  5. Piston accumulator according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cover (7) receiving the open end (60) of the cladding tube (57) abuts on the oil-side working chamber (15).
  6. Piston accumulator according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the magnetostrictive measuring system (23, 26, 29) is formed by a component which can be removed from an open end of the cladding tube (57) and has a flexible sheath (29) which can preferably be rolled up and surrounds the waveguide in the manner of a hose.
