  • Striking the mass on the head of the key entails a small and very fast advancement of the key in the cylinder, with a consequent impulsive collision of the inclined surface of each one of the grooves against the head of the respective coding pin of the cylinder: as a consequence of this impact, the coding pin transfers the accumulated energy to the driver pin (since they are in mutual contact), which is propelled toward the bottom of the channel of the stator, compressing the spring or other elastic means.

  • At least one first contoured annular body 13 might also comprise a recess for the partial accommodation of at least one portion of at least one second contoured annular body 13, so that they can also assume a configuration for mutual coupling (and optional partial accommodation of one in the other).
  • the presence of this recess in the first contoured body 13 and of the corresponding portion in the second contoured body 13 is in any case not necessary for the correct operation of the invention; the contoured bodies 13 might in fact have mutual abutments faces that are flat or shaped in a manner that is entirely independent of each other.
  • the cylinder 1 according to the invention can achieve extremely high security standards when the presence is provided of a plurality (in particular at least two) of driver pins 9 provided with the stem 10 having a mushroom-shaped tip 11 (with a smaller diameter than the stem 10) and of at least one contoured annular body 13 fitted with mechanical play on the mushroom-shaped terminal 11: such driver pins 9 according to the invention can be distributed effectively in different channels 7.
  • the driver pin 9 provided with the mushroom-shaped tip 11 locks.
  • the ill-intentioned individual applies a mechanical moment in order to impose a rotation of the rotor 4 and simultaneously acts with a picking tool on the coding pins 8 to lower them (aligning them with the shear line between the stator 2 and the rotor 4).
  • the forced rotation of the rotor 4 entails a misalignment of the annular body 13 with respect to the driver pin 9 on which it is fitted, with the impossibility to lower further such driver pin 9 (as shown in the accompanying Figures 2 , 5 and 6 ).
  • the annular body 13 in fact always abuts with one of its surfaces against the longitudinal cavity 3, making impossible any further lowering of the driver pin 9 within the respective channel 7.
  • This locked configuration of the annular body 13 (which prevents the disengagement of the rotor 4 from the stator 2) can be eliminated only by interrupting the application of the mechanical moment on the rotor 4.
  • the interruption of the application of the mechanical moment entails that all the other coding pins 8 (already arranged in the open configuration by the ill-intentioned individual with the lock picking tool) return to the inactive configuration, thwarting all the diffraction steps that have already been performed.
  • the present invention solves the problems described earlier, devising an anti-intrusion cylinder 1 for locks that has a high level of security against intrusions.
  • the cylinder 1 according to the invention hinders and renders ineffective any lock picking actions.
  • the cylinder 1 according to the invention hinders and renders ineffective also any lock bumping actions.
  • the present invention allows to provide an anti-intrusion cylinder 1 for locks in a relatively simple manner and also with substantially low costs: these characteristics ensure the certain practical application of the present invention.

Claims (10)

  1. Barillet anti-intrusion pour des serrures du type comportant un stator (2) pourvu d'une cavité longitudinale sensiblement cylindrique (3) pour recevoir un rotor (4) avec un évidement longitudinal (5) pour l'insertion d'une clé (6), ledit rotor (4) et ledit stator (2) comportant une pluralité de canaux (7), qui sont sensiblement alignés et sont les uns en face des autres lorsque le barillet (1) est dans la configuration fermée, lesdits canaux (7) recevant des goupilles de codage (8) respectives, des goupilles d'entraînement (9) et des moyens élastiques facultatifs (7a) préréglés pour empêcher la rotation du rotor (4) dans le stator (2) en l'absence de la clé (6) dans ledit évidement longitudinal (5), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une desdites goupilles d'entraînement (9) comporte une tige (10), qui est reçue de manière coulissante avec un jeu mécanique dans la partie du stator (2) d'un canal (7) respectif, ladite tige (10) étant pourvue d'une extrémité en forme de champignon (11) qui a un diamètre plus petit que ladite tige (10), ladite extrémité (11) étant dirigée vers la goupille de codage (8) correspondante et étant proche de celle-ci, au moins un corps annulaire profilé (13) qui a un diamètre sensiblement similaire au diamètre dudit canal (7) étant adapté avec un jeu mécanique sur ladite extrémité en forme de champignon (11).
  2. Barillet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite extrémité en forme de champignon (11) comporte une tige (14), qui a un premier diamètre avec une valeur comprise entre 1/6 et 3/4 du diamètre dudit canal (7), surmontée d'un patin (15), qui a un second diamètre avec une valeur comprise entre 1/5 et 5/6 du diamètre dudit canal (7).
  3. Barillet selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit corps annulaire profilé (13) comporte une ouverture traversante interne (16) qui a un diamètre plus grand que ledit premier diamètre de ladite tige (14) et est sensiblement complémentaire audit second diamètre dudit patin (15).
  4. Barillet selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit corps annulaire profilé (13) est adapté avec un jeu mécanique sur ladite tige (14) de ladite extrémité en forme de champignon (11) et est intercalé entre ledit patin (15), dans une zone vers le haut, et l'extrémité avant de ladite tige (11), dans une zone vers le bas.
  5. Barillet selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite ouverture traversante interne (16) dudit corps annulaire profilé (13) comporte un premier trou traversant (17), qui a un diamètre qui est complémentaire au diamètre dudit patin (15), et un logement extérieur (18), qui a un diamètre qui est plus grand que le diamètre dudit patin (15) et est adapté pour recevoir temporairement ledit patin (15).
  6. Barillet selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un composant choisi entre ladite goupille d'entraînement (9) et ledit corps annulaire profilé (13) a une forme extérieure qui est choisie de préférence parmi une forme cylindrique, toroïdale, analogue à un barillet, tronconique, prismatique, pyramidale tronquée, analogue à une partie de gouttelette et une combinaison de celles-ci.
  7. Barillet selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits corps annulaires profilés (13) sont au moins au nombre de deux, mutuellement empilés et adaptés avec un jeu mécanique sur ladite extrémité en forme de champignon (11).
  8. Barillet selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits corps annulaires profilés (13) mutuellement empilés sont mutuellement identiques.
  9. Barillet selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits corps annulaires profilés (13) mutuellement empilés sont mutuellement différents, au moins un premier corps annulaire profilé (13) comportant un évidement pour la réception partielle d'au moins une partie d'au moins un second corps annulaire profilé (13).
  10. Barillet selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites goupilles d'entraînement (9), pourvues de ladite au moins une tige (10) qui a une extrémité en forme de champignon (11) avec un diamètre plus petit que ladite tige (10) et au moins un corps annulaire profilé (13) qui est adapté avec un jeu mécanique sur ladite extrémité en forme de champignon (11), sont au moins au nombre de deux, réparties dans différents canaux (7).
