- Dispositif de stockage (1) pour un dispositif d'enroulement de bobines d'une bande, lequel comprend :- une structure de support (2) équipée de :- une base (3) destinée à reposer au sol,- au moins un châssis de soutien (4) espacé vers le haut par rapport à ladite base (3) ;- un chariot mobile (7) relié de manière coulissante à ladite structure de support (2) et déplaçable entre une configuration de fonctionnement, dans laquelle ledit chariot mobile (7) est situé à proximité de ladite base (3) de ladite structure de support (2) et une configuration de stockage, dans laquelle ledit chariot mobile (7) est situé à proximité dudit châssis de soutien (4) de ladite structure de support (2) ;- une première série (5) de premiers rouleaux de renvoi (6) montés de manière pivotante sur ladite structure de support (2) en correspondance de ladite base (3) ;- une deuxième série (8) de deuxièmes rouleaux de renvoi (9) montés de manière pivotante sur ledit chariot mobile (7) disposés de manière sensiblement parallèle à ladite première série (5) des premiers rouleaux de renvoi (6) ;ladite bande étant destinée à passer alternativement entre les premiers rouleaux de renvoi (6) et les deuxièmes rouleaux de renvoi (9) pour être stockée entre ladite base (3) de ladite structure de support et ledit chariot mobile (7), ce dernier étant déplacé de la configuration de fonctionnement à la configuration de stockage ;
ledit dispositif de stockage comprenant en outre :- une pluralité de poulies de renvoi (11) montées de manière pivotante sur le châssis de soutien (4) de ladite structure de support (2) ;- des moyens de déplacement (12) pour entraîner en rotation lesdits premiers rouleaux de renvoi (6) et lesdits deuxièmes rouleaux de renvoi (9), comprenant au moins un élément flexible allongé (13) en boucle fermée et au moins partiellement enroulé autour des premiers rouleaux de renvoi (6) de ladite première série (5), autour des deuxièmes rouleaux de renvoi (9) de ladite deuxième série (8) et autour de ladite pluralité de poulies de renvoi (11) ;- au moins un moteur (10) fixé mécaniquement à ladite structure de support (2) et calé sur une poulie motrice (14) au moins partiellement enroulée par ledit élément flexible allongé (13) pour déplacer chaque rouleau individuel desdits premiers rouleaux et deuxièmes rouleaux de renvoi (6, 9) ;ledit dispositif de stockage étant caractérisé en ce que ledit élément flexible allongé (13) est un câble, un fil, une corde ou une bande et en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de tensionnement (16) associés mécaniquement audit élément flexible allongé (13) pour régler automatiquement la tension de celui-ci. - Dispositif de stockage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens d'actionnement (15) fixés mécaniquement à ladite structure de support (2) et aptes à déplacer ledit chariot mobile (7) entre la configuration de fonctionnement et la configuration de stockage.
- Dispositif de stockage (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'actionnement (15) comprennent au moins deux vérins pneumatiques (20) reliés mécaniquement, d'un côté, à ladite base (3) de ladite structure de support (2) et, de l'autre, audit chariot mobile (7), et une unité de contrôle électronique reliée de manière opérationnelle auxdits vérins pneumatiques (20) pour contrôler la pression et le mouvement de ceux-ci pendant le déplacement dudit chariot mobile (7).
- Dispositif de stockage (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'actionnement (15) comprennent un circuit pneumatique ou hydraulique d'un fluide sous pression mis en communication fluidique avec lesdits vérins pneumatiques (20) au moyen d'au moins une vanne proportionnelle, laquelle est contrôlable à travers ladite unité de contrôle électronique de manière automatique et continue ;
ladite vanne proportionnelle étant déplaçable entre une configuration ouverte qui permet le passage dudit fluide sous pression à l'intérieur desdits vérins pneumatiques (20) pour augmenter la pression de ceux-ci et une configuration fermée dans laquelle ledit fluide sous pression est séparé desdits vérins pneumatiques (20) pour baisser la pression de ceux-ci. - Dispositif de stockage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de tensionnement (16) comprennent une poulie de tensionnement (17) liée de manière pivotante à une bride mobile (18) de ladite structure de support (2) ; ladite bride mobile étant déplaçable à l'aide d'au moins un actionneur (19) pour augmenter ou baisser la tension dudit élément flexible allongé (13) desdits moyens de déplacement (12).
- Dispositif de stockage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite première série (5) comprend un nombre de premiers rouleaux de renvoi (6) compris entre 4 et 12 et ladite deuxième série (8) comprend un nombre de deuxièmes rouleaux de renvoi (9) compris entre 3 et 11.
- Dispositif d'enroulement de bobines d'une bande comprenant une station d'enroulement (20) équipée d'une plate-forme (21) susceptible de supporter de manière pivotante la bobine de ladite bande,
ledit dispositif étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre au moins un dispositif de stockage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes. - Dispositif d'enroulement de bobines d'une bande selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite plate-forme (21) et ledit dispositif de stockage (1) sont fixés et raccordés mécaniquement à l'aide d'une passerelle (26) pour le passage d'au moins un opérateur.
