The elements of the light device 1 are described in detail below.

Boitier 10 Box 10

Ledit boitier est illustré sur la figure 1.Said case is illustrated on the figure 1 .

A housing 10 is adapted to protect said light source 11 and the optical means 12 from dust and water infiltration.

Le boitier 10 comprend :

  • au moins une ouverture 100 ; et

Source lumineuse 11 Light source 11

Ladite source lumineuse est illustrée sur les figures 1 à 5.Said light source is illustrated on the Figures 1 to 5 .

A light source 11 is adapted to emit light rays R which cooperate with an optical means 12.

The light source 11 is removably mounted on said support 110. The light emitting surface 111 is adapted to operate when it is positioned at the focus 122 (illustrated on the figure 1 ) of the optical means 12. It emits the light rays R which cooperates with the optical means 12 so as to generate a light sub-segment S illustrated on the figure 1 which with the other light sub-segments S of the other optical means 12 makes it possible to produce the light segment of the optical module 13 and thus to carry out the lighting function of the light device 1.

In a nonlimiting embodiment, a light source 11 is a semiconductor light source, in particular a semiconductor emitting chip. In a nonlimiting variant embodiment, the semiconductor light source is part of a light-emitting diode. By light emitting diode is meant any type of light emitting diode, whether in non-limiting examples of LEDs (“Light Emitting Diode”), an OLED (“Organic LED”) or an AMOLED (“Active-Matrix-Organic LED”) ), or even a FOLED ("Flexible OLED"). In a nonlimiting embodiment, the light source 11 is a monochromatic or RGB (for “Red, Green, Blue” in English) or RGBW (for “Red, Green, Blue, White” in English) light source.

Moyen optique 12 Optical medium 12

Le moyen optique 12 est illustrée sur les figures 1 et 3a à 6.The optical means 12 is illustrated on the figures 1 and 3a to 6 .

It is adapted to cooperate with the light rays R of said light source 11. It is further adapted to fix at least one support 110 of a light source 11.

In a nonlimiting embodiment, the optical means 12 is a lens and / or a reflector and / or a light guide and / or a collimator.

In a nonlimiting embodiment, said optical means 12 comprises a plurality of sectors dedicated to the lighting function Fct. For example, in the case of a reflector, it may comprise several juxtaposed facets or else in the case of a projection lens, it may comprise several portions with distinct optical properties.

Le moyen optique 12 comprend en outre :

  • une base 124 sur laquelle peut reposer le support 110 de la source lumineuse 11 ;
  • au moins une cavité 121 adaptée pour recevoir la surface émettrice 111 d'une source lumineuse 11 ;
The optical means 12 further comprises:
  • a base 124 on which the support 110 of the light source 11 can rest;
  • at least one cavity 121 adapted to receive the emitting surface 111 of a light source 11;
  • a reflecting surface 126 adapted to cooperate with the light rays R of at least one light source 11 so as to produce a light sub-segment S illustrated on the figure 1 .

In a nonlimiting embodiment, the optical means 12 also comprises a focal point 122, from which the light rays R of a light source 11. The optical means 12 is adapted to direct the light rays R towards a desired direction. The light-emitting surface 111 is placed in the cavity 121 at the focal point 122 of the optical means 12. As illustrated in the figure 1 , the light rays R emitted by the emitting surface 111 reach the reflecting surface 126 of the optical means 12 and are reflected in the desired direction so as to produce the light sub-segment S.

In a first nonlimiting embodiment illustrated on the figures 5a and 5c , an optical means 12 is adapted to cooperate with the light rays R of a single light source 11.

In the nonlimiting example illustrated on the figure 5a , there are thus three optical modules 13 each comprising an optical means 12 and three light sources 11 respectively associated with each of the three optical means 12. In the nonlimiting example illustrated in the figure 5c , there is thus an optical module 13 (the one on the right) comprising an optical means 12 and a single light source 11 associated.

In a second nonlimiting embodiment illustrated on the figure 5b and 5c , an optical means 12 is adapted to cooperate with the light rays R of a plurality of light sources 11. In the nonlimiting example illustrated in the figure 5b , there is thus an optical module 13 which comprises an optical means 12 adapted to cooperate with the light rays R of three light sources 11. In the nonlimiting example illustrated in the figure 5c , there is thus an optical module 13 (the one on the left) which comprises an optical means 12 adapted to cooperate with the light rays R of two light sources 11.

Of course, these two embodiments can be combined together as illustrated in the figure 5c .

Comme illustré sur la figure 5c, on a un moyen optique 12 (celui de droite) comportant une seule cavité 121 coopérant avec une seule source lumineuse 11.Furthermore, in a first nonlimiting embodiment illustrated on the figure 5a and 5c , the optical means 12 comprises only a single cavity 121 adapted to cooperate with a single light source 11. Thus, an optical means 12 can only cooperate with light rays R only light source 11. As illustrated on the figure 5a , there are three optical means 12 each comprising a single cavity 121 cooperating with a single light source 11, namely a single emitting surface 111 can be placed in said cavity 121. As illustrated in the figure 5c , there is an optical means 12 (the one on the right) comprising a single cavity 121 cooperating with a single light source 11.

Thus, an optical means 12 can cooperate with light rays R from several light sources 11. As illustrated in the figure 5b , there is a single optical means 12 which comprises three cavities 121 each cooperating with a light source 11, namely an emitting surface 111 is placed in each cavity 121. As illustrated in the figure 5c , there is an optical means 12 (on the left) which comprises two cavities 121 each cooperating with a light source 11.

Of course, these two embodiments can be combined as illustrated in the figure 5c .

In a nonlimiting embodiment, the optical module 12 also comprises a part of the pivot 123 described below.

Support 110 Support 110

Le support 110 est illustré sur les figures 1 et 3a à 6.The support 110 is illustrated on the figures 1 and 3a to 6 .

As shown in the figure 6 , it is adapted to receive and fix at least one light source 11. It comprises at least one cavity 1100 allowing the passage of a light source 11.

Cela permet de démonter/monter ladite source lumineuse 11.In a nonlimiting embodiment, the support 110 further comprises at least one notch 1101 allowing the passage of a bayonet of the bayonet device 112. In the nonlimiting example illustrated in the figure 6 , it comprises three notches 1101. This makes it possible to disassemble / mount said light source 11.

En pivotant ledit support 110 permet de rendre plus accessible la source lumineuse 11.The support 110 is removable in rotation relative to said optical means 12. It thus pivots relative to said optical means 12 about an axis A illustrated on the figure 1 defined by a pivot 123. The pivot 123 is thus adapted to rotate said support 110 in rotation. By pivoting said support 110 makes the light source 11 more accessible.

In a nonlimiting embodiment, the pivot 123 is integral or not with the optical means 12 or the housing 10. Thus, in a nonlimiting embodiment, the pivot 123 is made partly on the optical means 12 and partly on the support 110. Thus, in a nonlimiting exemplary embodiment, the pivot 123 comprises a pin arranged on the optical means 12 adapted to cooperate with a hole in the support 110.

Le support 110 est adapté pour prendre :

  • une position déverrouillée p1 tel qu'illustré sur la figure 1 ;
The support 110 is adapted to take:
  • an unlocked position p1 as illustrated on the figure 1 ;
  • a locked position p2 as illustrated on the Figures 3a and 3b .

Par ailleurs la surface émettrice 111 de la source lumineuse 11 se trouve hors de toute cavité 121 du moyen optique 12.In the unlocked position p1, the support 110 is not pressed against the base 124 of the optical means 12 and is free to rotate. Furthermore, the emitting surface 111 of the light source 11 is outside any cavity 121 of the optical means 12.

Elle est en particulier placée au foyer 122 dudit moyen optique 12.In the locked position p2, the support 110 is pressed against the base 124 of the optical means 12 and is not free to rotate. Furthermore, the emitting surface 111 of the light source 11 is placed in a cavity 121 of the optical means 12. It is in particular placed at the focus 122 of said optical means 12.

As illustrated in the front view of the figure 4 , said support 110 comprises at least one step 114 so as to place said light sources 11 on different planes which are parallel to the longitudinal axis B of said support 110. As can be seen in the nonlimiting example illustrated, the source central light 11 is offset from the adjacent light sources 11 placed on either side. The offset is thus made along an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis B of said support 110.

In a first nonlimiting embodiment illustrated on the Figures 5a, 5b or 5c , a support 110 is adapted to cooperate with a single optical means 12. As illustrated in the figure 5a , there are three different supports 110 for three different optical means 12. As illustrated in the figure 5b , there is a single support 110 which cooperates with a single optical means 12.

In a second nonlimiting embodiment illustrated on the figure 5c , a support 110 is adapted to cooperate with a plurality of optical means 12. As illustrated in the figure 5c , there is a single support 110 for two optical means 12.

Of course, these two nonlimiting embodiments can be combined, as illustrated in the figure 5c .

The support 110 is fixed to the optical means 12 by means of the locking device 120 described below.

Dans un mode de réalisation non limitatif, le verrouillage/déverrouillage s'effectue de manière manuelle, A cet effet, un opérateur verrouille/déverrouille le support 110 en agissant sur le dispositif de verrouillage 120.The locking device 120 is adapted to lock / unlock the support 110 relative to the optical means 12 and therefore to fix it to said optical means 12. In a nonlimiting embodiment, the locking / unlocking is carried out manually, A for this purpose, an operator locks / unlocks the support 110 by acting on the locking device 120.

∘ Premier mode de réalisation∘ First embodiment

Tel qu'illustré, la languette élastique 120 part de la base 124 du module optique 12 et s'étend perpendiculairement à ladite base 124.In a first embodiment illustrated on the figure 3a , the locking device 120 is an elastic tongue. As illustrated, the elastic tongue 120 starts from the base 124 of the optical module 12 and extends perpendicular to said base 124.

When the locking device 120 is an elastic tongue, to lock said support 110, the operator exerts pressure on the light source 11 via its radiator 113 or its support 110 for example to rotate it with its support around the axis A of the pivot 123 so that one end of the support 110 is trapped in the elastic tongue 120 and that said support 110 is pressed against the base 124 of the optical means 12. The emitting surface 111 of the light source 11 is thus placed in the cavity 121 and at the focus 122 of said optical means 12. Said light source 11 can function correctly.

To unlock the support 110, the operator pulls on said elastic tongue 120 backwards in order to make the support 110 free to rotate and thus to unlock it. A return spring can be provided in the pivot 123 so that the support 110 automatically returns to the position parallel to the opening 100.

Thus, when the support 110 is unlocked, the operator can then pivot the support 110 around the axis A of the pivot 123 and pull the support 110 and light source 11 assembly backwards until the support 110 is substantially parallel. at the opening 100 of the housing 10 so that the light source (s) 11 is (are) facing said opening 100. In this position the operator can easily remove the source (s) (s) light (s) 11 of the support 110 to replace them, without replacing the other elements of the light device 1 or the whole light device 1.

In a second embodiment illustrated on the figure 3b , the locking device 120 is a rotary lock. In a nonlimiting example illustrated, the rotary lock is a flexible spring. In this case, it will be noted that the base 124 of the optical means 12 comprises two hooks 125 arranged on either side of the support 110 when the latter is in the locked position p2 adapted to keep the flexible spring hooked and in position. Note that on the figure 3b , a single hook 125 is illustrated since it is a profile view.

When the locking device 120 is a flexible spring, to lock said support 110, the operator exerts pressure on the light source 11 via its radiator 113 or its support 110 for example to rotate it with its support 110 around the axis A of pivot 123 so that said support 110 is pressed against the base 124 of the optical means 12. Then it causes the rotary lock 120, here the flexible spring, to tilt forwards by pivoting it so that the latter passes over the light source 11 and come to hang on the two hooks 125 and thus remain in position. The emitting surface 111 of the light source 11 is thus placed in the cavity 121 and at the focus 122 of said optical means 12. Said light source 11 can function correctly.

To unlock the support 110, the operator moves the flexible spring 120 outwards from the support 110 so as to unhook it from the hooks 125 and makes it pivot backwards as indicated by the arrow illustrated in the figure 3b in order to make the support 110 free to rotate and thus to unlock it.

Thus, when the support 110 is unlocked, the operator can then rotate the support 110 around the axis A of the pivot 123 and pull the support 110 and light source 11 assembly backwards until the support 110 is substantially parallel. at the opening 100 of the housing 10 so that the light source (s) 11 is (are) facing said opening 100. In this position the operator can easily remove the source (s) (s) light (s) 11 of the support 110 to replace them, without replacing the other elements of the light device 1 or the whole light device 1.

Of course, the description of the invention is not limited to the embodiments described above.

    • elle permet d'accéder simplement aux sources lumineuses 11 à remplacer par l'ouverture 100 du dispositif lumineux 1 et par le pivotement du support 110 sur lequel sont fixés les sources lumineuses 11 à remplacer et qui vient se placer en face de ladite ouverture 100 ;
    • elle permet de faire pivoter simplement un support 110 de sources lumineuses 11 en libérant le dispositif de verrouillage 120 ;
  • elle permet un remplacement rapide d'une source lumineuse 11 défectueuse ;
  • il n'est pas nécessaire de retirer du véhicule tout le dispositif lumineux 1 pour effectuer l'opération de remplacement d'une source lumineuse 11 ;
  • il n'est pas nécessaire de mettre au rebut tout le dispositif lumineux 1 juste pour remplacer une source lumineuse 11, ce qui réduit sensiblement le coût de remplacement de ladite source lumineuse 11;
Thus, the invention described has in particular the following advantages:
  • Thanks to the addition of the rotating support 110, it facilitates the replacement of a defective light source 11:
    • it allows simple access to the light sources 11 to be replaced by the opening 100 of the light device 1 and by the pivoting of the support 110 on which the light sources 11 to be replaced are fixed and which is placed opposite said opening 100;
    • it allows to simply rotate a support 110 of light sources 11 by releasing the locking device 120;
  • it allows rapid replacement of a defective light source 11;
  • it is not necessary to remove the entire light device 1 from the vehicle to perform the operation of replacing a light source 11;
  • it is not necessary to discard the entire light device 1 just to replace a light source 11, which significantly reduces the cost of replacing said light source 11;
  • it makes it possible to easily mount a light source 11 on its support 110 unlike a system for mounting a light source 11 directly on an associated optical module.
