemente (2, 3) in der flachen Position verriegeln.
- Balkonboden (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei ein Verriegelungsflansch (25), der eine nach oben gerichtete Lippe (26) umfasst, unterhalb des Unterbodenabschnitts (21) entlang der Oberkante (3") des ersten der zwei miteinander verbundenen Profilbodenelemente (2, 3) angeordnet ist, wobei die Kante (22) des zweiten der zwei miteinander verbundenen Profilbodenelemente (2, 3) eine nach unten gerichtete Lippe (27) umfasst, die in der flachen Position der zwei miteinander verbundenen Profilbodenelemente (2, 3) an nach oben gerichteten Lippe (26) vorbeigeht und über dem Verriegelungsflansch (25) angeordnet ist, und wobei mindestens eine eng sitzende Stange (28) zwischen der Kante (22) und dem Verriegelungsflansch (25) und deren Lippen (26, 27) so eingeführt ist, dass die beiden Profilbodenelemente (2, 3) in der flachen Position dauerhaft zusammen verriegelt werden.
- Balkonboden (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Profilbodenelemente (2, 3) Scharnier- und Verriegelungsmittel (10, 20) entlang zweier gegenüberliegender Seiten umfassen.
- Balkonboden (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Profilbodenelemente (2, 3) aus Aluminium bestehen.
- Balkonboden (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Beschichtung (6) flüssigkeitsdicht ist.
