Claims (12)
- Kosmetikgehäuse (1), umfassend einen Boden (3), einen Deckel (5), eine Dichtung (21) und ein Schließ-/Öffnungsmittel (7), wobei der Boden (3) und der Deckel (5) über eine Schwenkverbindung gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind und das Gehäuse (1) zwei verschiedene Positionen einnehmen kann, eine geschlossene Position, in der der Deckel (5) durch das Schließ-/Öffnungsmittel (7) auf dem Boden (3) in Position gehalten wird, und eine offene Position, in der der Deckel (5) in Bezug zum Boden (3) frei schwenkbar ist, wobei das Schließ-/Öffnungsmittel (7) umfasst:- ein zusätzliches Teil (11), das mit dem Deckel (5) in Gleitverbindung oder in Schwenkverbindung steht,- eine Vielzahl von Verriegelungsmitteln (13), die einstückig mit dem zusätzlichen Teil (11) - bzw. mit dem Boden (3) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Verriegelungsmittel (13) dazu bestimmt sind, jeweils mit einer in/auf dem Boden (3) - bzw. in/auf dem zusätzlichen Teil (11) vorgesehenen Aufnahme (15) zusammenzuwirken, wobei die Vielzahl von Verriegelungsmitteln (13) mit den Aufnahmen (15) eine Mehrpunktverriegelung bilden,wobei die Dichtung (21) an der Oberfläche des Bodens (3) - bzw. des Deckels (5) - so vorgesehen ist, dass sie von dem Deckel (5) - bzw. dem Boden (3) eingedrückt wird, - wenn sich das Gehäuse (1) in der geschlossenen Position befindet,
wobei die Mehrpunktverriegelung einen ausreichenden Druck auf die Dichtung (21) aufbringt, wenn sich das Gehäuse (1) in der geschlossenen Position befindet, um Verunreinigungen und Fluide zwischen dem inneren und dem äußeren Medium des Gehäuses (1), in der geschlossenen Position, unter normalen Temperatur- und Druckbedingungen (CNTP), abzudichten. - Gehäuse (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die Betätigung des Schließ-/Öffnungsmittels (7) durch Bewegen des zusätzlichen Teils (11) in Bezug auf den Deckel (5) erfolgt, um die Verriegelungsmittel (13) mit ihrer jeweiligen Aufnahme (15) in Eingriff zu bringen/zu lösen, so dass der Übergang von der offenen Position zur geschlossenen Position des Gehäuses (1) und umgekehrt keine Reibung an der Dichtung (21) verursacht.
- Gehäuse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die Verbindung zwischen dem zusätzlichen Teil (11) und dem Deckel (5) durch ein Zusammenwirken von technischen Formen sichergestellt ist, die einerseits am Außenumfang des Deckels (5) und andererseits an einem Innenumfang des zusätzlichen Teils (11) vorhanden sind, wobei die Verriegelungsmittel (13) und ihre jeweilige Aufnahme (15) regelmäßig am Außenumfang des Deckels (5) und/oder am Innenumfang des zusätzlichen Teils (11) verteilt sind.
- Gehäuse (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Dichtung (21) in Form eines Materialwulstes ausgebildet ist.
- Gehäuse (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Dichtung (21) an der Oberfläche des Bodens (3) - wechselseitig an der Oberfläche des Deckels (5) angebracht ist.
- Gehäuse (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die Dichtung (21) durch Oberflächenverklebung in Position gehalten wird.
- Gehäuse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Dichtung (21) mit dem Boden (3) - wechselseitig mit dem Deckel (5) - umspritzt ist.
- Gehäuse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, weiter umfassend ein Mittel zur Unterstützung der Öffnung des Gehäuses (1), das dazu bestimmt ist, den Deckel (5) automatisch von dem Boden (3) wegzubewegen, wenn sich das Gehäuse (1) von der geschlossenen Position in die offene Position bewegt, ohne dass ein Eingriff durch den externen Benutzer erforderlich ist.
- Gehäuse (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die Dichtung (21) als Mittel zur Unterstützung der Öffnung dient.
- Gehäuse (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Verriegelungsmittel (13) Haken sind.
- Gehäuse (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die Haken (13) eine technische Form aufweisen, die eine Schräge umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, den Eintritt der Haken in ihre jeweilige Aufnahme (15) zu erleichtern, wenn sie von der offenen Position in die geschlossene Position des Gehäuses (1) übergehen.
- Gehäuse (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Boden (3) vorgesehen ist zur Aufnahme:- eines kosmetischen Produkts, insbesondere umfassend eine flüchtige und/oder feuchte Zusammensetzung, und- eines Applikators für ein kosmetisches Produkt,und wobei der Deckel (5) in der Lage ist, einen Spiegel (39) vom Typ Taschenspiegel aufzunehmen.
