Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a gas hob for a household appliance and a gas stove with such a gas hob.
  • Gas hobs generally include a hob plate with a through hole on which a gas burner is arranged.
  • the gas burner comprises a gas valve for providing fuel gas, the gas valve usually being arranged below the hob plate.
  • the fuel gas must be mixed with primary air to form a combustible gas-air mixture. This is usually done in a mixing chamber which is arranged below the hob plate.
  • the primary air must therefore be provided below the hob plate.
  • a gas hob can include a pan support.
  • the pan support can be provided as a removable component in order to simplify cleaning of the gas hob, for example.
  • the pan support comprises a support structure which is set up to hold cooking utensils or a food container above the gas burner.
  • the CN 102 829 493 A shows a gas hob according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the CH 154 065 A , FR 1 127 095 A , CH 2589840 Y and US 2017/0138605 A1 show more gas hobs.
  • the gas hob comprises a hob plate which has a through opening and a gas burner opening designed as a through hole, and a pan support arranged on the hob plate which has a channel fluidly connected to the through opening.
  • the passage opening and the channel are designed to guide primary air from above the hob plate to below and to make it available for a gas burner.
  • the household appliance is, for example, a gas stove.
  • the hob plate can also be referred to as a cover plate, for example.
  • the hob plate is in particular an outermost upper plate of the gas hob that faces a user of the gas hob.
  • the hob plate is therefore usually in the field of vision of a user of the gas hob and is therefore a design-relevant component that, for example, has to meet aesthetic requirements.
  • the hob plate is, for example, at least partially made of glass, glass ceramic or metal or is made entirely of these materials.
  • the pot carrier is, for example, a support structure which is set up to carry a food container, such as a pot and / or a pan.
  • Channel means, for example, a volume that is at least partially surrounded by a pot support material.
  • the channel comprises, for example, at its ends an air inlet opening and an air outlet opening, which are formed on outer surfaces of the pot support.
  • the volume of the channel between the air inlet opening and the air outlet opening is completely enclosed by the pot support material.
  • “fluidly connected” means that the air outlet opening is arranged opposite the through opening, so that the air outlet opening is aligned with the through opening.
  • Primary air can thus flow out of the duct into the passage opening and reach below the hob plate.
  • a distance between the air outlet opening and the passage opening of a few millimeters (mm) or less than 1 mm can be possible.
  • the pan support can rest on the hob plate in such a way that the air outlet opening directly adjoins the through opening.
  • the pan support rests on the hob plate in a liquid-tight manner.
  • “fluid” means any gas or any liquid.
  • the fluid is primary air.
  • the through opening is completely covered by the pan support, so that it is not visible to a user of the gas hob, for example.
  • the pan support is preferably designed as a removable pan support. It is also conceivable that the pan support partially extends into the opening of the hob plate.
  • the aesthetics of the gas hob can be improved.
  • a more direct connection between a mixing chamber and an area above the hob plate can be provided, see above that sufficient primary air can be provided and a required mixing ratio of primary air and fuel gas can be guaranteed.
  • the amount of primary air provided can be increased.
  • a conventional decorative strip on the edge of the hob plate which covers the conventional air inlets on a gas stove. Such decorative strips are arranged, for example, on the back of the gas stove.
  • a gas burner of the gas cooking point can comprise a Venturi nozzle section and / or a Venturi nozzle.
  • the primary air is provided at an elevated temperature. This increases a thermal efficiency of the gas burner and improves the combustion. In addition, this means that more secondary air can be provided at the flame of the gas burner.
  • the channel and the passage opening are designed to provide primary air for a gas burner. Because the through opening is below the contact surface of the pan support, a flow path from above the hob plate to the mixing chamber of the gas burner is particularly short.
  • the gas burner opening is spaced from the through opening.
  • the gas burner includes, for example, an upper burner part with gas burner openings through which an air-fuel gas mixture of primary air and fuel gas can exit.
  • the gas burner protrudes at least partially through the gas burner opening, the upper burner part being arranged above the gas burner opening and corresponding to the hob plate.
  • the pot support is assigned to the gas burner and surrounds it.
  • the pan support is therefore designed to hold a food container above the gas burner so that a gas burner flame can heat the food container.
  • the gas burner has a gas nozzle which is arranged below the hob plate, a cavity for a supply of primary air to the gas nozzle being provided below the hob plate between the passage opening and the gas nozzle.
  • a mixing chamber for mixing fuel gas and primary air is provided above the gas nozzle.
  • the cavity can also be seen as a channel, for example which is surrounded or enclosed by the hob plate and components of the household appliance. This has the advantage that the path between the air inlet opening on the pan support and the gas nozzle can be kept short.
  • the gas burner comprises a Venturi nozzle section which is arranged above the gas nozzle and is set up to mix primary air flowing out of the channel and fuel gas flowing out of the gas nozzle.
  • a mixture of primary air and fuel gas can be referred to as a fuel gas-air mixture.
  • the fuel gas-air mixture flows from the Venturi nozzle section to the gas burner openings of the burner top.
  • the duct deflects primary air by an angle which is between 30 ° and 150 °.
  • the channel defines an air inlet direction and an air outlet direction, the angle between the air inlet direction and the air outlet direction being between 30 and 150 °.
  • the air inlet direction can be defined with the aid of a first duct section of the duct and the air outlet direction with the aid of a second duct section of the duct.
  • the first channel section is arranged at an angle to the second channel section.
  • the channel has an air inlet opening which is at a distance from the hob plate.
  • the air inlet opening and the hob plate are preferably spaced apart in such a way that penetration of a liquid into the channel is prevented or made more difficult.
  • further means can be provided which prevent or make more difficult the penetration of liquid into the channel.
  • the distance is, for example, between 3 and 40 mm, 5 and 30 mm, 5 and 25 mm or 10 and 20 mm.
  • the air inlet opening is open on one side of the household appliance.
  • One side of the household appliance open means that the air inlet opening breaks through a side face or end face of the pot support that runs parallel to or at an angle of less than 90 °, in particular less than 45 °, 30 ° or 15 °, to a direction of gravity. This has the advantage that the penetration of liquid into the air inlet opening is made more difficult.
  • the air inlet opening faces away from a user standing in front of the gas hob, for example.
  • the air outlet opening of the duct is open at the bottom.
  • the air outlet opening penetrates a lower surface of the pot support, which extends perpendicular to the direction of gravity.
  • the pan support has a base frame section resting on the hob plate and holding elements protruding therefrom, which are designed to hold a food container.
  • the base frame section is in the form of a closed frame.
  • the base frame section surrounds the gas burner.
  • the holding elements preferably extend from the base frame section in the direction of the gas burner.
  • the gas hob comprises three, four, five or six holding elements.
  • the holding elements are designed as fingers.
  • the holding elements are arranged in a star shape.
  • two holding elements are arranged opposite one another with mirror symmetry.
  • the holding elements have an L-shape and / or the holding elements are L-shaped.
  • the L-shaped holding element extends from the base frame section in a vertical direction, bends and furthermore extends in the transverse direction and / or longitudinal direction, in particular towards the gas burner.
  • the transverse direction is perpendicular to the vertical direction and the longitudinal direction is perpendicular to the vertical direction and to the transverse direction.
  • the vertical direction points in the opposite direction of gravity.
  • the at least one channel is arranged in the base frame section.
  • the pan support has channels and the hob plate has through openings, each of the channels being fluidly connected to one of the through openings.
  • primary air for a gas burner can be provided with the aid of two, three or four channels and through openings corresponding to these in the hob plate. This has the advantage that more primary air can be made available for a respective gas burner.
  • At least two holding elements comprise air inlet openings of the channels and the base frame section comprises air outlet openings associated with the air inlet openings.
  • the gas cooking point comprises at least two gas burners, with each of the gas burners being assigned at least one of the holding elements with the air inlet opening.
  • the base frame section comprises a web which is arranged between the gas burners and runs from one longitudinal element of the base frame section to another longitudinal element of the base frame section.
