A second test outside the invention was carried out with a Ti / PbO 2 anode having a titanium substrate coated with a coating of lead dioxide.

It is found that the efficiency and the formation kinetics of sodium perchlorate are improved thanks to the system according to the invention in comparison with the system outside the invention using a Ti / PbO 2 anode.
